News Briefs – 01/27/2020

I always see lots of r/K related stories I think might interest the readers here, but I only have time to blog about a few, so here are some additional news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. For unknown reasons, in some browsers the tweets in these posts display best if you click on the post instead of viewing it on the main page. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of the Fake News, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages, especially about President Trump.

No Q. You can see Q’s posts aggregated live, and new ones which may have gone live after our print deadline at http://www.qanon.pub

A source informs Breitbart News that Army Lt. Col. Lindsey Graham says he will call Hunter Biden to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Kind of backs the Democrats into a corner where they have nothing to lose by trading Hunter Biden as an Impeachment witness for Bolton as an Impeachment witness now, since Hunter is getting called at some point.

Trump’s defense must include Joe and Hunter Biden’s dealings in Ukraine in impeachment trial, the president’s lawyer claims.

China’s National Health Commission said the ability of the new coronavirus to spread is strengthening.  Xi said the same thing. It is mutating quickly.

Containing new coronavirus may not be feasible, experts say, as they warn of possible sustained global spread. On Twitter, one doctor said he was suspicious because somebody found an envelope protein gene was disrupted or eliminated, and he implied he thought it might mean it was engineered (ie by damaging/removing a surface protein gene for a surface protein that could be targeted to produce a viable vaccine). I looked around and can’t find anything else on that, so I am not sure if he was repeating a rumor without basis, or if there is a darker story out there they are not letting out. Another twitter commenter in China claimed the Chinese are saying it seems to only kill older people, and there is suspicion there the Chinese let it out purposely to kill the older generation before the young (of which there are very few due to the one-child policy) are called upon to support them in their old age, and they become a drain on the Chinese economy. Personally, I think a global pandemic, hitting at the exact moment the Storm is reaching a climax, is very suspicious.

Experts warn that a global pandemic of a Flu-like virus could kill 900 million people if it started to spread.

Putin is establishing more policies to increase the birthrate in Russia. Well done, but you are looking at more than a policy issue – it is a brain issue. You need to create a specific brain structure to create the type of K-mindset that produced the baby boom. I think they need a coming of age event, which stresses them and structures their amygdala to view all subsequent stresses as minor compared to what they have overcome. And second, you need people who feel they are in control of their future, because hard work equals rewards, which can be used to produce a stable environment. Part of the problem in the West is you have a large segment of the population which has been r-ified by ease and lack of threat, they live in a world where there is no long-term stability, and at the same time, even the most blue-pilled among them sense that things do not work honestly, and nobody outside the network can be guaranteed that their hard work will pay off, if the Secret Society’s network decides they are not going to succeed. Also a good part of that is all the propaganda that you can be the best, and the system will favor an affirmative-action case over you, or the gay, or the tranny, or the disadvantaged, who may be an idiot and totally incapable, but some random quirk of fate will overrule your hard work. Part of birthrate elevation may be the reestablishment of a simple meritocracy.

Virginia gun sales were 73,849 in December, a 47% increase over 2018.

Normalcy returns to Guatemala-Mexico border after latest migrant caravan is repulsed.

“Part of birthrate elevation may be the reestablishment of a simple meritocracy.”

Absolutely, anything that reduces the theft/destruction of what men need to support themselves and a wife + children will help.

There are still plenty of relatively K selected men and women who would have more children if they could afford them.

I don’t see “if we could only afford them (children)” as being the problem.

I see it more as an all out assault, going on now for decades, successfully, that makes people THINK they cannot afford them (while at the same time pushing selfishness “We want to enjoy ourselves for awhile after the wedding before starting a family” or the woman “I need to go to college; I want a career”. If you have both married people in the workforce, the corporations win, the couple oftentimes spends more, wind up in debt or spends decades trying to pay off student loans. If the wife is working to help pay the above, she ISN’T at home, having quit her job, to have babies and take care of her husband. Corporations win.

