News Briefs – 01/15/2024

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have an advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

If you have clicked on the page for this News Brief, this is a link that will take you directly to the comments section.

Davos’ debauched underbelly: How the global elite indulge in cocaine, caviar and champagne at secret ‘bunga bunga’ parties behind the scenes of the World Economic Forum.

From here: “Forum in Davos, then US President Donald Trump told European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, in a private meeting, the following: “you need to understand that if Europe is under attack we will never come to help you and to support you, and by the way NATO is dead, and we will leave, we will quit NATO.””

Slimebag Vivek told a Trump supporter if they really loved Trump they should vote for him to save Trump from being destroyed by the Deep State. And there he is, listening in people’s homes, following people through grocery stores, making friends just so he can report anything he can scrounge on them back to command for Brownie Points. When the conspiracy needs to pick a favorite son to support the Obama op, they choose him, and then make him a billionaire, so they can run him here. He is a complete slave to the conspiracy, and he pretends to be a better choice than Trump.

From the comments, a great video explaining how once Vivek took the ticket, they simply installed him at a hedge fund, and even though he picked losers, Blackrock and Vanguard, and State Street took their money and bought Vivek’s loser stocks in bulk, even as the companies failed, driving the price up, and making Vivek look like a genius investor and billionaire, even though the companies tanked.  Once he took the ticket, he didn’t need to do anything right, he just needed to show up and play the role. And note, the money clearly isn’t his, and he would not be passing it on to his kids.

Here is Vivek reading scripts written by the same people who wrote Obama’s scripts. He is a snake. And really very good at it. A perfect, harmless, nice-guy act.

Nearly half of Nikki Haley’s Iowa backers say they’d vote for Biden over Trump. It is like looking at people, and thinking, “They are American like me,” but in reality they are serving a foreign, non-state, criminal intel op to take over the country. This worked out to about 8.6% of Republican caucus goers, if you can believe the polls, who were voting Haley, but would go with Biden. It could be, at the extreme on one side, no Republicans feel that way, but Cabal issued orders and has flooded in all of the Cabal Democrats to hit that 8.6% of Republicans. If so, then if the state were split 50-50, and the 8.6% of the half which is Republican was all the Cabal ground operators there were, you would be looking at somewhere like 5.5%. So if this was indicative of Cabal numbers in society broadly, you would put is somewhere between 5% to maybe 9%?  Give or take. Probably not that far off.

As President Joe Biden’s immigration crisis overwhelms the United States and wreaks havoc on the state’s resources, confidential documents suggest the president’s open border policies were intentional.

New York offers migrants free plane tickets to other parts of the country. And they get waved through TSA. The assumption is TSA is allowing potential terrorists or criminals, who they have no way to identify, to fly while stopping you. But do not be fooled. These are all assets of the global conspiracy, and it knows all of them. I’d assume the plane tickets rose in a direct order from Cabal intel command to Adams or whoever handles this for him, and it is actually not to get rid of excess migrants, but to redeploy ground assets of the conspiracy to places where they are needed more. I will bet there are a few non-conspiracy migrants who would not be given tickets or allowed on the planes. We may have one hell of a hot war on the streets of America at some point. This Deployment is likely linked to Rising Tensions in the Middle East following Strikes against the Houthis in Yemen as well as near Taiwan where the Pro-Independence Vice-President had recently Won the Presidential Election causing Anger within the Chinese Government.

