News Briefs – 10/09/2022

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have a temporary advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

We maintain a light, news-story-only, very mobile-friendly  version of this site, with no comments, at https://www.rkpolitics.com

“Make sure those you follow talk about the surveillance, because everyone who is in the game knows. Make them either damage the machine by saying it, or reveal they are part of it by staying silent. Demanding our side talk about the surveillance is really the closest to a Xanatos gambit our side has.”

An election integrity watchdog has filed multiple lawsuits in Minnesota over duplicate registered voters while also finding 3.1 million registered voters in New York were missing personal identifying information, such as a driver’s license number or Social Security number, despite that under the federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA), states are prohibited “from accepting a voter registration unless the voter registration contains a unique identifying number such as the last four digits of a social security number or driver’s license number,” according to a PILF press release.

President Joe Biden’s Justice Department has reportedly delayed its “final decision” on whether Hunter Biden will be charged for alleged tax and gun-related violations as sources say he may never be fully held accountable for “tax crimes and a false statement related to a gun he purchased, because DOJ officials argue his drug abuse could be a scapegoat the defense could successfully use to defend the president’s son against potential charges. So do drugs, and you cannot be charged with any crime, even if there is overwhelming evidence? Will that work for me? Notice the pattern they expose us to in the news – “IT”S HAPPENING! OMG!” —–> “Nothing ever happens.” That is a demoralization ploy. Ignore it. We will make a happening, when we want one. Until then, everything is fake.

The woman who claimed Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker paid for her abortion in 2009 was friendly with Walker’s wife and supported his campaign as recently as May, text messages reveal. Although it is always possible Kanye’s programming is breaking down, or he is seeking to focus attention on him and his brand, personally, I think it more likely than not Kanye is reading lines given to him. Which makes me wonder, by his recently deleted tweet, if we are hitting the point in the cycle where Cabal feels we are getting too close, and so they are activating Crystalnacht.exe, to point everyone at the Jews, so America will become the 110th country, as the real leaders of the conspiracy scurry into the night to fight another day. It might mean we are very close to something.

Family of U.S. Rep. Sean Casten reveals 17-year-old daughter’s cause of death, and protects those who killed her:

“This past June, our daughter, Gwen Casten, died of a sudden cardiac arrythmia. In layman’s terms, she was fine, and then her heart stopped.

We don’t know what caused the arrythmia, and likely never will.

Gwen was a healthy 2022 teenager. She ate well, exercised, got regular check-ups, didn’t suffer from any behavioral health issues, and had close relationships with family and friends. She was fully vaccinated, and quarantined after occasional positive, asymptomatic COVID tests during the omicron wave. She had just come home from an evening with friends, went to bed and didn’t wake up.”

Does the prospect of fighting the surveillance scare them? How can a man let his daughter be murdered, and not only be too afraid to even speak out, he will actually run cover for the perpetrators, to help them live lives of ease and pleasure as they murder more?

The picture links to the tweet, which links to this article. The article implies the virus escaped 6 months earlier and was percolating, and the Chinese somehow knew this virus, which apparently did little for six months, would, in just a couple of months a half a year later, suddenly explode overnight to become a global pandemic. I don’t think so. If it was going to become a global pandemic, it would have moved quickly early on, before anyone knew about it. If it could advance, even in the face of massive public health measures, it should have exploded during the six months nobody was doing anything to slow it down, and air travel was moving everyone freely. Also, it was timed perfectly to our elections, and when dealing with intelligence, perfect timing means it was a purposeful, controlled  operation. So I don’t think their account tracks. More likely, but something you could never tell the normies, are one of two scenarios. One, the Chinese knew in six months either they or Cabal would release a hot strain to affect our elections, and Cabal was preparing by having the Chinese, with our own US NatSec apparatus’ cover, strip the US of PPE to maximize the effects of the virus. Or two, the virus was always around and was a moderate problem which would have been blown off as a bad flu normally, but because they needed a pandemic, Cabal decided to blow it up on the media, blame every death on it, and use it as a pretext for the mail-in voting. China helped, with all the fake videos, and buying up the PPE was to add to the panic and facilitate greater spread.

