Resource Waste Happens In The Glut

This is a doozy:

Each spring, at tax preparation offices all across the nation, many illegal immigrants are now eagerly filing tax returns to take advantage of a tax loophole, using their ITIN numbers to get huge refunds from the IRS.

The loophole is called the Additional Child Tax Credit. It’s a fully-refundable credit of up to $1000 per child, and it’s meant to help working families who have children living at home.

But 13 Investigates has found many undocumented workers are claiming the tax credit for kids who live in Mexico – lots of kids in Mexico.

“We’ve seen sometimes 10 or 12 dependents, most times nieces and nephews, on these tax forms,” the whistleblower told Eyewitness News. “The more you put on there, the more you get back…”

One of the workers, who was interviewed at his home in southern Indiana, admitted his address was used this year to file tax returns by four other undocumented workers who don’t even live there. Those four workers claimed 20 children live inside the one residence and, as a result, the IRS sent the illegal immigrants tax refunds totaling $29,608.

He later explained none of the 20 children have ever visited the United States – let alone lived here.

So why should undocumented workers receive tax credits for children living in a foreign country, which is a violation of IRS tax rules?

“If the opportunity is there and they can give it to me, why not take advantage of it?” the worker said.

Why not? Resources are free after all. That money is everywhere, so who cares if they take free money. It is in the brain circuitry.

This part at the end is more ominous:

What does the IRS have to say about all this?

The agency sent WTHR a statement, defending its policy of paying tax credits to illegal immigrants.

“The law has been clear for over a decade that eligibility for these credits does not depend on work authorization status or the type of taxpayer identification number used. Any suggestion that the IRS shouldn’t be paying out these credits under current law to ITIN holders is simply incorrect. The IRS administers the law impartially and applies it as it is written,” the statement said.

If I took a $30,000 refund I wasn’t entitled to, I would get flak from the IRS. If I took a $30,000 refund I was entitled to, I still might get flak, as an agent claimed to me it was fraudulent, and tried to bluff me outright into giving it up. I knew somebody that happened to, and they actually took it right out of his bank account, before he could fight it. His business went under because of it.

But that doesn’t happen to the illegals – and they can’t even vote. If there was anybody the IRS could push around, or at least enforce the law against with impunity, it would be them.

Sometimes I get the impression it is more than an r-selected psychology expressing itself. Sometimes I feel as if it is a well crafted plan by the elites at the top to take it all down purposely, and leave every American in as bad a position as possible.

They are schemers by nature, right? Not so hard to figure the ones with the power to scheme big would do so.

A little hard to see how it could be so efficient.

I clearly see what is coming, and if God doesn’t decide to stop it, than it is going to be very very ugly. God have mercy on us all. Fools, righteous, and fallen.

It occurs to me that in light of everything you’ve written, if I don’t strengthen myself both physically and emotionally, then I am going to be held accountable for a sin, the sin of not taking care of the one human being I am in charge of. And if I don’t pray now as much as I can for mercy, then God is going to be angry with me that I didn’t ask Him to show pity on His world before the decree was enacted.

You have a very good site. It inspires people to repent. I am very grateful.

Well, if the out-siders can have free money to which they are not entitled, and the insiders get harassed for accessing refunds to which they are entitled, you have your answer.

Straightforward hatred of the people. Coming from whom? The ‘elite’ is a funny name for the Jews.

Simply a manifestation of the genocidal racism the system has for white America. It subsidizes the invasion while robbing the natives. But just as importantly it humiliates the natives, it sends a message about who is dominant and who must be submissive. If a native tried it he would indeed be clapped into jail, allowing the invader to get away with it demonstrates to the native that he is a subject living in a conquered land.

This was an interesting read only a day or two after I posted a discussion of r/K/T theory. Individuals who believe they are K-selected may be beginning to see that they are actually the ones on the wrong side of evolution, and that the T-selected groups will eliminate the K-selected groups in favor of using r-selected groups as more-manageable livestock.