Hamas “used more than 6,000 tons of concrete and 1,800 tons of metal to build hundreds of miles of underground infrastructure.” I was thinking about the Jewish tunnels in New York. They were supposedly dug by the younger visiting Israeli Jews. Supposed a bunch of diehard Israeli Jews are coming to New York, from a sect which will not serve in the military. I could see Mossad approaching those Jews, and saying, “Look, you will be on the ground in the US, we may need favors while you are there. Little things. if one of our agents has some economic espionage, we need you to get it from him in a park with a brush pass, and get it back to your Rabbi. If we identify some anonymous online personality, go and get pictures of him.” So they are operating, but they begin to realize surveillance is always following them. So they come up with the bright idea to tunnel to an abandoned building a few hundred feet away. Then they show up to their religious headquarters, surveillance assumes they are doing a few hours of worship, and meanwhile they slip through the tunnel, pop out on the other side of the block, and beat feet away from their surveillance team, so they can operate. Of course surveillance hears the digging, sees them pop out on the other side, since they have people who know all these guys by sight throughout the neighborhood, and now the temple needs a story, or it will be seen as a foreign intelligence operations center. So they go with the unlikely story it was rowdy kids ignoring the authority, and they have a civil war. I know, the high chair and the mattresses. But it still makes more sense than Jews breaking hierarchy.

Interesting that no one is making the connection between Jewish made tunnels and Hamas made tunnels. And lest we forget, Epstein had tunnels & Playboy mansion had tunnels. Tunnel, tunnels, tunnels… like the cabal just operates like rats in tunnels under the functional society above.

When I get the census surveys I write “two adults” in the margin and mail it back. That’s my Constitutional duty. Any other information they want (none of which is any of their damned business), their own databases and the medical and credit reporting industries probably have already.

So far, (since the late 1980s) no Fed hirelings have chosen to try to annoy me about it. They’re free to stand on the sidewalk in front of my property and stare all they want;

We got the American Community survey once years ago and didn’t complete. The only place I found that had any help or advice was the same Rutherford Institute in the article. That survey is ridiculous. I remember some of the questions would have been hard to answer accurately with the options given, and at the time I was mostly afraid of the government using it for some sort of charge of lying on a government form, and that’s what made me toss it. Dodged phone calls for a few months but no real problems.
About a year later, a census worker stopped at the house and wanted us to fill out another thing, some kind of consumer spending tracking supposedly for inflation data. I politely declined and then she saw my young kids behind me in the hallway. The census worker leaned around me and asked the kids if they would like to work on a fun project and track what Mom and Dad spent – they could paste receipts in a notebook and give it to her. I was floored. Told her not to talk to my kids and time for her to be on her way. Who would that tactic ever work on? Parent says no so ask the kids to do it?

We got one of those questionnaires in 2008. After laughing at the questions, I noticed that even though it looked like a US Census document, it was actually from the city water department. (which, despite being Hooterville, now styles itself as a “Municipal Water Authority”)

Riiight. Whatever the water department, or the city, thinks it needs that information for, they can kiss my ***. I wouldn’t put it past them just to collect it so they could sell it to some data brokers.

B_MC posted these links yesterday (and AC called them brilliant). I want to re-post them for anyone who may have missed them. They are well worth the few minutes.

The guy in the first link has a wonderful Joe Friday “just the facts” delivery about Vivek the Fake, affirming Cabal sponsorship beyond a reasonable doubt:

The second is a short clip showing the UNCANNY use of identical language between Vivek the Fake and the original Fake (Obama):

I used to follow Gonzalo Lira, and am sorry to hear about his death.

However, I have some questions.

  • Why the attack Scott Ritter?
  • Why criticise a thuggish regime from within their borders?
  • Why announce “escaping” before reaching safety?

I think Lira wanted this outcome frankly. He died for the cause of truth. It was his last red pill to give to normies. He was literally being ‘Coach Redpill’ by exposing corruption in the Burisma thing, and the Trump impeachment. He was also showing how ‘nice’ as supposed European democracy could be, by showing how it treated him in prison/killed him. There is nothing decent, humanitarian or liberal about any political regime. That was Lira’s last red pill for us, and he was a great coach.

Not certain this is the case, it may be, but its difficult to know anything these days.

But there maybe something in what you say. He knew they would come, and waited for the knock. When he did go, it was like he knew it could only be this way.

Who knows?

If so, in a time where Ukrainians can do little except run from the thugs, he did what he could.

