Some, given the history of how the Clinton campaign deliver misleading information, may speculate the Cleveland cancellations was due to lack of interest, ie. bad optics. Perhaps this is a possibility.
However, there’s a very solid argument to be made that Hillary Clinton is not physically healthy enough for the rigors of general election campaigning. It is entirely possible the decision to use large buses for travel is more attached to her health condition.
Health issues are unpredictable. As a result, you have to schedule events, and hope for the best. If you are too sick, you cancel, and if you can get out there, you drag yourself out there. That is the basic scenario we saw with John Kerry’s wife, who had the same problem, and kept having to cancel.
It does make you wonder if she needed that bathroom break during the debate for some medical reason, rather than a mere bathroom break. I could see her viewing a late entrance as worthwhile if she needed something to keep from blacking out or having a heart attack.
If Hillary’s ass is already dragging, wait until she has endured three more months of non-stop campaigning and three debates with the Donald. She will need a lot more than three men to carry her up eight steps into a house.

If you haven’t seen the footage of her startle/feeze response at a rally, you should check it out. The same guy hustles up on stage, pats her reassuringly, and gives her verbal instructions. Very un-Secret Service-like behavior. IMHO, he is not an SS agent because he is too overweight for standards (even in this day and age), he always wears colored shirts, and he touches and verbally coaches the “principal”. This guy is a medical professional of some sort, and he is following a set of procedures that have clearly been worked out in advance — indicating knowledge of prior “short circuits” by Hillary.
A very similar-looking chap is also helping her in the now-famous stair-stumble photos, which were evidently taken before she had a Kaine to lean on. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.)
It is possible we are both right, and he is a doctor and SS. Special Forces actually has full MDs in its ranks, and I would bet SS recruits them too. Plus, something like that is a quick way to get a waiver on anything, because when the shit goes down a full MD is priceless.
