Precedents exist with one country shooting down foreign aircraft and reverse engineering the technology.

At the time I thought the undefeatability of the weapon was due to the fact you would get hit at some point when you were not ready, but maybe it is just very hard to stop whatever these impulses are, and all your opponent has to do is pull the trigger.

When guns advanced sufficiently it became impossible or impractical to proof armor against them until new advancements in armor were developed.
We don’t know the tech so we don’t know how possible or practical the corresponding defenses would be, or whether the defense side of things has simply not developed yet.
I’m sure all factions would be working on defenses, but that doesn’t mean they have them yet.

I am about 98% sure what I am seeing is the Havana weapon. Mainly because of the precision. I do not think the Havana Weapon is somebody just blasting a head with microwaves or ultrasound in a constructively interfering node. Intelligence is about control, and whoever is doing it is undoubtedly an intelligence operation. They don’t want to just wipe somebody’s entire operating system, nor do they want to have to try and gauge a power level and hope it does not kill somebody, but still has an effect.
What Laura Bush described, I can experience, exactly as she described it, just about any day. Somehow, their device was honing in on some moving part of the swinging hammock, and placing some kind of pinpoint energetic discharge in an exact spot relative to the hammock, as it was moving, so a specific spot in my head would be hit. The spot used was probably where you head the thwack before things begin.
It is possible it is a different weapon, but remember US intel shared files with Cuba, and a board of doctors in Cuba said the weapon had a “laser-like” precision inside the brain which was unlike any other known weapon.

I’ve talked to people about this type of situation who have personal knowledge. This was in the context of Taiwan and TSMC. They are building plants here because of how they had to run them in Taiwan. They buy the production machines from America, and they have no idea how to keep them running. There were attempts to train engineers there, but it always failed, so there are a steady stream of engineers going to Taiwan (and China) every 2 weeks or so to either maintain or calibrate something on the line.
All the constant maintenance that a bespoke, custom made high-tech device requires are all done by Americans. That’s, I believe, one of the things keeping China from invading Taiwan — if they do, Americans will stop flying in to keep the TSMC machines running, and it will all just be expensive ruins, even if China’s bombs never touch it. They don’t need to have a kill-switch or anything built into it — someone can just delete a configuration file or twist a couple of trim pots in a device, and now the whole line is down until an American comes to fix it.
Same for China. They can handle the 10-15 year old technology. The new stuff is all maintained by Americans and run by locals. The local goons can fly the plane, but they have no idea how to work on the engines or fix the avionics.

After some thought, especially on what eliminating the ground appartus would do to the economy, I’m not so sure Trump will try to take it out. Hope I am wrong, but I don’t think 40 million taken out, and the subsequent effects, is the legacy he wants to leave.
I do not think he would try to kill them all outright. My guess would be, if Q is telling the truth, and we will get honest courts, laws enforced, and intelligence will not be allowed to classify data just to hide crimes, the first thing will be a reconciliation commission, where everybody explains what they did and is given legal protection from prosecution in almost all, if not all cases. There is no cost to them admitting to what they have done, because as Bill Binney said to me, everything they have done has been recorded multiple different ways by the very systems they designed to entrap us. So it is all already known, and will be public, if classification is changed so you cannot hide crimes with it. Them going on record just takes criminal charges off the table.
But then everything is on the record, their admissions and the NSA data, and I would expect civil lawsuits would be off the hook. The only thing which might prevent that is if Trump says, “Pack your shit, leave, and surrender your citizenship, and you will be free and clear.” He might do that because it is difficult to imagine ever being one nation again after 9/11, and I suspect all these people, whether they know it or not, have citizenship somewhere, whether it is British, something in New Zealand, or even Vatican or Israeli passports waiting for them. It would be worth getting them on another continent, to let them take their shit and just go. I do not think I can overstaate how magical being rid of all of them will be.
But I think more likely they will be told by Management to stay and continue to embed themselves in society, and they will take the financial hit of all the lawsuits, and start over, probably expecting overseas Cabal wealth to be flooded to them to begin elevating them again relative to us, so they can begin to try and take over society and the government again. So long as they are here, the war will continue.
I do not see those mechanisms being devastating though to regular Americans or our society. Especially if we all are twice as healthy and energetic, and our days begin to feel like they are three or four times as long, and we are all a team working together in a meritocracy.
Over time, I would expect discrimination would drive them overseas, and eventually we would be rid of the whole thing.
I would hope it works that way, as the alternative – any of the ways which leaves them in place among us – will just require our side slipping once, and we will be back to being beamed for not typing out the government talking points every time we are on the internet.