  • Why the attack Scott Ritter? [ Because the first time Gonzalo Lira was picked up by the SBU, Scott Ritter speculated carelessly that Gonzalo Lira had been killed by SBU. GZ believed that speculation put him at unnecessary risk of being disappeared. SR refused to apologize. ]
  • Why criticise a thuggish regime from within their borders? [ Death wish? Narcism? Disgust? Courage? Imperfection? ]
  • Why announce “escaping” before reaching safety? [ To avoid being painted as “running away because guilty” or “killed while running from justice” by the SBU. ]

They killed a flawed/unique truth teller. In 2024, truth telling is a revolutionary act.

“…Why criticise a thuggish regime from within their borders? [ Death wish? Narcism? Disgust? Courage? Imperfection?…”

While I can’t know for sure I’m willing to bet it’s because he was a Jew and Jews run the Ukrainian government. The created the coup to take over Ukraine. Now he, being a Jew, thought he was able to do whatever he wanted, and the Jews there would not take him out. Nope. Jews always work together but the more vicious of them will take out Jews too if they get in their way. The mentality of this is that in the past they were more vulnerable, so they tried to stay united. But now they feel they are powerful enough and when that happens they start in on treating the less powerful Jews, or vulnerable, like they do the rest of us. They’ve done this before in the Jewish ghettos in the past. Where they had total control, they started abusing the other Jews, especially when the non-Jew government limited their ability to parasite off of the non-Jew population.

Another good example of this is when the Jew that owned the basketball team was set up by the whore, claiming he was racist, so he had to sell to other Jews at a loss. I also have a feeling that Harvey Weinstein is another example. He had a big money making enterprise and others took it over after he was jailed. These sorts of things are not readily obvious on the surface and I can’t guarantee I’m not totally wrong but from watching their actions I see that when they feel less vulnerable they start preying on each other in concert with preying on the non-Jew population. It’s a bad sign for us because they, in their minds, believe they are too powerful to stop, and they may be right. Though I disagree that ultimately they can not be controlled. They could think that, and be wrong. It’s happened to them before, many, many times. Like all psychopaths, they overestimate their ability to control things.

I totally screwed that up. I mixed him up with another guy who I thought was Gonzalo Lira. Ok I looked it up and it’s Gilad Atzmon I thought they were talking about. Yes I know, totally different.

However I do believe that the aspects of Jewish behavior are correct. This then mystifies me why Gonzalo Lira hung around. Maybe he was just stubborn.

Scott Ritter speculated carelessly that Gonzalo Lira had been killed by SBU. GZ believed that speculation put him at unnecessary risk of being disappeared. “

GL did more to get himself disappeared than one person (among many) speculating. If anything, SR may have prevented disappearance and extended GL’s life by drawing attention to the likelihood. Ukie thugs have no problems with murder.

I suspect there was something else.

But China’s own vax for covid ( Sinovac) wasn’t based on MRNA technology. It uses the inactivated form of the virus plus adjuvent making it similar to traditional vaccines. Of course this doesn’t exclude it causing unknown long term problems but from its design you would think it less likely to, compared with the Moderna & Pfizer products

More plausible than the current hyperventilating about the tunnels being for sex crimes, if I’m honest. Not that I don’t think they do have underground bunkers for that sort of thing as well. But from the pictures of the Chabad tunnels in NYC, they seem minimal effort and not something that would be used for ritual purposes.

