Third Of Brits Will Use Sex Robots

I’ve been struggling to understand this:

A THIRD of Britons admit they would have a sexual encounter with a human-like robot, according to a new study.

And four in ten (40 per cent) believe having sex with a robot behind their partner’s back should not be considered cheating.

With technology advancing and sex robots now available to buy, 39 per cent of us predict that relationships between humans and robots will be entirely normal by 2050.

The study was carried out by NOW TV to mark the return of dystopian robot drama Westworld to its streaming service.

In the show, people visit a futuristic theme park staffed by artificially intelligent robot hosts.

Four in ten Brits (41 per cent) admit they would be up for visiting a park like Westworld, with 48 per cent confessing they would be more likely to consider acting out their darkest desires with a robot than with a human. However not all of us are in favour.

I didn’t grasp how sex robots could become a thing of any significance. Wasn’t another human at least somewhat of an element of the sexual experience? But this line sparked it in my head:

…48 per cent confessing they would be more likely to consider acting out their darkest desires with a robot than with a human.

Suddenly it dawned on me. Texting. Teens today do not talk on the phone. They only text. A leftist writing online did a whole article asking her friends who called her, “Why are you talking at me through my texting device?” She wrote of actually feeling anxiety at having to make phone calls, and talk extemporaneously.

Extemporaneous human interaction is amygdala-intensive. Your amygdala is scanning hundreds of facial expressions, vocal inflections, body language, and at the same time processing the ideas, words, implications, as well as the implications of every response you give, before you give it. Will it offend? Will it trigger anger? Will it give away some piece of info you do not want to give away? And on top of all of it is the amygdala-amping effect of having to perform that very moment, live, do or die.

That kind of super-complex, real-time processing places a lot of stress on the amygdala, and in our amygdala-addled age, these kids much prefer the impersonal, time-delayed method of communication embodied in texting. Everything is slow, all that matters are the words on the screen, and you can take as long as you want to reply.

That is why sex-robots will be a thing. For guys with any sort of worry about a body flaw and amygdala-weakness, the sex robot will be like texting compared to the real phone call of actual sex. Meeting the woman, presenting her with a visage which sparks her interest, avoiding rejection, and then the stress of the interpersonal as things intensify will all simulate the stress of the phone call. The robot will be like texting. The ease and security will make it preferable to vast swaths of people.

Interestingly, this will target leftists, and men. Women require the psychological stimulus of male dominance, which will be tough to create in a robot. But visually oriented men with weaker amygdalae will probably be taken out of the mating market in large numbers. It may also mean remaining K-men will have a plethora of women to choose from as mates.

It is good from the perspective of taking r-genes out of the gene pool on the male side. But on the down side, there will be large numbers of women at the low end of the SMV scale who will be totally deprived of any chance of acquiring a mate, because the males they used to be able to snag will be spending their nights with their Angelina Jolie sex robots.

If you think there are a lot of feminists now, wait until then.

Tell others about r/K, because the feminists are coming in force soon

K-selection is definitely a downside for low-fitness males. Its not a surprise that its a downside for their female counterparts also although to a lesser extent.

Me too. I also struggle with the people behind these bizarro, sick and stupid studies, who thought this topic, for example, had to be studied.

They can’t make sex robots that look even remotely realistic, unfortunately.

There are already sex robots for women, they’re called vibrators and a large percentage use them.

I think that you will see a lot of activity once they come up with prepubescent sexbots. It is illegal to screw a 12 year old girl. Unless they change the law, it won’t be illegal to screw a 10 year old female sexbot. They may have to keep it on the down-low at first, but there will definitely be a market.

Two Probs. Low SMV people vote, and may not be able to afford fuckbots. Their solution? Open. Borders.

So, basically, as these robots become more popular and sophisticated the future will have a lot less ugly useless mentally ill people, but the prelude will be a sharp sudden spike in female aggression. I’m not entirely sure how that would differ from today.

Interesting viewpoint. I never thought of it that way. Unfortunately sex robots and sex workers are the only hope the bottom half of the male population have of gettin’ any. I’m old school so I’d take flesh and blood over metal and latex anytime.

Well women have never been shy on the use of vibrators, so I think that’s old news. As for the guys, It seems an obvious consequence of feminism.

I’m not endorsing robot sex, to me programmed love is counterfeit. Still in the last guardians of the Galaxy movie, Yondo had apparently just been with a robot chick and that was so non controversial, I never heard anyone say anything about it.

Japan is way ahead of us here, except their shut-in males who were afraid to talk to girls all had lifesized dolls and ‘dakimakura’ which are those huge body sized pillows with pictures of anime women on them. A lot of their women are just like women here…they party hard in their twenties, then end up as unmarried aunties who chain smoke and drink glasses of wine with their dogs every night.

Another factor to consider: MGTOWs (Men Going Their Own Way). The younger crowd, already comfortable with tech and pr0n. They’ve seen their fathers, older brothers, friend’s dads, get completely screwed over by the system. They’ve seen the anti-male programming in school and HR. Work your tail off, and see half (insert Eddie Murphy bit here) get taken by by a woman they thought they could trust, and their kids turned against them. From their perspective, why go through all that when you can get urges taken care of with a realistic looking, and as the tech evolves, interactive, sexbot. Have you seen some of what they can do with those things? Not for me, but I can completely see how an increasing number would. As for the women, they’ve been trained to hate men, give them a ‘guy’ that can go as long as she needs. She wants kids, IVF, CRISPR, and doing soon, cloning, who needs a man, right? The demographic time bomb we’re facing doesn’t even account for these things, and they *are* coming.

I’ve thought about this a lot because the MRA channels I frequent sometimes posit it as a solution to feminism. The problem I have with this is that if it was some kind of solution then wouldn’t we see lessened feminist influence in countries with legalized prostitution such as Germany and Netherlands?
