Judge approves Eric Greitens’ subpoena of ex-wife’s phone records. He believes she colluded with top republican officials to accuse him of abuse at a critical time for his campaign. If he was a young intelligent guy, in the military, with political beliefs, there is an organization that looks for guys like that which can tell young girls they are going to marry that guy and have kids with him, to get control over him. She could have been approached by Rove and the others after they split, but what a risk they would have been taking if she had turned around and burned all of them to Greitens.
I don’t think there is good enough resolution to make a decisive call on this, and who knows how Secret Service might change pins event to event as a way to ID each other and ID interlopers. But some on the Chans think these images show Biden is being accompanied by Federal Marshals, and not Secret Service. That said, the older images here, here, and here appear to show Secret Service wearing square pins.
Wow – I didn’t bother to cover vax shedding as I thought even if some mRNA managed to jump from one person to another, it would be so little it would have no effect, and I did not know of any mechanism to transmit immunity any other way. I would never have said never, but I rated it a very low probability. But now a study has come out showing vax shedding is a real, measurable phenomenon. It may mean there is some way people have developed to pass immunity on to each other to keep their families alive in a pandemic situation.

Why did he agree to the publication of the interview footage from his hotel before he left that place? I’m sure that there are some other issues that I missed here.
Forget all of that. When I was 13 I was practically functionally retarded, given what I know now. I had no idea of any of this and I was the type of idiot who just assumed everyone else was like me. I had zero power, zero influence, could be entirely controlled, and I had people watching me, just because some high standardized test scores and a family history meant I might one day be a pain in the ass.
Snowden supposedly had intel’s crown jewels at his fingertips. He had everything. And he didn’t have surveillance monitoring every bit and byte of traffic between computers he was on and the outside world at every moment? No key loggers covertly installed, no screen readers banging screenshots out to his team? He actually managed to reach out to a reporter (who would have been buried under surveillance himself), and nobody had any idea when the two of them made contact? Nobody wondered what was going on?
There is no way it could work like that.

What is the significance of nasolabial folds?
We have discussed it before. There is a form of nasolabial line which forms and appears on the face as a “disgust affect” in Affect Psychology, (which posits people wear subtle expressions which betray that certain parts of their brain (which produce that expression), and the emotions those parts produce, are turned on all the time, and this can tell you things about their personalities and predispositions). It most closely mimics the look you would make if hit in the face by a particularly disgusting smell or burst of air from some disgusting environment. You sort of pull up the upper lip, curling it slightly in the most extreme cases, and that causes the nasolabial lines to become prominent.
It appears to arise due to sexual abuse very early in life, and often will appear on the faces of female pornographic actresses, as well as homosexuals, and those with aggressive sexual predispositions. Somewhere in the archives are posts on it, with pictures of lots of people who have it. Sean Penn has it, and I assume something went on in his past. Wanda Sykes, even Robin Williams, who I assume had some trauma in his past.
Interestingly, in our discussions of it, one of the posters here found a written piece by a gay guy years back to other gay guys, who described how he could always spot gay men due to them having an expression he described as looking like they were “smelling shit.” It doesn’t hold for all gay guys, from what I see. Rick Grenell doesn’t seem to have it, and I have no idea what that means. Maybe he was more genetically predetermined, and didn’t have early sexual abuse, or maybe his brain is more resilient. I don’t even know if that is related to him being conservative or not.
A lot of this stuff, I am not an expert, but I find the observations interesting, and it feels like they lead somewhere if we keep them around and examine them from time to time.

I know Vox was talking about how the Pentagon appears all in on war with RUS. And I don’t take what he says lightly. But it seems to me the Pentagon has been reluctantly going along and careful to escalate as little as possible. They rejected the no-fly zone and US fighters. At this point, UKR looks like a CIA war that the Pentagon doesn’t want any direct part of. Their statements are very carefully worded to explain how they aren’t involved. I’d agree. The Pentagon seems to be holding back. People like Austin or Milley might make some statements, but those two individuals are essentially politicians, the first being a civilian member of the administration. My guess is that the deep within the Pentagon there is some resistance from certain sectors. Vax shedding is very real. Australia and New Zealand worked on this technology for many years as a means of controlling pest species like the European Hare and possums. The idea was to create a vaccine utilizing spike proteins that would initiate an inflammatory response in the sex cells that would render the animal sterile. The spike proteins would then be shed to infect other members of the species. When this self-disseminating vaccine was tested in Europe it caused the crash of raptor populations because their source of food disappeared.
