Days after announcing his support to a merit-based immigration system, President Donald Trump has said that migrants will not get welfare in the first five years after they arrive in the US.
“You cannot get welfare for five years when you come into our country. You can’t just come in, like in past weeks, years and decades–you come in, immediately start picking up welfare,” Trump said in his weekly web and radio address to the nation…..
It would be nice to see it for all first generation migrants, or even all Americans. Eliminate welfare, and watch the inner city black nuclear family return, watch sons raised by fathers reduce the engagement in criminal activity, and then watch crime rates drop as GDP goes up.
But five years for migrants is opening the door to that. Watch that Overton window shift now, and create the opportunity for future policy shifts. Plus, imagine how the cucks feel about this. Demoralization is a weapon too.
Now, we no longer offer the prospect of free resource availability in return for migrating. Now the r-strategist migrants will go elsewhere, and the only migrants who we will get will be the migrants looking for the opportunity to work hard and earn their opportunity at success. I bet if it passes, a lot of migrants begin surging into Canada in earnest.
This is a brilliant exploitation of evolutionary psychology by an administration that has probably never heard of evolutionary psychology, and which is operating solely on the ultra-K-psychology of its Commander in Chief.
Clearly that K-psychology is proving quite enough.
