News Briefs – 11/05/2021

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of the Fake News, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages, especially about President Trump.

Two separate videos are being shared on social media where the voter on the voting machine is unable to select the Republican candidate for governor in New Jersey.

NJ senate president now claims more ballots have suddenly appeared in race he lost to a trucker who spent $153 on his campaign.

An election investigation was launched in the New Jersey Governor’s race where 56 district voting machines went down without counting the votes on them. They are now “secured” in a warehouse, until a judge decides to allow the votes on them to be taken off and counted.

Senate Republicans on Nov. 3 filibustered an election bill put forward by Democrats, continuing a longstanding division between the two parties on voting-related legislation.

Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, alleging that almost 26,000 dead people are still registered to vote in that state.

Virginia’s Attorney-General elect is asked if he will investigate the Loudoun County School Board and his answer is shockingly simple and to the point – “Yes.”

Joe Manchin is getting hounded on his off time by “Climate Protesters” who tried to blockade his car as he was driving through a parking garage. I doubt these are climate protesters, and my guess is Manchin knows that. A bunch of rag-tag hippies are not capable of the surveillance to track a Senator and locate him in real time. All these people in these high offices have to know what I tell you about here. When David Patterson complained, he had a dozen New York Legislators show up at a press conference with him to back him and say they were harassed too. My guess is all the rest of New York’s legislative body knew, but they were either assets of the machine, or afraid of it and assuming Patterson was doomed to lose, so they didn’t bother to show up. Matt Gaetz was on OAN, and said in the run up to Jan 6th, there was a “weird air” in DC, and Congressmen were doing weird things, as he specifically cited Mo Brooks wearing a bullet proof vest out of fear of assassination. He implied they all sensed a huge threat. I got the impression there was a lot more to it than that, and it probably related to the weird, still-unexplained security fencing and National Guard deployment, but Gaetz wasn’t sharing any more. I get the impression they all get massive staffs, but none of them have security by design, so they will be vulnerable. Then there was when Seth Rich got killed, and Donna Brazille wrote of staying away from windows for fear of a sniper, and upgrading her home security with cameras everywhere and a battery back up system to run them. I think all these people are almost as in the dark with respect to who it is as I am, but they know something is on them, and it kills people regularly. Understand, what I see would render any asset of the operation untouchable. If Joe Manchin was a hardcore Cabal asset, and I pledged my life to hurt him or kill him, I could not get near him because this machine would shut me down immediately. Assassinations do not happen in an environment this controlled, with this much surveillance, unless the ones doing the controlling want the assassinations to happen. I think this is them telling Joe Manchin they are thinking about it.

AOC says McAuliffe’s failure in Virginia show the limits of a “super moderated campaign.’

Texas voters on Tuesday (Nov. 2) overwhelmingly supported a measure barring governments from taking any kind of action that limits religious services, such as the public health orders that shut down houses of worship and businesses earlier in the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Justice Department announced Thursday it has sued the State of Texas over a voting law designed to stop caregivers from influencing the votes of disabled voters, that went into effect in September.

The first grand jury handling the latest prosecutorial witch hunt on President Trump and his business served its six-month term and ran out, and now a second one has been impaneled.

