Surveillance Detection – The Professional Course Of Real Life Experience, Part Seven

A reprint from the News Brief here.

Some have noted the video of the recent military exercises in LA. On Q’s board, one Anon was noting that the last time a training operation like that happened, it was such a disaster due to public upset that it cost a few planners their careers. He also pointed out high speed Counterterrorism units have extensive training facilities which offer all of these features to them. That makes the risks of an accident in a populous city, where civilians are filming all around them, outweigh any benefits from additional realism. Others say the same thing:

I have no idea if they know for certain, or if perhaps the Military might be changing its training, to practice in the US proper because soon they will be doing exactly such operations, within US cities, very soon. I could see commanders wanting to see how coordination with local Police departments, such as for closing off streets and setting up perimeters, would work out under real life circumstances in the sector those agencies are responsible for. Usually, I would think that realistic a dry run, coordinating that many moving pieces, would happen close to D-Day. But I could be wrong. Having to take a helicopter ride out might mean Cabal has more force than we would think, which will converge on any sites we hit.

I am going to begin being cautious about what I show on here related to the Storm, to avoid amplifying any signals which might hurt the cause, so I decided to give this a day or two to cool off before putting it here. Now it is everywhere, and I probably won’t add much, so I’ll stick it here. The best video of this appears to be the following, of operators exiting a building after a raid and getting on board helicopters to fly out. The first wave of four helicopters is just operators, however the second two waves of extractions appear to be lugging things out of the building into Blackhawks

Any training would include an aspect of pulling out intelligence. But Anons have noted this was a curious building without a lot of windows, and a posted security guard at a gated parking lot, which was very close to Wells Fargo at 1200 Wiltshire:

I swung by google to check it out in streetview, and noticed a lot of security cameras pointing in all directions on one building next to the parking lot, with some cameras covering the streets, and some covering the paring lot (you can swing by, circle the block, and check it out yourself, and see all the things I cite here):

More on the other side of that building, with four cameras in just this shot and a lot of lights:

That high camera is pointed at a very packed, gated parking lot across the street, which on the overhead brings total cars for that building at 35:

The other building on the other side of the first parking lot appears “abandoned,” with lots of security caging on doors and windows, and strangely, two cars parked on the street in front of the “abandoned” building with “Closed” signs in the windows:

The overhead, presumably taken on a different day, also shows two different cars still parked in the same spot outside the closed abandoned building down the street.

If I see an abandoned building in a decent real estate market these days, I immediately look around for anything interesting it could be an observation post for. In this case it could be a security observation post for the other building, or it could be a competing operation trying to keep an eye on the first building. The cars could be mobile rechargeable video platforms or other tech that get changed out daily. The only thing I do not see around the first building is some sort of innocuous workers, like landscapers or building maintenance hanging around outside the building with big tool chests, trying to look like it is just innocuous workers who belong there as they do something innocent. Although you do have a dude in a pickup truck just sitting with his window down (enhanced sound and smell observation) having a drink on the side of the road opposite those buildings:

Also Kia pulling out on that side has a odor-masking tree hanging from the rear view (most people are not in their new cars enough each day without air conditioning to sweat and smell them up). Also his driver’s window is down when you pass him:

Another car chilling with a driver window open on the backside of that building:

It is always possible the google car just happened to drive by as these things were there. People park on a road with a sightline to something by chance with their window open, and some people do get tree air fresheners, so you can’t let these indices become absolutes in your mind. But when you see each, you file away the possibilities and see if possibilities begin to accrue into probabilities as you look around.

This security camera is strange, because it is not shooting into the parking lot, but is pointed over the lot and across the neighboring lots, pointing at the Wells Fargo building across the way:

Around the block, in front of Wells Fargo, are three occupied vehicles parked with driver’s windows either cracked or down fully – two cabs (one ostensibly offloading a passenger), and one civilian vehicle (What have I said about cabs? Ideal cover for vehicular surveillance. They can drive around all day long, they all look the same so you can see the same one multiple times and not get curious, you see them everywhere, and add a fare and you have a perfect cover for dumping foot surveillance at any site on the spur of the moment without looking the least bit suspicious):

If you really look closely, you will notice the shots on the street behind the suspicious building were shot at a different time from the shots on the street in front of Wells Fargo, based on the fact that the minute you jump onto the street in front of Wells Fargo, you see the parked traffic in front of Wells Fargo change. Except one car is the same, albeit in a different place. Yellow Cab #918. Of course he could be a legit cab, and park on that street between fares and he just happened to be there both times when the google car came through. Or he could be in a cover vehicle and be parked there as a stationary unit offering a protective overwatch of approaching traffic for a Cabal server farm that just got taken down. If you know the least bit about what is happening, you know something insane is going on. And if something insane is going on, anything is possible.

Wells Fargo says it is having systems issues, though Wells is away from where the military was operating:

The only other thing I will add is that the main building with the surveillance cams appears to have an AC unit on the roof which is much larger than neighboring buildings, perhaps something useful if you were to have to cool a server farm. There is also some sort of thick wire or pipe running from the side of that building roughly where the AC is and a few feet down from the roof, across the roof of the neighboring building and disappearing into it:

What I always wonder is where are the voluminous records on all of us going? Where are the photos, video, transcripts, psych profiles, coverage debriefs, informant reports, web histories, location histories, and so on stored. I had thought it would be a big data center somewhere, but if this is Cabal, and all being done off book, it is possible they are housed in small seemingly abandoned buildings that are hardened and designed to slag the drives in the event of an intrusion. It is possible there was something funky going on at that building, and Mil Intel went in there and cleaned it out, bringing some servers out with them. A lot of weirdness all around it. Then again, there is a lot of weirdness everywhere these days.
