Poster grobdriver, over at the second comment on this post on Free Republic, points out that while Feinstein introduced her bill to ban Assault Weapons, it might be a diversion designed to draw attention from a myriad of other bills which do the same things, but can move more quietly, and are farther ahead legislatively than Feinstein’s. His post is below.
Screw these people.
And do not be distracted by Feinstein’s show – her bill (if there even is such a thing) has not been introduced into the system.
Everything she wants to accomplish is already underway in separate legislation.