A newly-released intelligence bulletin, obtained by ABC News, reveals a plot involving the use of a drone to disrupt an electrical grid in Pennsylvania in July 2020. They found a crashed drone by a power station with a thick copper wire attached – they assume it was being used to try and trigger a short-circuit to kill the power station. If Cabal wanted this to happen, it would have, and if it wasn’t a Cabal-op it would not happen. I had a relative who is from the side of the family that gets watched, who bought his kids a little remote controlled helicopter drone. They took it outside, to try it out, but it got a mind of its own and shot straight up into the sky on full throttle and was never seen again. I myself used remote control cameras early in the clueless days of my counter-surveillance efforts, only to see the remote frequency signal fire off, and them turning off just as I had turned them on, usually just as a watcher approached. My take on this case is the aspiring Ra’s al Ghul with the drone had probably come to Cabal’s attention previously and was under full coverage from long before be began hatching plots. This one was watched from its inception, and they had all the tech they needed to disrupt it when he launched, and he was completely surrounded and under coverage. He went out with his scrubbed clean drone, and as he launched it, it suffered a mysterious throttle malfunction right at the critical moment, a power company employee was in place to recover the drone right after it crashed, and he left that night cursing his bad luck at having the first failure of his drone occur at such a critical point. I don’t encourage attacks on power stations, but given our nation is being taken over by a covert intel op which counts Hillary, Valerie Jarret, Bill Ayers, and George Soros among its all-star membership, and which appears to be positioning us to lose a World War to China by crippling our military, and which apparently uses MS-13 to whack anyone who gets in their way, I certainly would want our side in the civilian sector savvy to what they will face when the purges begin. You have frequently through the years; dear AC, talked about yin through yang. In other words, by pushing “left”, it becomes “right”. With that concept and the aforementioned in mind, thing do makes somewhat sense.

In the end to all of you here, I am strongly recommending to read decoding symbolisms. It is very interesting and makes a lot of sense.

Discordian Catma:
Imposition of Order = Escalation of Chaos
Escalation of Chaos = Imposition of Order

The symbol of Discordianism is the “Sacred Chao” (pronounced “cow”), the fundamental unit of chaos.
It looks like a two-fish yin-yang symbol with:
* one eye a hollow pentagon (order, anerestic principle), * other eye a golden apple with “K” or “kallisti” written on it.(disorder, eristic principle).

From what I observe, there is a LOT of incompetence in the world, especially among Cabal people. While most of us would take that advice to heart, I wonder if lawyers in real life spend as much time in preparation as they do on TV or Grisham novels. Most of them probably have paralegals or interns to do the actual work while they golf or do whatever Cabal members do when the cameras are off. And I can’t say if the paralegals are any more competent than the lawyers.

As Vox Day found when he took on Indigogo, their lawyers are idiots

And I wonder if law school is really as rigorous as we’re led to believe. They most likely keep the students busy, but how much of that busy has value to them as lawyers?

Two parts — one, it’s the baby lawyers doing the work. They are making the witness outlines to hand to the senior atty. State attorneys usually try lots of cases, so they have lots of experience — with DUIs, gangbangers who confess on the stand, cutting plea deals, etc. They don’t have a lot of experience in actual, adversarial, hard fought cases. The baby lawyers spend all the time. The senior lawyers all crunch it at the end, so they are doing all that work — in the last week or two. Rank hath its privileges.

In addition to that, the rest of the team isn’t very experienced either. The detective who got the case had less than a year in his position. Maybe the DA wanted that because he was pliable, but that’s unlikely. All detectives are pliable. Testilying is how they got promoted in the first place. I think it is more likely that no one else on the force would touch this case with a 10 foot pole, and the low man on the totem pole got shit on.

Second, the law school part — law school doesn’t teach you how to be a lawyer. It teaches you how to research cases, interpret contracts, and to remember the rules of evidence. There’s very little taught about questioning witnesses, case strategy, negotiation, hell, even how to run a lawfirm (payroll, managing staff, paying bills, etc).

That’s why you clerk for a firm in law school, and why the baby attorneys right out of law school are the ones spending all the time. Your first couple of years as a lawyer are spent learning from those lawyers how to be a lawyer. (In my firm, a lot of first year lawyers get tons of busywork that we don’t even bill the client for, just to get them experience — especially stuff the client would balk at paying for anyway but is nice to have.)

FWIW, it used to be more straightforward. There weren’t a lot of law schools, and people became lawyers by “reading the law”. (See: Abraham Lincoln.) You apprenticed yourself to a lawyer, spent 3 years working for him while he taught you the same things law school teaches now (contracts and how to research cases) and when he decided you were ready, you took the bar exam.

