Brussels Knows The Apocalypse Is Coming

Increasingly, I think the elites at the top see what is coming, and their response is panic:

The foreign ministers of France and Germany are due to reveal a blueprint to effectively do away with individual member states in what is being described as an “ultimatum”.

Under the radical proposals EU countries will lose the right to have their own army, criminal law, taxation system or central bank, with all those powers being transferred to Brussels.

Controversially member states would also lose what few controls they have left over their own borders, including the procedure for admitting and relocating refugees.

Vox Day would say SJWs always double down. At this site, I would say that liberals, confronted with amygdala stimulation so massive they cannot face the consequences, will enter a state of denial. Once in denial, they will try to impose by force conditions which will alleviate their amygdala angst – regardless of how ridiculous or stupid those conditions might seem. The result always seems to turn out to be tyranny.

Ironically, this will only hasten the rush for the exits, but leftists don’t care. If their amygdala says “go!” they will go, and damn all logic and reason.

It gets better:

While perhaps not the most publicized recent development regarding the European Union, in recent weeks the political bloc has pushed forward with its plans to severely curtail gun rights across its 27 member states. On June 10, the European Council endorsed a version of the proposed changes to the European Firearms Directive pushed by the European Commission late last year in the wake of terrorist violence. The European Parliament still has a chance to weigh in on the issue, with a final vote scheduled for later this year…

The centerpiece of the new restrictions is a provision that severely restricts civilian ownership and use of semi-automatic firearms, by placing many of these types of guns in the same category as fully-automatic firearms. Other proposed changes include a new rule placing a five-year limit on firearm license validity, and a requirement for a medical examination for prospective license holders.

Whatever predictions and forecasts the elites at the top are seeing must be terrifying, Revelation-like anarchy and destruction. And I will bet the breakup of the EU is seen as a potential trigger for collapsing the entire house of cards that is Western Civilization.

Things will move from normal to Apocalypse very quickly, and predicting the onset will be difficult because the key to predicting it lies in the amorphous currents of group psychology. One day the group-obliviousness we presently enjoy will begin to give way as a few more people open their eyes. They will take measures to protect themselves, and in so doing they will draw value out of the system and make things worse. Then more will open their eyes in response, they will draw out their value, and that cascade will rapidly lead to everyone protecting themselves, and pushing the entire system over the edge.

Once that happens, the myriad of weak spots in our system will give way, from the massive need for sovereign debt to support the economy (at the very moment when nobody will lend), to the perils of fractional banking when everyone wants to withdraw their money, to the reliance on the magic of big agra and a very fickle distribution system, to the massive Muslim community presently being restrained only by a ridiculously enormous domestic surveillance and intelligence operation, to the welfarite army whose assault will be launched on the day their EBT cards fail, to the criminal hordes, only pacified now by free resources.

In one fell swoop, things will go from normal to Apocalypse very quickly, which each element feeding the others, and it will not be pretty.

On the bright side, a not-improbable outcome will be EU officials one day being stopped at a roadblock, dragged from their cars, and taught the lesson of Mussolini. I’d buy tickets for that.

Really exciting times coming. I imagine little is as exhilarating as riding the crest of a vengeful wave of zeitgeist, in a time fo utter chaos. We’re going to get to see that.

Seeing EU officials dragged from their cars would be good, just, and is inevitable. But once these shabos goys are dealt with the real banksters, the internationalists need to be found, whereever in the world they’ve slimmed away to, and brought back to Europe for the same treatment.

War is coming to Europe. European civil war.

I hope it begins soon enough so I can do my part.

It’s plain to me that they are precipitating what they claim to want to avoid.

The only doubts I have are about whether they’re doing it deliberately (malice) or accidentally (incompetence).

I honestly don’t know and in practical terms it doesn’t really matter. Either way, the conflagration is upon us.

I actually think the superstate was the hidden plan, to be trotted out once more Muslims entered the EU. Brexit is forcing them to show their hand because they’re thinking it might all slip away.

Regarding the Express report – it’s an anti-EU tabloid, and they always blow things out of proportion. I think the paper of the French and German foreign ministers (note: not governments), who are both socialists, was prepared months ago, because you don’t write such things on a multi-national level (!) while your ministry is busy with other things. I don’t think it’s an reaction to the British vote, it rather shows how dumb those people are that they present it despite the referendum. This seems to be more about self-promotion than advancing an agenda. Indeed, the reaction from several EU leaders described in the report suggests that it’s a kamikaze move. (It should be noted that both the French Socialists and the German Social Democrats have reached all-time lows in the polls.)

The EU will collapse if either France elects Marine Le Pen, or if Germany is unwillingly or unable to pay the bills. As long as their is enough German tax money to bury the problems and to buy the loyalty of the other countries, and as long as France, which has a bigger military, plays along, the EU charade can continue. The question is whether it can continue to operate. Both the euro and the migration crisis saw a return to national politics, actually, where decisions weren’t made by Brussels and by the EU institutions, but rather in national capitals, especially Berlin. This mirrors the downfall of the Holy Roman Empire, when the ‘central government’ lost its power over states and vertain states (Prussia, Austria) became great powers. The HRE managed to continue on paper roughly 200 years after the start of the Thirty Years’ War, that’s why I think that the EU may continue to exist de jure but not de facto. Ultimately, all European nations will have to replace the globalists in their governments with people who openly defy the EU agenda. And if more net payers (like the Netherlands) leave, Germany may give up. Greece, Spain and Portugal will likely remain in the EU no matter what, because they don’t have nationalist parties that would withdraw their membership, and they will always advocate for more centralization in Brussels, because they need other people’s money. Italy is a different story because it has some industrial power and is actually a G7 nation.

Shorter version. Our monetary system is faith based. Which works perfectly, as good as gold, unless faith wavers and then you have nothing.

We even admit this in the popular culture when idiots on the TV attempt to reassure everyone that the U.S. federal debt is backed by the ‘full faith and credit of the United States.’ Well our debts now exceed our assets so all that is left is the faith. And as to faith, in the immortal words of Jim Steinman… “it’s tattered and it’s frayed.”

“We’re going to get to see that.” Damn, I hope so, so disgusted with the liberal-progressives, am I.

You know for people who have such a problem with nationalism, they sure seem to be doing all they can to really stir it up. I can’t believe this is ineptitude, my gut instinct tells me this is all part of an elaborate plan to plunge europe into WW3.
