ABA Calls For A Delay In Kavanaugh Proceedings

Amazing:

The American Bar Association is calling on the Senate Judiciary Committee to halt the consideration of President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh until an FBI investigation is completed into the sexual assault allegations that have roiled his nomination.

Brett Kavanaugh committee vote to go on as scheduled Friday, Republican senators say
In a strongly worded letter obtained by CNN Thursday, the organization said it is making the extraordinary request “because of the ABA’s respect for the rule of law and due process under law,” siding with concerns voiced by Senate Democrats since Christine Blasey Ford’s decades-old allegations became public.

And with that, the ABA’s true nature comes out into the open. It is owned, and reading plays from the same playbook. Now, if you look at things logically, you have to realize there is coordination. The only question becomes, how organized is it, and what does the central control structure look like? Do they receive overt orders, or do they operate autonomously pursuing the interests of the whole?

It is easy to miss. But if you get just one small peek behind the curtain and realize something is not as it seems, suddenly the signs are everywhere.

What this open exposure means is Cabal is desperate, and pulling out all the stops. Under these conditions, it no longer cares about exposure, because survival is what they are fighting for.

I’ve told you, Cabal goes where the power is, and has penetrated everything with its agents. You won’t see it all the time. Usually they want their control hidden. They may even tell their people to act against Cabal interests in matters which do not really matter, to maintain their cover and to preserve our own perception that everything is honest, spontaneously assembled, and unorganized by any hidden controlling force. But it isn’t. A hidden force has placed agents loyal to it throughout everything, and it has been calling all the shots.

What this means is that the organization which every lawyer needs approval from to operate, is not just compromised. It is fully owned by a force which can make any lawyer do anything it wants, if conditions get bad enough. What that means is, if any individual entered the criminal justice system, or filed a lawsuit, the outcome of their trial could have been the straightforward, honest process they expected. Or it could have been much different. The choice was Cabal’s.

This is why Q’s assertions of Military Tribunals makes sense. Those young idealistic guys willing to die for a nation they thought was free are exactly the guys who will create a world Cabal would have trouble penetrating.

Intellectually I can see how this would be the way things would evolve. Power has a natural tendency to consolidate and grow. And as it grows, it will eventually pass that threshold where it will seek to control everything in ways the masses would oppose. To Cabal, those of us who want freedom, and are willing to accept any outcome probably look somewhat like the Joker in The Dark Knight. They want an organized system, we want to flip a coin and let things play out from there, win, lose, or draw. This organization of the system and total consolidation of power should not be a surprise – it should be expected. And yet still I gaze on in wonderment.

I suppose what I am really amazed by is how I had bought the illusion, and accepted The Myth, to the point that I was completely clueless. I like to think I can be a smart guy, but they got me, completely. Where everything was a complex system of predictable order and control, I saw a random disorder and chaos which was not actually present, or maybe even possible. I feel stupid.

Even more amazing is that somehow, Trump and company have found a way to attack, and possibly destroy this system. I think the great irony of the whole thing, is that to survive, Cabal had to feed the myth to so many young, idealistic Americans. And once fed the myth, those young idealistic Americans came to believe that silly myth was not just possible, it was worth fighting for, and even dying for. Now those crazy, deluded, freedom-loving bastards have managed to get to a position where they can create the myth from whole cloth, and they are going to do it. I cannot imagine Cabal’s chagrin.

All those crazy bastards have to do to make the myth reality is destroy the very Cabal which had created the myth and used it for cover for so many years.

So ironic. God really created a world where freedom is an unavoidable outcome, eventually. Even if you seize control, you need to create the very idea which will drive the forces which will destroy you.

Tell your friends and family about r/K Theory, because it even played out behind the illusion.

“God really created a world where freedom is an unavoidable outcome, eventually.”

AC I really hope you’re right but I’m concerned about the technological changes we’re seeing and what it means for freedom loving people going forward. One example being China’s burgeoning skynet surveillance initiative where even having a relative or acquaintance that runs afoul of the system affects your score and you can see the enormous pressure to conform.

Forget the government, having your own family ostracize you for being out of line is crazy to think about but it’s already happening. Probably explains why Cabal picked the Chinese as the next superpower. Their people are already under their own self-imposed yoke.

Couple this with the push towards driver-less cars and it’s easy to see where this is headed. Eventually manually driven cars will be a considered a safety hazard and banned. Then you have total control by the elites in power.

“Don’t like our new law screwing you in every way possible? Fine, your driver-less car has been disabled and you get to keep paying for it with no way to get to work.”

Scary stuff

The ABA is, and has always been, an arm of the DNC. I find none of this here surprising.

No, the ABA has no control over lawyers. Most lawyers do not belong to the organization. It was converged and taken over in the 1970’s by leftists and has operated as a Democrat political organization ever since. It’s only meaningful influence is in accreditation of law schools and in volunteering to rank judicial candidates (only media and politicians looking for cover for their preferences pay any attention). It intentionally fosters the misconception that it is some sort of official lawyer regulating/licensing body when it is nothing of the sort. It is only a club for leftist attorneys.

Trump said look at the lawyers.

If the Continental Congress had as many lawyers as the US Congress does now, America would still be a British colony. Lawyers play both sides and claim they have the the monopoly on “legitimate” process. The codes they live by are easier to corrupt than software breeches for voting machine hacks.

You, like all of us, were born into the illusion, how could we not buy into it? I think the fact that you see through it now is a testament to how smart you are.

What this means is that the organization which every lawyer needs approval from to operate, is not just compromised.

Thankfully, not yet. Actual licensing happens through the individual state bar organizations, and most of them aren’t very tightly associated with the ABA. For example, the ABA propagates Model Rules, but unless your state bar adopts the rule (which they often modify or flat out ignore) then it’s just a guideline, not a requirement.

You might be surprised how many lawyers are not members of the ABA, and in fact won’t have anything to do with them. Only about 15% of lawyers pay dues to the ABA, and even that number is dropping despite the ABA lowering fees to try to combat it.

Depends on the state, but it’s clear that the ABA is far to the left of even the NY and CA state bars.

It’s not an accident that you believe the ABA has more power than they actually do. They (and (((they)))) foster that idea.

Sort of on/off topic:

Something was tickling my intuition, so I started looking at Ford’s photos, especially the ones without the obscuring glasses, when it hit me.

Adult Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

Anyone else see it or am I imposing bias on it?

She’s third generation Clown. She glows in the dark so much you can track her from orbit.

There’s no way she wasn’t passed around like the village bike by her father and his friends.

And they got it. Jeff Flake delivered. It’s being reported he will not vote yes in the senate unless there is the FBI investigation Democrats demand.

This is why God kicked Adam out of the Eden after following the advice of Eve.

Apparently the report was inaccurate.

Apparently the report was only partially accurate. The letter was written by the president of the ABA, Bob Carlson. The rating of well qualified is issued by a committee, and only the committee can withdraw it. It remains to be seen to what extent ABA rules and regs allow the president to speak for the whole organization.

All that aside, the ABA has been demonstrably badly leftist for decades. I would not expect a sufficient walkback from Bob’s position.
