Chicago Shootings Up 50%

Shootings picking up:

The number of people shot in Chicago is running 50 percent above this time last year as the city braces for the summer, traditionally its most violent period.

So far this year, at least 1,382 people have been shot in Chicago and at least 244 of them have died of their wounds. Last year at this time, 904 people had been shot, 157 of them fatally.

This is K approaching. Resource shortage, as exemplified by the Misery Index correlates with the crime rate. Both correlate with the Conservative Policy Mood.

All of it is amygdala. As a whole, the trigger pulling is easily triggerable amygdalae, irritated by shortage, and driving them to action over irritations that they would ignore if the resources were more flush.

That same urge will produce lever pulling for Donald Trump come the fall, but I doubt it will avert the real Apocalypse. You think amygdalae are firing off now, you haven’t seen anything yet.

That was from May. I wonder how the summer there has actually shaped up in this regard. I know there’s been lots of shooting there, to no surprise.

This site tabulates the carnage every way you’d want to analyze it: http://heyjackass.com/

(That really is the site’s name).

tl;dr: It’s stayed really bad. 490 homicides and counting.

I think it is more to do with the enabling of the criminal elements due to bama encouraging the black thugs and the breakdown of moral society.

if it was K related it would be the decent citizens gunning down thugs but is is thug on thug crime for the most part.