Either way, the Chinese colluded with Cabal to affect our election. Note, for years I was saying the intel op on the streets of America was a global operation that also operated in China, and I had seen credible reports from the gangstalked, that their coverage and harassment was continued seamlessly, even as they traveled from the US into rural China, to try and escape the neighborhood networks. And I concluded the Chinese were likely ruled by the same covert shadow dictatorship as the US. It is fascinating, as it makes so much obviously fake. Nations. Wars. National Security. Terrorist attacks. Intelligence agencies. Covert operations. The “drug war.” Politics. Elections. And even pandemics.

UK – Another Conservative government Minister suspended for allegedly groping men. They are chosen because surveillance sees them doing these things in their private lives, at which point they are plucked from obscurity, given a background which will allow them to argue they should hold office, and then they are placed, as Cabal holds the ability to remove them in a moment with the blackmail. They thought they owned David Patterson, but he was just a touch too ballsy for them. And even so, they eventually got him out of power.

Chechen armed forces assemble to honor Putin and his ally Kadyrov.

A third of German PzH 2000 howitzers in Ukraine already need repairs, to be sent to Slovakia.

Russian authorities say the rail and road bridge linking Russia to the annexed Crimean peninsula is already partly open to vehicle traffic and the damage to it is “insignificant” and will be repaired quickly.

Crimea bridge being reopened to train traffic. Poor Zelensky, he was so close to accomplishing something.

Putin signs decree on tightening security measures for Crimean bridge following terrorist attack on Saturday. They had one bite at the apple and blew it. Now they probably will not get another.

This next one would be what Cabal would want. Right now, Cabal is terrified that so many conservatives actually like Russia, respect Putin, and view the American Cabal government and its gangstalking secret-police/surveillance force in America as an outright satanic force seeking the destruction of America. They are horrified we feel as if God himself calls on us to fight Globohomo, even in our own government. Russia needs to avoid anything like a Pearl Harbor, which Cabal could use to demonize them among the NPCs in America. Those who are decent in America may need Russia’s help someday. Russia needs to keep that door open for us.

‘I love Putin’: First woman in line at Trump rally backs Russia’s war in Ukraine. This is common. Putin has all the right enemies.

The cost of abandoning Russia for global corporations: $300 billion. These companies often did not have to withdraw. Capitalist companies, detached from government and intelligence, do not volunteer to lose billions in shareholder value out of the blue, when they don’t have to. They did this, because like the tech sector, our private sector is really a product of the privatized, shadow intelligence service of the shadow dictatorship that runs the world, with these companies all probably producing massive slush funds for it.

They have lied to you about how everything works. There are no laws, no rules, no governments elected by the people, controlled by the people. That is all the smoke and mirrors that keeps the masses copacetic and quiescent, makes them think their destiny is in their own hands. There are no Marquis de Queensbury rules, and the idea of a society based on treating people as you would want to be treated is a meme to weaken you. There is only a Darwinian world of sharks who do whatever it takes to win. And if you ever find yourself saying, “They can’t do that,” or, “They could never control that,” or “It couldn’t go that far,” you will know you have been programmed, to not even be a player in the game, but rather merely some of the chattel the players trade and play for amongst themselves. It is weird though, because it means there is a real possibility the machine could, with a few words in your file, close the door to you on probably 90%, maybe 95%, or even 97% of the jobs in the world, because down to the small businesses in your home town, they are almost all likely conspiracy-run. The PayPal situation is instructive. There is no way that that language was some random SJW lackey trying to slide something in to feel good. No that was and is deliberate language, a specific language designed to enforce conformity of thought and indoctrinate behavior. This language passed through multiple layers of the company and its legal department so that it met the “corporate DEI” goals. This was not an accident but a deliberate foreshadowing of their corporate goals. They always telegraph their positions like a trial balloon. The interesting thing was how fast they retracted the “policy language mistake” The massive closing of accounts so fast made them react quickly. Maybe the tide is turning. As the old phrase goes “money talks and bull shit walks.”

It means the alien controlled government, a.k.a ZOG, has taken the next step to destroy marriage; in this case, the Cabal is destroying western civilization marriage; and reforming it into an Islamic one plus the LGBQ-whatever one. Our “elites” have gone mad.

Nobody supports Christie. It is interesting that he should even suggest it. For my mind it suggests 2 things:

  1. Cabal are desperate for a suitable candidate.
  2. Strawman candidate, distraction, or a muddying of the field, so the real selected candidate can emerge in a fixed fight

Christie already ran against Trump, in 2016. Why would anyone think things would go differently?

