Explanations I see look garbage. The idea of taking stars off to make a signal seems impractical.

Honestly, I am not really good at this signaling stuff.

There does appear to be some sort of repeat pattern or texture to the blue area though it’s hard to tell in the video. Unless otherwise proven I’m inclined to lean towards “who knows and who cares so long as evil is allowed to remain in power.”
So many people are desperate for the correction of the stolen election, that they see patterns where none exist. A similar flag at a July rally had the same appearance…but some stills exist with slightly different lighting, causing the stars to appear as normal, white. Evidently, it is just some visual anomaly, due to the embroidered nature of the flag. I think these types of speculations are encouraged, as the 2022 Hopium version of “two more weeks”. Still, it’s comforting to think the message being sent is – “Surrender now or face total destruction”!
One more thing. It seems that many would agree that Trump, or whoever is going to lead the save America army, would do well to perch themself as the antithesis of the double speaking crypto types, as many will find it refreshing that someone talks normal, and is therefore worthy of trust, and a serious entity.

What I believe that actually means, is someone who checks one or more DE&I boxes. While I am a woman, therefore checking at least one box, and can get interviews from time to time, I am mostly ghosted completely and have yet to actually get an offer. Even when the job description was seemingly written for me, it’s such a perfect match with my education and experience.
If you skip over to that company’s website you will find every single time a link about DE&I, their unwavering commitment to it, and a picture of a large smiling black woman.
I’ve also wondered, when I notice an uptick in spam calls not long after another round of applications, if they don’t make more money by posting fake jobs, selling the data of all applicants, and moving on. Maybe the whole thing is a scam, I really don’t know what to make of it anymore. Several white women friends of mine have no issue getting interviews and offers, with no major differences between their experience/education and mine. But both are married to hispanic men and took their name, and I’m at the point where I wonder if that’s all it takes. Don’t under-estimate the conspiracy creating an insular secret society where these jobs happen for their own, and those outside of the conspiracy have it much more difficult. They do talk amongst themselves and they know who is in and who is not. Going back to my teen years, I would run into people as part of a group, and the people would look over the group, see me and clearly recognize me and laugh, like something was funny. And I was not the kind of guy who people who didn’t know me would see and laugh or be amused by my appearance. Somehow they communicate, and know the people in their area. I think I was somehow notorious because they kept trying to intervene in my path and I was like Mister Magoo, entirely blind, but still somehow walking and spinning around and never falling for any of their tricks as I continued on my path despite their best efforts, at least for a good while. I think they thought it was funny, until it wasn’t.
But they know who is who, they have their people in positions to decide who goes where, and that whole diversity thing I think is a psyop, which is designed to make you think this way. If it wasn’t there, you would be thinking it weird nobody is calling you, and you would be much more open to the idea there is an us vs them, and some conspiracy trying to keep you planted where you are.
I am increasingly convinced they own most successful businesses, just because the conspiracy being able to steer all its own to a new startup, to keep it going until it has caught on, is a huge advantage, and the conspiracy wants its people to run all the businesses, precisely so it can exert this kind of soft control over society.
