I want the reader to flex their lower face muscles, until they look like this. In particular, try to get the wrinkles you see on the lower right side of the picture, near the chin. Try to create the lines extending from the corners of the nose, down below the edges of the mouth, by sneering, and contracting the cheek muscles below your eyes to stretch out your upper lip laterally.
Now imagine what your emotional state would be, as you made that expression. Are you happy? Proud? In awe? Respectful?