But then Biden ran for President twice and flamed out early, and was about to flame out again in 2020. I think the Cabal put him in deliberately to demonstrate its power. However, if they wanted to do that again, they would find a politician more ridiculous than Christie.

Before the global Coup d’Etat, people did not die of suddenly unknown causes. Medical science & the legal was considered that sophisticated, that a cause would be attributed. Indeed, it is the definition of a coroner’s job. That way, medicine advances and crimes can be solved.
Today, in the UK the average “life sentence” is 15 yrs. Whole life sentences are rare. Some, if not many are less than 10 yrs, and shorter with parole.
See what is happening? Standards are erased. Murder is no longer serious, and it seems not even investigated.

But “Developing” countries ARE hostile, unhealthy, and toxic. (Farcesensitive, News Briefs – 10/07)

I agree with FS that you’re still better off in the West, on average, but I also think there’s some overlap that a lot of people are still in denial about.

Toxic – if you’re in the US, your tap water has been messed with more than in most other places (Water fluoridation by country – Wikipedia). No 5G towers in the jungle, either. (But don’t romanticize those far-off places too much: “The Caribbean is not just a drug trafficking hub, it is also a child trafficking and sex trafficking hub.” https://www.coreysdigs.com/clinton-foundation/shipwrecked-on-ten-islands-with-clintons-branson/)

Unhealthy – yes and no, developing countries suffer hunger, tropical diseases, lack of medical care, but nowadays Westerners look more fat and unhealthy than other people.

Hostile – I have a hard time believing the international homicide and rape statistics. Much lower rape rates in India than in New Zealand? Lots of rapes in Africa and the Caribbean, but the most homicidal cities are almost all in Mexico and Brazil? Where’s Baghdad (or any other Middle Eastern city) on that list? Still, cities like St. Louis, Baltimore, and Detroit *might be* among the most dangerous on the planet.

A 2003 comparison of twin psychological studies by the Lancet and Rand corporations discovered that the average child in South Los Angeles exhibits greater levels of post-traumatic stress disorder than children of a similar age in war-torn Baghdad, Iraq. (Crime in Los Angeles, Wikipedia)

Many Iraqis still point to the years before the U.S. invasion, when Baghdad had a reputation for some of the safest streets in the Arab world. “In the eyes of the Americans and Europeans, maybe these statistics could be acceptable considering their crime rates,” says Ra’ad Mahmoud, a 51-year-old computer technician and lifelong Baghdad resident. “But for us Iraqis, we never witnessed such crime rates in the 1960s, 1970s or 1980s. We used to have an anti-crime squad. It was one of the most efficient in the Arab world. If there was a killing or a robbery, they captured the culprits within days. But now, we don’t know why people are killed. Is it robbery? Is it revenge? Is it a political quarrel? Or is it to settle old scores? So, the motivations for these crimes are quite different than what we used to witness.” (Is Baghdad Now Safer Than New Orleans?, Time Magazine)

While I don’t trust Time Magazine, I think this is a good reminder that things can go south fast, and to be prepared for that.

Schwab returns:

Without Christianity, the entire world dissolves into cargo cults, human sacrifice and mafias. That is is the default state of humanity. That is what post-modernism is, nothing but archaic revival.

The cosmopolis is built on the ceiling of Hell.

Every institution fits one of those categories. There are no countries, there is no academy, all is cannibalism.

The only thing that has ever stopped this in the history of the world, even if just for a moment, has been the social dimensions revealed by Christianity.

“Academics” with black garbage bags full of strange skeletons, grinding them into fertilizer in the middle of the night. That is secular history. That is what you get without faith. A haunted carnival of petty agendas reaching back into eternity.

This entire sphere is heaving with crypto-leftoids and golem. Whenever you post like this, because they are infested with demons, they are compelled to respond. It has been too long since I purged this account. Feels good.

Christianity never taught the catholics to behave like decent human beings. Looks at the wreckage of humanity (and filth, litter, and open sewage lines) throughout Latin America or wherever they’ve taken hold in the United States. It always leads to corruption, vileness, betrayal, mafias.

The United States, and all that was decent in it, was built by a combination of the sentiments of the Puritans and the followers of the Enlightenment. And even the Puritans, while being nominally Christian, were a Dutch and English reformation phenomenon who rejected the social control of “The Church” (be it the Vatican or the Church of England.) The great universities of the Northeastern US were built by Puritans because they valued people being able to read and figure things out on their own (Emerson and Thoreau were direct descendants of this idea).

