Suddenly Cabal struck back and began kneecapping government officials with an intel operation, and sending them to prison or just threatening charges, and then replacing them with Cabal’s people. One facet of the situation was, all of a sudden, overnight, the entire senior leadership of the fairly large Police Department all retired at once. They all realized they hadn’t understood how big what they were taking on was, it had gotten on top of them, and they retreated rather than endure Cabal’s counter-attack. It is possible Rockchester PD is pissed at what is going on with the protests, and the leaders were getting ready to make a stand and expose local operations, or do something else, not knowing what was on top of them and in full control. So Cabal checkmated them and they all took off rather than go down in the fight. Can’t judge probability on that, but cops tend to get indignant in the face of injustice and attacks, and joined to begin with, to fight with evil, so a mass retreat may be unusual, and speak to more going on behind the scenes.

Shane and his friends went outside and there was some sort of communication with Holliday-Smith. Police then said Holliday-Smith got his in his truck and hit Shane and fled the parking lot. Dustin said his brother flew 10 feet into the air and hit the roof of the truck. He said Shane suffered a brain bleed and had several fractures.” Filming him in the bar. Clearly they have some sort of surveillance problem, if these people just happen to show up where they are, and know who they are. Given the circumstances of Danielson’s murder, it is probably considerably worse than just physical surveillance. There is probably a whole team assigned to planning in an office somewhere, and it sounds quite psychopathic.