There are only a few states left where you can become a lawyer by reading the law. If my state was one, I would probably be a lawyer now.

That’s the real inside story from experience. I’m surprised you’re not a lawyer, Phelps. I’m not myself, but have worked in a small law office and had some great lawyers as family and close friends. I’d add that most people don’t realize how seldom lawyers read or cite statute law (they mostly study cases), or how little most judges want to hear legal arguments. Rulings are made only according to what the judge wants, the reasoning, if any, is made up after they decide, and usually there is no justification provided for rulings. In civil cases with less than a few hundred thousand dollars at stake, or even more for family law, there is very low chance of rulings being appealed, and even less chance of them being overturned. But lawyers study almost exclusively appellate judgments, often ones overturning past precedent, so “baby lawyers” have an extremely warped idea of how things really work.

Law schools teach a combination of how to pass the Bar and esoteric academic stuff that’s of interest only to the professors who want to get published in that area of “academics”. To learn real lawyering skills you have to really seek them out through internships (limited opportunities) or trying out for the Mock Trial team (few get on).

The real learning of the practice of law happens after you graduate, and too often your first few years’ worth of clients dont get their money’s worth unless you happen to be supervised by very experienced lawyers who don’t mind donating their time.

The highest paid lawyers are not the best lawyers, but rather the best at bringing in business.

There are some really great, really ethical and competent lawyers. Some.

Lawyers do take a lot of flack, but I’ve had a few instances where I needed one, and a good lawyer is essential. I’m definitely happy with those experiences and they were worth the retainer.

In one case, I went with a recommendation from somebody I knew had good contacts. I actually used that lawyer for two issues, and probably should have used him for another issue. In another, I needed a lawyer for traffic court. I’d read a law student’s blog way back, and when the solicitations started showing up in my mailbox, one was from him. I figured I knew the name, so I called. He did great work, as he specializes in traffic issues in my area.

It feels really good when you get harassing calls and you can tell them “fuck off and talk to my lawyer.”

They never expected it to actually come to trial due to a plea bargain or one of their minions offing Rittenhouse in jail, or they expected a compliant judge who would allow them to direct the trial. Either way, they failed in basic preparation.

Chances are, that’s their standard level of competence, that they’ve been jackbooting citizens with all along.

Hmmmm….

This might be easy to explain.

Cabal had deployed all of its assets…that is, every faction of Cabal deployed all of their assets, and no one knew offhand whose assets were whose. No one knew who ordered the fencing, or the troops or the equipment or the standing orders. The White Hats, the Black Hats, the double and triple agents all got deployed on the streets at once.

It was Cabal’s own Mexican stand-off.

This points to Cabal’s systemic weakness. It is highly compartmentalized and requires indirect, veiled, and deniable communications. So when something happens, participants need to be a part of the plan. They know that certain key figures in the media, such as high profile columnists, aren’t presenting arguments and analysis so much as they are presenting what the group narrative is to be. This is why lower tier members seem irrational and as if they are utterly brainwashed an just accepting what the media tells them. They aren’t fully that stupid, they just know the nature of the game. “Virtue signaling”, in a sense becomes very important because it’s a covert way of saying, “I am in the club!”

Here’s how I knew the Jan 6 riots were a deep false flag: EVERYONE was on message instantly. INSTANTLY.

But other times you can see that Cabal is stunned and it takes a couple of days for them to figure out how to respond to events.

Obviously they can’t sent out explicit newsletters. So in the normal course of events, if you watch these people carefully, you can see that they try to feel out the meaning of events.

But all the rest of the goings on in DC leading up the inauguration? You could see that they were struggling to make it all fit into a coherent narrative.

This is where Cabal is weak. They naturally assume that big events are all their doing. So when something unexpected happens they try to make it fit.