The United States was built by Freemasons and Puritans. It wasn’t built by Evangelicals or Catholics.

Naive. Your use of “never” undermines whatever comes next.
Before the Catholic Church, Christians were fed to lions at the Superbowl break.
Why do you think the world has Democracy, Hospital, Schools? How was Islam contained? Why was child sacrifice & slavery driven underground?
Freemasons only infiltrated their way to the top – and they needed to pretend to be Christian.
I remember when the Atheists were Russian. After Clinton, Blair, Macro, Trudeau, Christianity was removed from power & the media.

Creating a mass exodus of Jews from this country would hurt us, as there is quite a lot of Jewish people with specialized skills and expertise. Creating the image of mindless, senseless antisemitism in America and then deliberately further sinking America would further their agenda of making anti semitism seem a thing that destroys societies. It’s actually something else doing the destruction but we know how cabal likes to wrap us in distortions.

I dont buy the anti-Jew narrative. I have seen too many other cabals such as Irish Catholics, the Catholic church Velvet Mafia, and descendants of Hitler & the Nazis. I also see how have the Clot Shot was pushed in Israel
From what I notice, if you turn against the Jews, your country will face desolation & destruction. Here is another, if you side with Poles, you will be victorious.
There are bad people in every group. It doesnt make that group bad – it just means they have been infiltrated – just as we have.
I have an open mind in everything – but I am still waiting for evidence of a Flat Earth. That too looks like Cabal Troll BS

“…From what I notice, if you turn against the Jews…”

This is nothing but a big ass lie In another comment I showed several countries when they kicked out or curtailed Jewish influence the country immediately recovered to prosperity. Here’s another example. After the USSR imploded, a bunch of Jews took over the country and looted it into the ground. Mass starvation. Mass deaths. The standard of living and the life expectancy plummeted. but soon after Putin took over and stopped the Jews from looting the country, their standard of living went WAY UP. Things are much better with the Jews under control. The only problems they have are from Jews in other countries they’ve taken control of attacking them. Get rid of the Jews and they would have no problems. Don’t try to fill is up with lies and gaslighting.

Not a lie, just a simple observation.
Rome turns against the jews, Rome falls.
England bans jews, black death, 100yrs war, Civil War, poverty, famine.
Germans turn against the jews, Germany falls, soviet soldiers rape every german woman, and many girls
Soviet Union turns against jews, Soviet Union falls.

Germany didn’t just fall. It was assassinated. By Jews, with the help of Jewified UK and USA governments — especially the Soviet lend lease programs of the latter. Rome? By the time Rome fell — as all empires eventually do — it was hardly even Roman anymore. Much thanks to Jewish influencers for that.

There’s not enough Jews calling out the vast number that are destroying the country.

Some people say that not all Jews are like that and that’s true but…

Let’s say you have a barrel of apples. With hundreds of apples in it. In the barrel ten are good delicious apples but the rest are vile infected apples that have a taste like shit. The flavor of which when eaten lingers in your mouth for weeks. The only way to tell which are good or bad is to eat them.

What do you do with the apples? If you’re not a fool you throw the whole barrel out.

That’s true. No Jews are going to turn against — let alone sit still and listen to even the most minor criticism against — other Jews. That’s a tendency that is deeply ingrained in their collective psyche, similar to how the “normie” slave strata of other groups just line up to take a death shot and violently criticise people who oppose that. It’s the same way for Americans who will hate on their fellows who even mildly criticize police, the military, affirmative action, or anything else they have been conditioned to support and accept.
At this late date, there really is no reason that people like that should not go the way of the Do-Do Bird.

“Farrakhan: Talmudic Jewish influence responsible for pedophilia, slave trade; Moses taught the Jews ‘tricknology’”
Farrakhan is right.
https://www.jns.org/farrakhan-talmudic-jewish-influence-responsible-for-pedophilia-slave-trade-moses-taught-the-jews-tricknology/

With all the evil the Jews do with none of them making even the slightest effort to stop it then if the obvious reasoning about the “so called” good Jews is that they are hiding their evil while putting on a mask for you to perceive them as good, but they are not. They do nothing to stop the deprivations nor do they point them out to the gaslighted eloi Whites so they have no excuse. After hearing the Jews blather on about the Holohoax for decades, blaming all Whites, and all their blathering about slavery, blaming all Whites, when they were the biggest slavers AND brought them here in the first place, Jews have no excuse.