Also, pushing girls to have careers and constantly talking about it all through k-12, pushing girls (and now literally everyone) to go to college (and college degrees have become more meaningless, while student debt has skyrocketed), pushing birth control for decades (family “planning”), to be independent, downplaying the importance of being wife/mother at home taking care of her family, progressing to the kill shot of feminism and the messaging to women who wish to be mothers and homemakers that they are “wasting” their lives if they choose that path at best, to all men are horrible and are NOT AT ALL needed at worst.
Also, destroying homemaking role-models like Martha Stewart years ago as AC has written about. And don’t forget about the self-mutilation and low self worth culture that has been around at least 20 years of tattooing and piercings to the extreme, promiscuity, and off the chart STD’s (many of which can cause sterility).

The point I’m trying to make is that the messaging for the last 50? years has gotten more and more (like a snowball rolling downhill, getting bigger, heavier, faster) anti-family, anti-motherhood, anti-child, because that is how you destroy western civilization. Cabal wins (save for God’s mercy and GEOTUS’ efforts; hopefully it’s not too late).

You make a correct point but I believe it is both, the brainwashing has gotten worse over the years but so has the theft.

Many people can barely afford to support themselves and the costs of having children keep getting pushed higher and higher in addition to the general impoverishment. (probably on purpose)

P.S. my grandmothers used to say “if everyone waited to have children until they could afford them, no one would ever have children!” You just have them – and the rest of life just falls into place somehow. it may not always be easy, and you may never be ‘wealthy’, but read http://www.thetransformedwife.com blog about the many women who bought the career lie and who now are old, alone and bitter. Children are a blessing and that message is long gone from our culture.

It’s true. I have a six year old vehicle and don’t have all the expensive gadgets, -like iphones and such- but I can afford children just fine. One just has to live frugally and shop sales. The alternative was being like my husband’s career woman friend who drinks and chain smokes like crazy. She has two cat babies.

Children turned my life around too. I used to routinely forget to eat and live on no kind of set schedule, other than I’d faithfully go to work. I used to have two cats and a room stuffed with houseplants because I’ve always had a need to pour love and energy into some sort of living things. Actually, I still have a room full of plants. A couple are older than three of my siblings, lol!

The decline of all entitlements programs like Medicaid would go a long way to making it possible to reduce theft.

@Farcesensitive

But the chief among them I believe is the end of the usurious fractional reserve banking system.

Which extracts wealth by its simple existence.

A full reserve banking system that is based on some stable currency that is on par with gold would be good.

But the next thing is the reform family court. Undo the Duluth Model which assumes male guilt regardless of evidence.

And make divorce and alimony unfavorable to wicked women.

You are absolutely right on all counts.

The Fed is the root of many other forms of theft, it allows them to steal money effortlessly and then give it to their favored friends so they can “out compete” their competition and create cartels and monopolies etc.

“Natural News has now learned that this vaccine deep state has gained control over a federal court and is now issuing secret, extrajudicial orders to tech companies that order them to disrupt or deplatform so-called “anti-vax” publishers and news organizations. It is no exaggeration to say that the vaccine deep state now runs its own secret court system that issues sabotage orders to disrupt independent media publishers.”

https://www.naturalnews.com/2020-01-23-vaccine-deep-state-behind-attacks-on-natural-news.html

That’s it. No more vaccines for me. I’m not anti-vax but the complete insistence that we all be injected with, whatever, makes me very suspicious. I don’t trust them.

This one story may not be true but there continue to be stories like this over and over. I’m inclined to believe natural news. They did a magnificent break down on the Las Vegas shooting with analysis of audio showing the timing and determinng the range of the shots fired. Extremely good stuff.

FML. I lost five figures cash for something that was similarly done to me by the SJW cancel crowd. The most infuriating thing is when these little shits include some sentence in their cancellation notice stating some form of “This decision is final and is not subject to appeal.” Even our corrupt court systems let people appeal. But not these little secret kings, destroyers of all that is Good.

