For whatever it’s worth, I’ll add my own perspective on this.
Even though China is predominantly Han Chinese, a homogenous population, they still have to import most of their specialists – in practically every field – into the country. With competitive pay and compensation, many foreigners love to work there. I used to work there as well, although in entertainment, the pay isn’t actually all that great. In Shenyang, for example, there are roughly between 20-30k Germans alone in one city. A straight shot between Frankfurt and Shenyang.
Needless to say, is that I have a hard time finding the Chinese alone to be capable of such operations and be the sole source of Cabal. However, it’s quite possible that Cabal is mostly headquartered there. First of all, you have an extensive population of people to test on… the Uighur Camps, and also not to mention they have missing persons/children all the time there. No one to account for, no human rights organisations. All above the law, and total freedom to experiment and do whatever they want. I find it extremely unlikely that anything they are doing is the direct result of Chinese alone. The Chinese are shrewd businessmen. They have the funds, and they make it happen. China is all about who you know. It’s all about money there. Law doesn’t mean anything. Damn, I saw some drunk schmucks get into a bar brawl, bottle broken over his head, and he flipped out on some chick, punched her in the head… security guard does nothing. All because this guy has money. Police come, don’t do anything. Guy comes back later to the club and acts like everything is normal. They are culturally Medieval, yet they make great businessmen because all they do is drink till they black out, wake up, and grind away making money all day. That’s all they do. It’s a money and materialistically obsessed culture… and “face” – another term for status and respect, is the highest of virtues to them. I mean, damn… in the 90’s public bathrooms were ancient where everyone would shit in the same trough. I find it hard to believe that a culture that is so, domestically speaking, far behind that they are clever enough to be Cabal. The only explanation I can think of is that China is probably the safest place for Cabal to operate out of without any retaliation whatsoever. And I’m not xenophobic by any means, there’s some beautiful aspects to Chinese culture… but everything got tossed out after Mao.

A/C, I got a question for you, do you remember fairly recently, you had a link to a piece describing some satellite technology that uses microwaves to peer through clouds and even solids like roofs? Do you suppose that this technology could visualize, oh I don’t know, buried backyard gun caches?
I do not know. But if you have guns, and especially if you are a “racalcitrant,” I would tend to think they saw you burying them because the neighborhood crew was told to keep a closer eye on you.My take is this thing doesn’t really pay much attention to most of the sheep, beyond maybe a biannual check-up.

This is also probably the origin of super-hero movies and X-men type stuff, which is basically fantasy for gamma male types who have some of these cluster-B traits/genes. Those individuals want to be part of some secret group that does bad “but good” stuff, screwing with others and their free will, and they are recruited by Cabal. Therapists and psychologists even likely try to find these cluster-B types when higher IQ White, Jewish or Asian parents bring their little psycho in to the shrink, who then evaluates how good a fit they are as a Cabal recruit.
Thus in some cases Cabal membership may be every generation, but in other cases it might skip several gens because those lineages are less psychopathic and produce fully fledged anti-socials less often. So Cabal can act like a fluid that is most visible towards the end of a nation’s life cycle when more people are psychopathic and standards are lower.

There is this very insightful Australian Orthodox Priestmonk called Kosmas, and he has a lot of talks uploaded onto YouTube, and in Orthodoxy the saints and their lives are important, and one of the thing he mentions is that demons always ramp up their attacks (not poltergeist type shit, suggestions and bad thoughts to try to get people to sin and to forsaken God) against those that try to become closer to God, and he talks about how demons fag around trying to influence people into derailing away from God and into destroying others and themselves, and how they specially go after those that try to fully align themselves with God. And prayer, surrender to God and correct action is what drives them away, but they always try to get everyone to fuck up and fuck the world as much as possible so the most people possible reject God, or at least sin as much as possible (and it is interesting how he talks about when people start going hard on the spiritual stuff, pride is one of the sins Satan uses to try to sneak up on those on that path, when one starts praying a lot and/or fasting a lot, etc, sometimes it’s the whispers of pride that end up making a person doing such noble efforts sin more than would be expected).
Owen Benjamin sometimes talks about the concept of the whispers from Satan (that’s why I used the term whispers above). He does not frame it as demonic influence, but I think it ultimately is exactly that.
One of the things that has helped me deal with wrath is to fully surrender to God proactively at all times I feel the whispers creeping in, by telling myself that everything that happens is the will of God, and usually then the whispers become lustful in nature, and those are still a challenge, but it seems to me like the best way to deal with those is perhaps to tell myself that the only thing a son of God needs is God.

Basically, a lot of what the sciences explain as mechanistic interplays of impersonal parts (like in biology, and other sciences that work as a model to understand and manipulate reality to a certain extent), I have come to believe is also always part of a spiritual war that will end only on Judgement Day. It’s basically a model of interpreting reality that forces me to keep God in mind at all times (and I think it’s the most accurate model to filter reality thru, otherwise I would use some other meta-frame to interpret the elements in my own subjective map of reality, if that makes sense).

Take Mario Puzo’s novels, for example. They greatest praise is thrown upon them. They’re not great literature. They are shitty pulp fiction at best. But read them an you’ll have learned the most important rules for initiation: keep your mouth shut, never rat on your friends, and do what you’re told.
Which is a far cry from: do the right thing, speak up against injustice, protect the rights of the individual.
That’s exactly how it works.
It’s the “with us or against us” doctrine, but they constantly hammer their own tallest nails in order to keep everyone under control, regardless if they are with them. The only exception is when they have enough blackmail on a particular nail of their own that they know they can destroy it if ever needed, so they allow those to raise, but they are also constantly under threat of being thrown under the bus (see Cuomo for the latest example, or Bezos apparently now too).

Reading the article and putting it through the “reporters are idiots who don’t know how law or science or anything actually works” filter, I think it is the same thing we were talking about for NDAs. An NDA can’t prevent someone from testifying about illegal activity, and the sexual misconduct she was accusing them of was that sort of thing. You can’t NDA away someone’s right to redress a crime.
In the grand scheme, the cabal doesn’t want NDAs to keep campaigners quiet. They have the Seth Rich process instead.