Let’s be practical. If the so-called good Jews will do not one damn thing to restrain or warn us about the huge majority of psychopathic parasites in our midst, then what do we need them for? Of what use are they to us. We often hear how useful they are but I can see no use for them at all. Anything they do we can do. They are of no value.

Why is it imposed on us that we should do some sort of complicated sorting of these monsters when it’s much easier to just deport the whole lot? If we do so and they are deported to Israel, then why is that such a burden? Why is that so bad? If the Thais decided to deport all Americans to America, well they might not like it but no one would wail and moan like it was the end of the world. They would just go home. The Jews should go or we should throw them out.

They don’t and I predict they never will turn against the cabal Jews until Armageddon.
They are obsessed with their “chosen people” status and they benefit from the cabal connections (until they don’t but then they always blame the gentiles) so it just isn’t going to happen on any large scale.

“…Creating a mass exodus of Jews from this country would hurt us, as there is quite a lot of Jewish people with specialized skills and expertise….”

There’s not one damn single thing we need Jews for. They are nothing but a parasitical blight on the nation. A wandering, marauding tribe of psychopaths that have been thrown out of more than a thousand countries or principalities because of their horrid evil behavior. Everywhere they are thrown out of, the population immediately begins to find relief and peace from the constant gaslighting and abuse from this bunch of evil satan worshiping swine.

When the Jews were thrown out of Spain, Spain began the greatest period of their development. When they were thrown out of England the people made great strides and the wellbeing of their children remarkably improved. When the Jews control of Germany was pried out of their hands the German people went from hauling around wheelbarrows of cash for a loaf of bread and prostituting their children to the Jews for food to building superhighways and taking paid vacations while farmers in the US were hanging themselves in their barns from the mismanagement of the Jew FED in the US. Every time the Jews are thrown out the people prosper. They have NO redeeming value at all.

They are a 100% negative influence and everywhere they go and everything they do turns to shit. Look at art after the Jews took over. Turned to shit. The brilliant idea of mortgage backed bonds which was developed by a White guy who made them safe, turned to shit. Our whole government, turned to shit. Immigration, turned to shit. Our Jew infested military and intelligence services, turned to shit. Every thing they touch turns to shit.

Jews have the same pattern over and over because it works. They go to another country. They say the last country oppressed them and they’ve always been oppressed because they love God and only serve him.

They rise to the top of the country by these methods. They flatter the people who control the country, get them in their debt. Possibly black mail them. They take control of the information and media of the country. After this point the country goes down rapidly. Here’s where the psychopaths always mess up. They have no off switch. Have you ever watched a documentary on wolverines? They are just like wolverines. Wolverines are insatiable eaters. They will eat til they pass out. The Jews are the same. Anyone can get rich if all they do is pursue wealth constantly. This obsession is worse for the Jews as there is nothing they will not do.

Psychopaths have no shame so they will do any crime or break any taboo to get money and power. Psychopaths think that the rest of are stupid and we deserve to get taken for being idiots[scientifically observed fact]. It’s not really a crime to con people because victims deserve what they get.

Psychopaths having no empathy themselves can only go by the feedback they get from the people they are exploiting. So they push and push to see what they can get away with. The normal people build up resentment towards them. Thinking “surely they will reform or repent” like a normal person who does wrong. Of course the Jews do not. They don’t have the mental process for reform. Then in a huge mass outpouring of hate for the Jews, fed up with the refusal to reform their behavior, they attack and/or deport them. In this stage of the cycle the Big/Rich Jews escape and the little Jews are attacked.

Start over.

The Jews may not be responsible for everything but they are at the root of corruption in the West. They support corrupt people to undermine societies. Over time this builds til the whole society is corrupt. Like a corruption amplifier they up the levels of dysfunction. Any trivial amount of study of what the Jews have promoted over the last fifty years or so will see that it promotes dysfunction. It doesn’t make sense that such a small amount of people could do such damage but if they are focused, have no morals and keep at it long enough over time they replace the half way decent rulers with the completely corrupt. Just a matter of money and priorities. Doesn’t hurt they control all of the major media sites.

If you read about psychopaths and apply this information to Jews you will never be surprised. Even if it’s wrong if you assume the Jews are a tribe of psychopaths you will never be surprised and Jew’s behavior will make sense. Even if I’m wrong thousands of years of history show a bunch of Jews moving into your territory is in no way distinguishable from a tribe of psychopaths moving into your country

Let’s look at this in a dispassionate way with an illustration.