For example, yesterday a 4 chan thread on gangstalking was linked to. I have been reading a number of Quora answers on the subject. I cannot say what is possible, but in my specific case, I have some observations. I do not know what the hot electricity is which by itself pumps up your heart rate and breathing, and which seems, from the audio, some sort of priming or charging mechanism that imparts a static like charge to everything and creates conditions under which a beam can impart force to matter through walls. That feels like a cloud type of effect, and you can hear it in the tapping audio as the MRI-like hum which comes and goes. That could be multiple emitters of some sort creating an constructive interference effect in one spot, or it could even be coming from a satellite or aircraft, being painted down broadly from above, I do not know.
But the actual mechanism which sets off the impulses/spatter/tapping/force is a beam which I have gotten to about 99% is located in a house next door. That is how they get the level of precision in application, and it appears to be line of sight, if you consider many materials to be transparent to it. I am unclear how they are imaging its location in the house, but there must be some way, and I think the “Tap” on a pillow or mattress before it is deploy inside you is a test of its accuracy and calibration, done as a procedure, which is detected and run against the point of aim to make sure it will hit precisely when finally applied.
My guess would be by itself the beam is harmless, and maybe even undetectable with no effect. I think they get that in closer proximity to the target for accuracy, knowing it is nothing without the hot electricity field, which is applied much more broadly, maybe from some distance. I have had hot electricity applied seemingly to a whole room, and could hear little zaps happening on anything prone to take a static charge, as if charges were constantly building, until they discharged of their own impetus, some of which I recorded and posted here.
But I think that beam, which you saw in the thermal video skim off me, and then focus into what looked like a circular beam, divided into three pie-slices by some sort of dividers which must have been at the emitter, that will tend to be closer to the target.
Oh! Just in case you weren’t familiar with it have you heard of the 3M factory static forcefield? At this point any data is useful so it might fill in some gaps. I can see the forcefield easily being fitted to push your head around.

Maybe. I am kind of doing that already with aluminum sheets, which blow in the breeze, and I hope work something like fascinators, to reduce their info about things inside the house, including me. But it does not stop the head pushes. I think they are applying that precisely and missing the Aluminum, because one time they hit a fascinator as they were pushing my head, and you can see it jump.

I’m trying to think of a way to deplete the “hot electricity” field they seem to use to prepare for the main beam and the pushes.
The only thing I found which stops the hot electricity, or at least appears to blunt it enough they prefer not to use it, compared to turning it up to 1000x, is direct water immersion, with only the mouth and nose out of water.
When I first tried the water, I had been getting buzzed in the head, and had no god options, so I got in the tub, filled it with warm water, got my ass under the faucet with my legs going up the front wall, and me laying back under the water, with just my mouth and nose out. I was beyond exhausted by that point, and could sleep under any conditions, and the warm water would last an hour and a half to two hours if I warmed up the tub, so while I was out cold, I must have slid back to get my legs down, and in the tub, and as a result, my head slid up the back and out of the water. I woke up with my head buzzing and vibrating and full in the vibration cloud. I was not upset because I wanted to see how this would work, and I slid back down, with my head sliding right into the water. I could actually feel the cloud up there on my nose and lips for a bit, but in the water, it was completely still. It eventually died, and that was it. I was sleeping underwater from there on out.
Do not know about grounding. I should try it, but I am barely getting all this done now.

With shielding, you’re not trying to stop any attacks at first, you’re just trying to reduce the EMF you can measure locally, as each component of shielding, grounding, or ferrite is added. This has to be iterated many times to find miniscule gaps where EMF can enter. Eventually, as those are all blocked, measurable EMFs will stabilize without spikes at some much lower value than when the process started. At that point, there’s a clean enough baseline to run tests against an adversary.

I wonder is it necessary to have the water in direct contact with your skin? Sleeping in water does not seem ideal, like anything you are doing is, but, maybe you could find some feed sacks which are cheap, line them with trash bags, fill with water and add a little calcium hypochlorate(pool shock) so they don’t mold. Stack these up like sandbags. It doesn’t have to be feed sacks but any sort of cheap bag or even net bags. Low cost. Sleep in the water bag tent.

One bad thing about the sodium hypochlorate is it might make the water conductive. So the chlorine gas might have to be drawn off to make the water less conductive. A way to get the chlorine and minerals out of the water, less conductive to electricity, is to use powered vitamin C. Weird, yes I know, but it works. So you shock the water with chlorine to kill bacteria then take out the chlorine(pool shock is cheaper than bleach in volume). I found a pinch of vitamin C stirred into a five gallon bucket would collect the minerals and chlorine into a tiny grain the size of maybe three sugar crystals. Maybe a little less than a milometer. Got that from the San Fransisco waterworks.

I was so exhausted by the time I tried it I slept really well, save for a few screwups drifting too low and getting water up my nose. Now I sleep like a baby in it. It is just a pain getting out because you have to dry off. But I suspect you need to be in the water. I wore a wetsuit, and got the impression they could detect me better in the water, and they began popping sensations in my abdomen.

