Fox News’ Juan Williams said he is “baffled” by the push to end gun free zones in military recruiting centers…
Fox News’ Martha MacCallum countered Williams by pointing out that this was a military recruiting center–regardless of where it was located–and that is why it was targeted.
Williams responded: “What we’re talking about Martha is, you’d be in favor of sort of the wild, wild west. Everybody has a gun on them as they’re walking around the mall? Not in my mall, I don’t want it… Martha, you can pander to fear, anxiety, anger over what happened [in Chattanooga], but it is not a substantial policy…”
You cannot argue logically with a liberal. All you can do is shame them, because shame is the only language they understand.
You call Juan a coward, you assail him as stupid, and then you make a point of letting the military know he wants them unarmed when a terrorist comes – because as a coward he is afraid of guns. You out-group him as anti-military, untrusting of our military, hating of our military, attack his patriotism and loyalty to America, point out his policy helps the terrorists, and then shame him over his own inability to protect his own family, and the lack of loyalty he must feel toward them to be content to leave them defenseless. Call him a pussy who wouldn’t last two seconds in a state of nature, point out to the crowd how only an idiot would want such a pussy telling them what to do, and lock eye contact with him while still-facing him to maximize the amygdala strain.
This is why people like Trump. He will do those things. Everyone else would treat Juan politely, as if he were an equal.
That is the very reason that the apocalypse cometh.

You’re absolutely right. One of the first things I noticed when I started engaging in political debates with liberals was that, instead of engaging in a rational discussion with you, they would almost always try to shut you up by ostracizing you in front of an audience instead. I also noticed how incredibly cheap it was because they didn’t actually have to do anything that required critical thinking. It didn’t require any effort at all on their part. They were just repeating the talking points that they heard from people like jon stewart and rachel maddow.
Eventually I came to the conclusion that most of these people are not interested in having an honest, civil, political discussion with you. They’re only interested in the pleasure that they get from denigrating your character. They need to feel like they are a “better” person than you but, more importantly, they need other people to believe that they are a “better” person than you. For them, being perceived as a “good” person is the only that thing that truly matters to them in the context of political debate. They’re not altruists, they’re narcissists. This is why they need to be called out for the cowards, hypocrites and degenerates that they are. That is the only effective way to deal with them.