You work with a guy. He works hard, seems like a perfectly normal guy. He comes up to one day and tells you,”I got thrown out of a bar last night”. You ask,”what for” and he says “well I was trying to explain some things to them and they were stupid, narrow minded and evil. They hated me because I was so good and threw me out”. Giving him the benefit of doubt, you think he’s telling the truth. He seems ok, why would he make this up. The next week he comes to you and tells you,”I was thrown out of another bar”, with the same excuse. You say nothing but still give him the benefit of a doubt that he was abused unfairly.

After this has happened over a thousand times…is it the bars or him?

Question on sleeping

My mind races through the day. Have to be constantly doing something and today’s politics aren’t helping.

I’ve bought melatonin and other sleep aids. They work the first time—but after that, I’m up after three hours. I tried CBD oil and Melatonin, —and I’m up after 3 hours.

Now, I drink just a smidgeon, less than a shot of liqueur—I’m out like a light. I’m beggining to realize that I have to have some alcohol before bedtime for sleep. I’m not a drinker at all. And when I do drink–some get belligerant, others happy, others zoned out, I get sleepy. I guess a shot at night–I sleep well.

Any remarks, comments? Aaaand I don’t understand. Melatonin just doesn’t work for me!

To solve my sleep problems, I turned to drink, which made things worse.
Now, I say my prayers, and I am out like a light.
Some say, your sleep has problems because you are carrying too much baggage. Each day should be a fresh start, so you can try once again to get it right. Key is, talking to the Creator, to clean your slate, so you may start afresh.

I took melatonin for several weeks last summer.

It put me out pretty quickly, but then I’d be up in a few hours, needing some more.

It ended badly one weekend. Not worth the trouble.

seems to me you’ve found a solution that works for you. FWIW melatonin never worked a damn for me, either – it actually kinda messed up my sleep. it’s interesting: I find myself wanting to type “keep taking that drink at bedtime, just be careful not to become an alkie!” despite knowing that a) you’re a full-grown man and you can damn well take care of yourself and b) whether you’re fool enough to allow yourself to become an alkie or not is actually none of my business.

I suspect my urge to “warn you” – you, a full-grown man who I don’t even know – is part of society’s all-encompassing, it’s-frickin-everywhere-so-you-can’t-escape-it feminization brainwashing. huh. I guess I’ll have to become extra-vigilant about that. cheers

Got very similar problems, after being a heavy sleeper most of my life. Glad you found something that works for you.
Alcohol is one of the many “medicines” I’ve tried that work for a while; but then my body builds up a resistance to it and I’m back where I started.
I currently eat only twice a day; and the last meal 3+ hours before I lay down. Tried the exercise in the morning deal, too.

Re these people with sleep problems. Try passionflower tincture, made from flowers, leaves, stems of Passiflora incarnata available online, but you may also make it yourself from the dried herb, also available online — and quite inexpensive. Fill jar half to 3/4 full of herb; fill with inexpensive 100 proof vodka; let sit out of sunlight for six weeks; shake once per day, or every time you walk by. This is a mild sedative with no dopy feeling, used for centuries, still popular in Europe.
Best thing: if you need to urinate in the middle of the night, you will awaken. Upon your return to bed, you will fall asleep again as soon as your noggin hits the pillow. NOT medical advice. Look it up. Buy an ounce for $12 plus shipping, or make your own for $35-40 per quart — even less if you grow the plant. Starting dose: one dropper full, which is really half a dropper when you squeeze it. Pleasant dreams!

Melatonin doesn’t work for anyone long term, because it is a hormone. When you supplement it, your body responds by making less naturally. (It’s why your balls shrink on steroids.)
The alcohol is just making you unconscious, not actually giving you restful sleep. Depending on where you are, you might try modafinil/adrafinil. In the US, adrafinil is unscheduled, so you can buy it OTC from India or France. Modafinil is Schedule IV in the US, so you would need a prescription, but its on the same level as ambien or xanax, which doctors give out like candy.
Adrafinil metabolizes into modafinil. Modafinil is active (starts working right away) while the adrafinil will need to build up in your system for the effects. Both are anti-narcoleptics, so they can keep you up. The thing is, for most people (YMMV) you get control over your wakefulness. When I’m taking it, I wake up when I decided I want to wake up, but more importantly, when I’m ready to go to sleep, I just go to sleep. I’ve never been an easy go-to-sleeper until adrafinil. Also, when you wake up, there’s no grogginess. It’s like you wake up already having had a cup of coffee.
Finally, they are both nootropic, which means that as they build up in your system, you will actually gain IQ. High IQ people get about 5 points, while low IQ people get even more (they’ve seen results like an IQ 80 person coming up to 95 after 6 months, IIRC.) I get enough focus on it that I wonder if I have undiagnosed ADHD.