They are going to shit their pants when their time of reckoning comes.

Audacious Epigone, over at Ron Unz’s forum, has had many articles which nicely dovetail with rK theory as applied to human societies, such as this recent one:

https://www.unz.com/anepigone/gun-ownership-by-party-over-time/

This is how I read AE. If gun-ownership is a proxy for a K-selected mentality, and non-gun-ownership a proxy for an r-selected mentality, then these data could be a metric measuring the degree of K-selection in American political parties.

If this is the case, then clearly, Republicans haven not changed substantially over the decades — Republican K-selected proxy of gun-ownership remains steady at about 50%. Dems, in contrast, have plummeted toward “r” or non-gun-ownership. One could conclude, then, that at a minimum, 50% of Republicans are K-selected, approx.15% of Dems, with Independents somewhere between these poles.

This may explain why the Dems (politically) are so irrational determined to dilute or end the Second Amendment. The political cost of doing this has been enormous, yet they don’t give up or switch to a more politically advantageous issue. The only explanation I can think of is that they’ve experienced a change in mentality, that is, a change in how they view society. They’ve disarmed … r-selection in real-time. Nothing, then, is more mortally threatening to them than a competing mentality/population that has not disarmed.

It will be interesting to watch Virginia’s upcoming elections, assuming the vote is secure. Will Dems shift to the right or K? I doubt it. Not with this historical trajectory. More interesting will be how Virginia’s Independents line up, for recent events in Virginia could sway I’s toward conservatism.

We should be evangelising K among purple/Independent people, with the goal of K-ify the population of I-voters. Dems are too far gone, but Independent voters, who are usually less knowledgeable and involved politically, are a prize begging to be snagged.

This should be a goal. Upthread was mentioned that a slow drip of bad news could innoculate r-selected individuals against K-ifying. What’s needed, if this is correct, is one big 9-11-like disaster. But a slow drip may have an additive effect — I don’t have a good enough grasp of sociology to know which scenario is more likely.

Noted, here, too, was a huge upsurge in gun purchases in VA. So, who is buying? Are Republicans adding to their armouries, buying still more guns, OR, hopefully, are Independents buying guns as they slowly adjust to the K-way of looking at society? I wish I could find some stats on recent gun purchases: by party, by age, by income, etc.

I think the best option for the gun owner group in Virginia is to take up West Virginia’s offer to incorporate them into their State and leave Virginia all together. I think this would be world class mind fuck to these gun grabbers. They would be…abandoned. It would be a huge mental hit to them and a deep warning to the rest.

Over time I expect this sort of “abandon them” thinking to increase where Whites refuse to be held hostage to the lefts anti-White madness, It’s just too damaging to continue with no end. We already see the end results in Baltimore, Detroit and other cities. No matter what they say these eyesores can’t be ignored by everyone.

It was reported this month that the top climate change scientist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has received $4 million in funding from Congress along with permission to study two highly controversial geoengineering methods in an attempt to cool the Earth.

According to Science Magazine, David Fahey, director of the Chemical Sciences Division of NOAA’s Earth System Research Laboratory, told his staff last week that the federal government is ready to examine the science behind “geoengineering” – or what he dubbed a “Plan B” for climate change.

As to Kobe Bryant, it’s worth noting that he was retired. And he was seeking to become an investor in both the tech sector and Hollywood. All of these are powerful reasons to get rid of him. Cabal issues out most of the talk about their opponents being racists, but it’s projection. Time after time after time we see the hand of Cabal at destroying rising African Americans that they can’t control. Once they stop being able to make money off of them, they don’t care about them. Bill Cosby wasn’t a rapist until he began talking about starting his own TV network. (I’m not saying the charges were fabricated, but it was known long in advance that’s the way he was. SOMETHING had to initiate it actually becoming a prosecuted issue.)

So, in greasing Kobe they got rid of someone with a potential voice and someone who could possibly be a mover and shaker. And they kept all of this impeachment fail out of the news.