Very astute. Direct, military-style orders and communications from Cabal top brass to middle management, and from middle management to team leaders, would be a gaping hole in Cabal security. Its security lies in its secrecy, its obscurity. If you could grab some punk like that Antifa paedo Rittenhouse shot, get his orders and supervisor out of him, then work your way up to whoever occupies Barad-dur, it probably would have been done by now.

It would probably be difficult to establish Soros or the Roths’ direct and clear responsibility for any of their crimes, and if there is a level above even them, it’s probably firewalled off to any possible investigation. This could be one reason they need symbolism, even when it seems pointless to us: it’s how they receive their orders without ever leaving a paper trail.

Incidentally, this could be one reason Q hasn’t done more than post on 8chan: a lot of his work might have been intended to stir the evil bee nest and see if the beekeeper will be forced to reveal himself. Well, “hornet keeper” might be a better description.

There does seem an element of “there’s something out there, causing bad things, but we’re not sure what it is, exactly,” to e.g. Eisenhower’s last speech. Imagine Q deducing its existence, as one might the wind from the drift of the snow, and trying to zero in on it.

The problem with that is that you are chasing the impossible and if you keep doing it you will never actually do anything.
And even if you find and take out the people at the top they will just be replaced, the devil has a deep bench.

The proper way to deal with this enemy is to take out its structure and middle management and then go after the footsoldiers.
Quit trying to solve a problem permanently that will only be solved by GOD on judgement day and teach people this is a problem we will be fighting until the end of the world and how to set it back as much as possible.

AC,

Here is a video recording made by a German guy who observed a sample of Comirnaty vaccine under microscope for 11 minutes and here’s what he found out: Be patient, you won’t be disappointed!

https://www.bitchute.com/video/doUzUimp1bDM/

Subtitles:
This is a common type microscope. Lamp warms the vaccine sample up to 30 degrees Celsius.
Question #1: What are those white specs?
Question #2: What are those black specs?
Question #3: Why is the vaccine in motion?
It looks like the vaccine is circulating.
Question #4: Are any connections forming?
The individual connections slightly zigzag under each other and shift. The compounds appear almost crystalline. No more circulation. An opacity develops. Crystals are formed!
Frage #5: What kind of crystals are these? What does it resemble?

This might be worth a link on its own.

“The woman in charge of weapons on the movie set where actor Alec Baldwin fatally shot cinematographer Halyna Hutchins said Wednesday night that she had inspected the gun Baldwin shot and someone may have planted the bullet in it after her inspection.”

No excuse. You had one job. If you lose sight of a gun on set then you’d better re-inspect it to make sure it’s cold. And then you re-inspect it again before it’s given to the actor.

Halls and Baldwin should’ve inspected it too but were in a hurry because they had a $5 budget. So much fail.

Am I the only one seeing the “Let’s Go Brandon” bullshit is just an obvious misdirect to get people to stop saying Fuck Joe Biden?

Why can the right not stop themselves from getting watered down and weakened by even simple mind control tactics like this. It’s undeniable that LGB is less effective rhetoric than Fuck Joe Biden, and a simple appeal to the right wing smart boy inside joke conceit immediately got millions of people to stop saying Fuck Joe Biden for some stupid meme phrase.

Because the FCC and many state and city juridictions have anti-profanity regulations or laws, some carrying fines and/or jail time. Almost never enforced nowadays… but they’d likely make the effort in the case of any non-Woke speechcrime.

The real problem, the core problem, on the Left is their Pride. They have some power, and think that gives them the right to shove it down your throats.

Best way to short circuit Pride is humiliation. “Lets Go Brandon” is an inside joke mocking them and there is nothing they can do about it. It is a thousand times more effective than “Fuck Joe Biden”, which is just angry and bitter, not to mention cliche. It’s not really very clever, now is it.

Also, there are many people like myself, with kids and actual principles, who do not approve of shouting the “ F” word in public about anybody. So keeping it classy never a bad thing.