all of what AC said, and also: is this a recent problem, or have you had it for years? If it is recent, try to think what has changed for you that might be contributing to it. You mention your mind racing…. are you able to take a one-week vacation from the news? If you are able to, see what happens. Even better, shut off the TV or any videos, websites to the extent possible (perhaps you use a computer at work).
The world will go on without you, and I promise if there is anything major you need to know about, one of your friends or family members will tell you. But if it happens on a street in a town far away from you, you probably don’t need to know that. There’s a lot of bad stuff in the world. Balance it out with some peace, beauty, pleasantness — for sanity’s sake.
Spend time in nature, go for walks at intervals throughout the day, think about if there are any settings or circumstances where you mind DOESN’T race, and try to do more of that. As an experiment for 7-10 days.

I use melatonin, not to fall asleep itself, but to keep my sleep timing regular, like clockwork. Otherwise, I had the same issue, even with sufficient exercise and various diet tweeks. Like you, I came to alcohol as the conclusion. Partly I think it’s genetic (grew up around family drinking), but it’s the one thing that can put me down and keep me down. I personally don’t do liqueurs, however, because they tend to be loaded with sugar.

Quercetin. For one. It drops the ammonia level in your blood. Nitrogen is energy. It will calm down your brain. It will help your liver. It is about as effective as purinol. You will drop your chances at gout, and probably kidney stones, too. Drink with water, obviously.

Magnesium. A magnesium pill with dinner. A magnesium pill when you are headed to sleep. Fit in Vit D and K however you see fit. They both facilitate Magnesium and Calcium going to the right places. Your mouth, jawbone and teeth will feel better if you remember your oil soluble vitamins- D, K, (A&E, if you like) alongside magnesium. I skipped those for years, and my teeth and jawbone thinned out. I was taking a lot, though, more than normal people. But- fat, happy teeth are good things, and dentist visits get way easier that way, too.

Magnesium is a macronutrient. It balances with calcium. It will stop migraines, too. It is involved in 300? 3,000? different enzyme pathways. It’s the spindle that DNA strings from when cells are splitting in half.

Consider a small- very small- bowl of classic full cream baked pudding- vanilla, whole cream, whole eggs, some sugar, eaten with some berries, frozen are fine. That can calm down racing thoughts. Mark Bittman How to Cook Everything has the simplest version to make, I think. There’s a mostly carnivore fan online with racing thought issues who does the full cream with real ingredients pudding to help her sleep. She’s eating about 1/4 cup of it- tiny. She’s tiny, too. So, between 1/4- to 1/2 cup? Eggs and whole cream are full fat, so they help calm down everything.

Lavendar oil, rubbed on hot spots on your head. Works for babies, works for toddlers, works for hippy chicks. Might work for you.

How to Get Things Done, the book. It has an opening exercise where you just write everything down. I did not do that. I did lists for a few days straight when I was having panic attacks. Lists of all kinds of things- stuff I wanted to buy, books I wanted to read, income streams- just anything that could be in a list. I dumped my brain. Since what I had to do after that was pretty simple, I haven’t really needed to do it again, but for two whole weeks, all day, hours a day, of lists. If it’s on a list, you cannot forget it, so your brain calms down.

If you do How to Get Things Done, they have exercises after the list, like, how to treat the list. The Franklin Planner people used to have corporate training on lists and schedules. The most efficient, productive and self-directed person I know went through the training, used it then, and uses the old version still. He had a list of things to get done in his life, and he’s pretty much checked off the list. I admire him greatly.

Phosphatidyl Serine. Yeah……….drops cortisol levels. I took it once. I will never take it again. It totally works. Turns out, I need a certain amount of stress to function. But it totally works. Totally. Never been so bombed out of my gourd on OTC, ever.

Aspirin. It liberates magnesium from bones into the blood serum. Do not take same time as magnesium. If you don’t have magnesium on hand, top up. It’s a pleasant, light, lower inflammation move.