I’m still 99.9% convinced that what they are doing is spin waves, torsion waves or what I’ve been calling inertia waves. Same thing as gyroscopes can emit, railguns, some arrangements of superconductors. I also think this is the same force from the very high voltage static charge at the 3M plant. It appears to me for lack of a better way of explaining it that the universe, dare I say the aether, can only take so much “stress”. What you talked about, metal re-emitting hot particles, is exactly what a Russian scientist said about spin waves. Shpilman described how metal shields perpendicular to the field’s directions are ineffective,

What’s most interesting is that there’s no, that I’ve seen, research on this in the west. Or public anyways. Even though these spin waves have been shown to be great catalyst for some chemical reactions and do a lot of odd things. That there’s no public research might be a big hint in itself.
I think there is a good chance you are right. I am just in over my head with it and lack the time on top of it, so I am shotgunning to see if I can find stuff by luck which seems stupid but does the trick.
Water is conductive. Try the wetsuit when wearing a grounding wristband. Run the grounding wire from wristband up to the top of the suit and out into the water, where it can make electrical contact with the water.
Do you use a snorkel?
I tried a few different ways do that, but none worked, and I finally just let my mouth and nose poke up out. That worked for me because I was exhausted, and had to sleep. But for the first month or so it was like wetting the bed – you will let the water come up too high and get a little in your nose and sometimes down into your lungs. You will wake up pretty quickly, bust up out of the water, and it will be shitty coughing it up, but it is like being a kid and your bed is suddenly wet. You very quickly learn what precedes that, and what you need to do to prevent it, and you learn to do it all while fully asleep. So just like you learn not to pee in the bed, you will learn, even while asleep, that as that water comes up toward your nostrils and mouth, you can feel it approaching the danger zone, and you need to inhale deeply, to create buoyancy and raise yourself, or you need to angle your neck subtly to get more out of the water.
Water touching the mouth is a pain for me, not because I inhale it (I do not breathe through my mouth), but rather because if the water hits my lips, they will eventually separate and let it in, and you will end up waking with a mouth full of water you have to spit out.
Breathing deeper under is more problematic than it seems in theory. THe snorkel seemed a goood choice, but does not work. First I could not train myself to keep a tight seal with a snorkel while sleeping. The second I would slip off, my mouth went lax, and there would be water in there. The second problem was you breathe shallowly when you sleep, and a snorkel requires a full breath in and out to not be re-inhaling what you just exhaled into the snorkel. Third, breathing appears to become weak when you sleep. Not a problem in a bed, but as you get deeper in water, even just a foot, you need to inhale with a decent amount of muscular force to overcome the water pressure pushing in on your rib cage and stomach. I could force that while awake, but every time I drifted off, I would not breathe and wake up kind of feeling like I was suffocating, and then I would breathe rapidly, oxygenate, drift off, and wake up again out of breath, breathe rapidly, reoxygenate, and on and on. It never worked well and was a miserable sleep.
I actually set up a full face respirator with air coming in the inlets from a massive Koi POnd pump via one hose and blowing out the outlet with another hose I attached, figuring I would breathe it as it passed. Again, if I put the end of the outlet hose above water, the mask would pressurize against my face uncomfortably due to the weak pressure inside, and I would have to really inhale hard, which was not effective while sleeping, as above. I tried moving the end of the outlet hose into the water, at varying depths to pressurize what was in the mask, but as I got enough pressure to breathe, the pressure in the mask would start to equalize with the water and push it off my face underwater – the seal was then weak and would begin to let drips and drabs of water in, as the bubbles sometimes blowing out at the seal pushed it off, and that made it impossible to have a good restful sleep as the mask picked up more and more water.
I would love to be sleeping like a foot or two under and be completely insulated like that, but I could not make it feasible. That said, I am grateful, as you can have your nose and mouth out, and it still seems to shield you against most of the damage the beam does.
I do not mind any of this as I see two paths ahead on the trajectory we are on. Either everyone ends up having to do this and accepts that there will be this surveillance doing this to them, or everyone ends up doing this, and that eventually motivates everyone to deal with all the meatsticks doing this.
At some point the surveillance agency will be gone, and none of these people will have government support, tech, or organization supporting them. I view all of this as a temporary phase we just have to wait out.
Until then, I write about it because for now, it is our kind vs their’s. Those of us who would never do this to a fellow American are the people who are going to be getting this, and I want to help those of you who I believe will fall under this, at least until our numbers are so high the end result becomes inevitable.

Yes, as yet I am not picking up tremendous draws where I am looking, but it is ongoing. That said, I suspect the beam will be like a microwave oven. The hot electricity will probably be something, but I cannot even begin to tell you where that is coming from yet.
