If you use sharpies, the machine can’t count the vote. That’s the only reason for the prohibition, which means it isn’t part of the voting code. End result? All the votes have to be counted by hand.
What would you do if you knew that the machine was set to change the vote counts and you couldn’t fix it and no one would believe you if you said so?
Or all the votes have to be “cured” by poll workers “transferring them” from the Sharpie ballot, to a new ballot, in pen. Probably in a room with cardboard up against the windows.
Everyone of these ceters ouht to have more cameras running, and freely available on the web, than any casino in Las Vegas,
Right, there are probably more cameras in a single Vegas bathroom than in every polling place in Nevada.
