Too Fat To Be A Judge? Regularly Soil Chairs With Diarrhea? No Problemo, Welcome To The Bench Your Honor!

As if this nation hadn’t already descended into Banana Republic status:

The all-Democratic city council in suburban White Plains, N.Y., gave its party chairperson a six-figure judicial seat despite the fact that she is too obese to climb the three steps to the bench.

City judge Elizabeth Shollenberger, who suffers from a digestive disorder and obesity, was appointed to the $175,500-a-year job in December and has since disgusted her colleagues with gastrointestinal issues.

“She would come in and we would see the diarrhea running down her leg and to the floor,” one court worker told the NY Post. “She would soil the chair and then ask for a new one.”

Shollenberger further dismayed her colleagues by displaying “complete arrogance” following the embarrassing incidents.

“She would just say, ‘There is a mess over there. I think someone should clean it up,’” a court source told the NY Post…

Shollenberger, 61, put her $65,000 in annual health benefits to work almost immediately, taking the first of several health leaves only one week after beginning her term…

The Office of Court Administration determined she was “unable to perform her job,” after receiving multiple reports regarding her incontinence, a high-level court source told the NY Post.

Shollenberger has been prohibited from receiving any new cases and her current case load has been distributed to other jurists but she wishes to continue serving in her current post.

There are very few bigotries I indulge. I try to judge everyone as I meet them. But I do judge morbidly obese women. There is something in their psychology driving that need to eat to the point it impacts their ability to move. It is a compulsive dissatisfaction in their psychological makeup that does not bode well for those poor souls who fall into their orbit. Where this judge points out her diarrhea, and demands somebody clean it up is a classic narcissist game of screwing over someone else. Well, if I’m miserable, now you are going to be miserable too!

Notice however, where resources are this free, even the woman too fat to move with diarrhea streaming down her leg into a puddle on the floor can attain high social status and a position of authority. If K-selection hit, she wouldn’t last two minutes, but in r she thrives. This is the nightmare of r-selection.

Oddly enough, rabbit utopia New York doesn’t even demand fat judges show up for work:

A New York judge is raking in $175,500-a-year in her state-taxpayer-funded salary — for sitting in jail.

Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio has been locked up since June 5 for violating her parole for a DWI conviction…

Ironically state law protects Astacio despite her behavior.

The same law allows judges to take unlimited sick leave. The lax policy has benefited at least two severely overweight judges. Daniel J. McCullough of Queens was finally forced into retirement earlier this week after failing to show up to work for over three years because his morbid obesity kept him in the hospital and rehab center. All the while he was collecting a $193,000 salary and will still retire with a hefty pension.

Another judge, Elizabeth Shollenberger of suburban White Plains, landed a $175,500 seat— but her 400-pound weight prevented her from being able to climb the three steps to her courtroom bench. She’s on a fully paid, indefinite medical leave.

This can only happen when resources are so free they can be wasted willy-nilly without anyone complaining or doing anything about it. It just isn’t an amygdala-priority for anyone right now. Given this level of resource availability, to a degree we could never have imagined in the natural world, is it any surprise the human machines trying to adapt to it are physically breaking down, and society is following a similar path?

We are designed for harshness and shortage. Harshness and shortage are an integral part of the machine that is supposed to mold us into our majestic form. Absent it, we are like melted plastic, splattered on the floor without a mold to give it form or purpose.

And as we go, so too do the civilizations which were keeping us from being molded properly. The harshness we need is going to return because that is how the world is designed.

Tell others about r/K Theory, because there is enough disgusting shit in courthouses already

“Judge not, lest ye be judged.” The deal is, we can’t help but judge others- it’s part of our makeup. A K type person would then take that as a call towards self improvement. An r type person would be completely oblivious to this statement as it applies to them, and they would likely ignore it as the judge in New York does.

Gee, I wonder how Shollenberger will rule once she gets on the Bench (assuming it doesn’t crack)? Measured, thoughtful jurist or hard left judicial activist? I wonder. I wonder.

I know the federal government can print money at will, but I thought many states and municipalities were hurting. I guess not this one

Hey Anonymous do you think this women is morbidly obese and also a judge in part to make people disgusted? The diarrhea as you said “narcissist game of screwing over someone else”.

I think her body being overweight and then working as judge is also a narcissist thing. I say this in part due to the fact that people can get medical operations such as gastric bypass surgery for weight problems (you can also train and diet). The fact that she makes over S170,000 and takes time off means that she is obese on purpose and being a judge mean people have to look at her and talk to her no matter how disgusting she is.

Ugly, old and/or very over weight women who are narcissist must love jobs or careers that make people not only look at them but have to listen and even take orders. I think things like Judges, politicians, cps and teachers as places where these type of women would go when older, if they have no family or friends to abuse (can you image this woman with a husband or worst a child?)

Hey Anonymous Conservative Have you hear this story, ‘School forced to apologise after pupils told to write their own suicide notes’

A school in London has come under fire after telling 60 teenage pupils to write their own suicide notes during an English class assignment.

The task was given as part of the year group’s studies on Shakespeare’s Macbeth, in which Lady Macbeth dies “by self and violent hands”.

Senior staff at Thomas Tallis School in Kidbrooke apologised for upsetting students, some of whom are said to have friends who have taken their own lives.

“On what universe was it ever a good idea to ask a group of teenagers to write suicide notes?” she said to local newspaper News Shopper.”

I thought you might be interested. I would like to hear your thoughts on this. I could think a narcissist could do this. It is interesting when reading your post on the Obese Judge. It must be power trip for this teacher to force students to write this suicide notes, this is especially narcissist after one of the students had lost friends to suicide.

It would not allow me to reply so I had to re write what I sent you. I think today it is worst what she did. Many children grow up up with no fathers, no church and spent most of their young lives either in daycare or school, no national pride. Much of the earlier communities build up in the past have been toren down and replace by Marxist, post modern and post religious (taro cards, star signs) crap. These children higher levels of depression and so the teacher though I would call evil any other period of history is out right pushing these young minds along