He and all the other judges – doesn’t matter who appointed them or what party – have been willfully, gleefully, maliciously keeping the Jan 6 political prisoners locked up in that pestilential shithole because …. THEY DON’T FUCKING LIKE IT WHEN THE LITTLE PEOPLE GET UPPITY AND SO THEY’RE GOING TO DESTROY THOSE UPPITY LITTLE PEOPLE’S LIVES.

in a world where an (unquestioned) school shooter is out on bail in 4 hours, these garbage scum are keeping innocent patriots locked up BECAUSE THEY CAN. and our proud fierce warrior GOP, including Fightin’ Jim Jordan, does exactly jack shit about it.

A juror in Kyle Rittenhouse’s murder trial was dismissed Thursday after a court security officer reported that the man told a joke about the police shooting of Jacob Blake, which set off protests in the Wisconsin city where Rittenhouse is accused of shooting three people.

1) Sets the narrative that the jury is biased for Kyle

2) Was to the bailiff, which tells me that the jurors have been making jokes like that among themselves the whole time. They thought they could trust the bailiff. If that is the case, the jury now no longer trusts the bailiff.

everlastingphelps

Rittenhouse prosecutors left scrambling after ‘an absolute train wreck’ as their own witness ruins their narrative, describing the man Kyle shot as aggressive and reaching for Rittenhouse when he was shot.

If they are worried, then they are going to try to force a mistrial. Probably a witness or lawyer blurting out something insanely against the rules.

All of that FBI video footage is telling. Was there so much coverage over the skies that it would inevitably pick up the Rittenhouse event?

Or…

Was the Rittenhouse event tasked for observation?

map

Reply to  Anonymous

Yeah, it should be pretty clear right now that the Rittenhouse events are all scripted. How do you know where to position the drone at a certain time at a certain angle to get that footage? You can’t blanket the entire area with drones because flightpaths can interfere and you can have crashes. So…there must be lots of ground surveillance deployed to help guide the drones to a certain area.

Yet, if you know where the crimes are being committed and if you’re recording what is happening and if you’re not directing police to break up and arrest rioters, then the drones and the surveillance are there to direct the riots.

This is also an important tell.

Anyone acting oddly in the middle of a riot, like taking video, is the ground surveillance. Anyone who acts, in the middle of the chaos, like they are protected, is ground surveillance. To end the rioting, then, you end the ground surveillance.

If Kyle was targeted, the plan was for Pedobaum to murder him.

They wanted to kick the boog off so they could start kicking doors. When Kyle won the fight, it fortified us. If Kyle had been murdered with his own gun by a jewish pedo ex-con antifa on FLIR footage while he was trying to put out fires and offer first aid, that probably would have been enough to start the boog — or at least give them cover for a FF start of the boog.

God protected Kyle. The trial will also turn out the way God wills is, for His purposes.

The trouble with successful self-defense is having others gunning after you and loved ones for the rest of existence.

The only way is to have said safety pyramid apply to every one of one’s own loved ones:
http://www.nononsenseselfdefense.com/pyramid.html

Or else with well enough organization. A possibility exists to bait enemies into traps in order to destroy them.

“… Rittenhouse was somehow targeted to be the focus of an incident, whether Kyle knew it or no…”

You know me guys I believe in conspiracies as much or more than anyone but I believe, that Jew Rosembaum was a damn nut who thought he could take Rittenhouse. I think this hyperagressive imbecile was out to start shit with anyone he could. Kyle just happened to be at the wrong place. Not that he hadn’t picked him out earlier. I mean what do you do with people who start pushing around armed people saying,”shoot me niga, shoot me”. The guy was a bully and thought Kyle might be weak enough that he could attack him.

It doesn’t take any planning or targeting at all with these pedo, illegal gun toting felons. You want trouble you just drop them off wherever you want it and they will stir something up.