Some stretching or weightlifting, to burn off that last energy. Hot washcloth on your face and back of neck. Both optional. Or cold washcloth and fan.

Try L-Tryptophan. You can get it at some stores, or online.

It’s generally marketed as a ‘cognitive enhancer’. I couldn’t tell it did anything useful as far as that, at least for me… but I did notice that each night after taking it, I would fall immediately asleep and sleep the night through instead of my usual catnapping. It was pronounced enough I did a web search for that, and yes, solid sleep is a common side effect.
It’s cheap and easily available; you might want to give it a shot.

Globohomo got Germany:
Most German men would be happy to have gay sex?
My ancestry is German. If I was a German citizen, and heard about this, any loyalty whatsoever I felt to the ruling Establishment would be instantly converted to animosity. I would see them as the enemy and act accordingly in every circumstance, as much as I could get away with.
Maybe this is part of a strategy to start a war in the streets between German natives and immigrants? Then Cabal can ride in on a white horse to establish order.
But then again, the National Socialist German Workers’ Party was slopping over with fartblockers, despite all the sacred cow narratives we were programmed to believe in public school and on the Idiot Box.

Whenever I hear stuff like this I like to remind people just what an evil, gaslighting, parasitical bunch the Jews are and say, well maybe they are not the top but let’s get rid of them first then we can see if things get better. If not, then we find the rest. All problems are best solved by breaking them down onto parts. Let’s try to get rid of the major visible irritant first then go from there.

Had to set up an alexa for my uncle. I know what a shit idea that is (insert wiretap meme here.) But if I say anything about shit like that or on this site people just act like I’m crazy. They want it, so whatever I won’t argue about it. Anyway, started by connecting it to bluetooth on his phone. But then I wanted to try to connect it to the wifi to make sure if the phone died or something it would still work. The thing is, even after I turned off the bluetooth on the phone it was still streaming music and reading off weather from random places even though I hadn’t gave it wifi name/pass yet. I was legitimately mind-blown. I tried asking what network it was connected to and it wouldn’t answer. Still haven’t gave it the wifi info. It just works. Even after bringing the phone really far away from it and the bluetooth turned off.

Many devices have hotspot access. Internet TV sticks have discoverable WiFi? Ask yourself why.
Ever seen PowerLink internet devices – internet connectivity runs over your home power wires. Is there any reason to suspect the entire power network is able to act as ethernet cables?
Next think of the possibility that even seemingly innocent devices are WiFi relays.

“…An election integrity watchdog has filed multiple lawsuits in Minnesota over duplicate registered voters while also finding 3.1 million registered voters in New York were missing personal identifying information, such as a driver’s license number or Social Security number…”

Just to point out a point of leverage that we could use to stop the pozz if we could ever get anyone into office that would treat the Democrats like they treat us and bombard them with legal rulings and arrest. Except, we would actually not be making up crimes. Find the names of every person that registered these people illegally and fine and jail them. If they hide that information declare every single voter unregistered and demand that they be reregistered legally or not at all and require the certifying official (but not until we start prosecuting a few of them), to verify they are the ones that registered them.

With even a limited amount of actual enforcement, we could crater these people.

What about charging the prosecutors that are letting go killers as traitors? Surely there’s an oath to promote the general welfare or some such legality. There’s so many laws they use to trap us lets use them on them. They love laws, lets use them to tie them up in knots.

Republicans remain positioned to win a congressional race in Rhode Island this fall for the first time since 1992.

The Republicans should be off the charts, screaming like mad men, constantly without relent, say that if they catch anyone changing the votes or allowing fake votes they will charge them with treason and hang them. When the press shows disbelief, as they will, double down and scream it louder.

Whether they actually could or would makes no difference. They aren’t really giving any of these tools much of anything to take these sort of risk. They should also demand that,”to save your lives if anyone ask you to cheat get them to put it in writing demanding you do so, so that you will not be hung”. That should liven things up a little.

Eastern Orthodox Christians (the Church, which the Roman branch left in 1054, which led to Protestantism centuries later) believe that many thoughts that “torment us from the inside are not ours at all, but come from the demons, that every one of us has the God-given power and freedom to refuse such thoughts, and that our lives depend on the quality of the thoughts we nurture in our minds and hearts.” (“Our Thoughts Determine Our Lives,” the teachings of Elder Thaddeus).