In this case of Kyle I believe, target of opportunity, in the other case mentioned by AC,

“…Antifa/Cabal immediately rolled out that cutout in Seattle, and gave him one of their ground surveillance teams to guide him to those two Proudboys so he could kill them in cold blood from behind…”

Yes definite targeted. I except it was a case of you kill one of us we kill one of you. Didn’t work too well for the guy though did it.

I don’t know if you know this, but there was massive amounts of video coverage of Kyle on the ground level. One of the videographers even tracked Kyle’s movements, up to him surrendering to the police in the MRAP. He was on Laura Ingraham explaining the footage.

I saw the footage of Rosenbaum chasing him into the pack of parked cars where Kyle turned around and shot him. I even saw the medics working on Rosenbaum. See, Kyle did not him him directly. Kyle missed his head, but the pressure wave from the AR Kyle used had sufficient force to cause massive head injuries. Rosenbaum was twitching like a fish out of water before he died. I pulled and archived all kinds of videos off of twitter during these events.

In fact, the drone footage in court really adds nothing to the case. All of this was intimately documented before.

Frankly, I find all of this press footage distasteful. I find the “medics” running around distasteful. Those riots were simply a live version of Squid Game. Normies should consider such people as medics and videographers enemy combatants.

If Kyle were my child, I would have had him spirited away somewhere safe long ago. You cannot let the legal system in this country anywhere near your children. I’ll become a fugitive before I let that happen. Even if acquitted, there’s monsters out there who would be gunning for him the rest of his life.

Here is the Friday Puzzle for all fine folks to have a go at..

Aristocracy means rule by the nobility
Kritarchy is rule by judges
Democracy is rule by the common people, the demos
Monarchy is rule by “the one who rules alone”
etc etc

*For the techno age we now live in, we must coin a term for Rule By Whoever Controls The Mass Surveillance Machine.*

We need a good word for this. Labelling our situation in a way that imparts understanding of the primary issue, aka “if we don’t overthrow the mass surveillance spy chiefs we can never choose our own rulers ever again”. How do we say that in a word? What is the name of the system under which we live?

Pornocracy

The Pornocracy (from Greek pornokratiā, “prostitute rule”) was a term used to describe what historian Will Durant regarded as “the nadir of the papacy” – the period from 867 to 1049.

Theophylact I (before 864 – 924/925) was a medieval Count of Tusculum who was the effective ruler of Rome from around 905 through to his death in 924. His descendants would control the Papacy for the next 100 years.

Theophylact’s wife Theodora and daughter Marozia held a great influence over the papal selection and religious affairs in Rome through conspiracies, affairs, and marriages. Marozia became the concubine of Pope Sergius III when she was 15 and later took other lovers and husbands. She ensured that her son John was seated as Pope John XI according to Antapodosis sive Res per Europam gestae (958–62), by Liutprand of Cremona (c. 920–72). Liutprand affirms that Marozia arranged the murder of her former lover Pope John X (who had originally been nominated for office by Theodora) through her then husband Guy of Tuscany possibly to secure the elevation of her current favourite as Pope Leo VI. There is no record substantiating that Pope John X had definitely died before Leo VI was elected since John X was already imprisoned by Marozia and was out of public view.

Theodora and Marozia undoubtedly held great sway over the Popes during this time. In particular, as political rulers of Rome they had effective control over the election of new Popes.

If our side failed then when do they strike back?

It seems more like their side failed to create a false flag and Trump headed it off, so when does that success pay off?

If Q doesn’t stop the bleeding and give us some actual wins ignorant people will give them the incident they wanted.
I’m surprised it hasn’t happened yet.

And this time the pendulum had better actually swing our direction and undo an immense amount of the garbage that has been inflicted on us for generations.
No more of the enemy moving things their direction and the most we do is slow things down or temporarily stop movement.

13 House Republicans, including never-Trump acolytes like Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, joined with 215 Democrats to narrowly pass the bill.