Putting these thoughts here, cos it’s my favourite forum, and because they’re the product of the worldview we are all developing here – AC’s probability matrix.
> The recent Ecuador shenanigans coincide closely with the publication of the discovery of another lost city under the jungle there somewhere by lidar.
So, it is another set-up, but this time it’s not really political. The chaos is just an ad hoc smokescreen for Cabal’s Antiquities Recovery Division to go in and loot the site. ARD: billionaires larping as Indy, with the logistics of a Blackwater.
Note: ARD would be a very ancient Cabal operation, and real archaeologists may have been picking at the (figurative) bones of any site that ARD got to first since forever.
> In an interview I watched between John Hutchison and Ken Shoulders, Ken revealed that their work on anomalous field effects and alternative energetics was funded and overseen by the Prince of Liechtenstein.
The research produced exciting tech that disappeared ‘behind the fence’. Ken coined the term exotic vacuum objects (evos) for some of the phenomena they were creating/observing. Hutch’s results were off the hook. Look into Hutchison Effect. More like Hutchison Syndrome, cos there was a lot going on. Levitation, fusion of wood and metal, non-thermal softening, bending etc. Wild. Accused of fraud, naturally.
Anyway, to me the extra interesting aspect was the direct, personal, involvement of (minor?) European nobility, right there at the bleeding edge of science/discovery/engineering.
> I guess my point is, taking those two thoughts together, it seems some of the elite maybe do maintain Aristocratic Standards, of acquisitive curiosity, intellectual hunger, and pragmatic investment. The kind of behaviour Vox would approve of in an overclass.

There were many thugs for sure. However, many, of not most were God Fearing. Certainly, St / King Alfred the Great was no thug.

The Engel-landers saw 200yrs of peace before the Danes invaded. Alfred was forced to defeat them, and once Guthrum was defeated, he allowed them to keep their lands, on the condition they converted, and swore fealty.
He also required the earls to read & write.

ps before anyone says St Alfred’s line died out, Matilda of Scotland was his descendent

FWIW, if I won the lottery, I would plow a lot of money back into funding alternative media, but I would also end most days with a bottle of champagne (probably a $50 bottle, rather than $1K) and caviar.

“China now has the world’s lowest fertility rate.”

Peter Zeihan is just plain wrong about so many things. Yes China and Russia have low fertility rates, yes their average age is 40. That doesn’t tell the entire demographic picture.

Members of the Chinese CCP (about 115 million people) are a country within a country. They have a fertility rate of over 2.0 (and rising) and have a very bright future. The young men in the party have no problem finding wives, serving in the military/police and are first in line for everything, from jobs to visas to food. Plan on the Chinese being competitive, even dominant, for a long time. They are a superpower.

Russia has a similar deal. Putin has lots of children. And many of them have children. The Russian elite (probably 500k to 1 million) have a similar demographic peofile. They probably have 3 or more children on average and many powerful Russian men have mistresses who have children as well. Russia has a positive demographic future.

There are some muslim minorities in Russia that have many, many children but the demographic problems of Russia and China are nowhere near those of the West, with similar bad overall demographics but most of that fertility contributed by non-Western migrants. So the West is in a worse spot, except for parts of the US, which have high fertility rates among Whites (these are religious fundamentalists and evangelicals). Also impacting the importance of global fertility is human longevity (for the elite), automation and AI. China is not going to run out of people, think about it does 900M or 1.5B really matter in the Chinese view? No it doesn’t. But <50% White USA will be fatal to the 'Western' things called countries. Regardless, White people reading this, go make White babies. The future will thank you for it, and God will too. After all, HE has commanded it.

The CCP men in China are much better fed than the lower tier ones, I can tell because I’ve seen these guys in grad school, they’re all tall (over 5’9″) so they were fed growing up in China. If the regime was in trouble all of those guys would be in China smoking Cantonese and Tibetan peasants and taking their women. Life in the world is tough, I suspect the CCP Han from the north are more prepared for it.

I made a long comment yesterday that one way to make sense of all this is that central Cabal HQ is focused on developing and testing their tech (at least the Beam), and have turned over their operations in each country to theater kids who pose no threat of a coup. The theater kids are to keep everyone occupied until the Beam is fully operational.

Well the theater kids have something like a dozen or more plots going on, some of which undercut each other, and most of which make no strategic sense, but they are pursuing all of them.

So they are going to use the surveillance to defeat Trump in the primaries and put Trump in jail and keep Trump off the ballot and have Biden just start arresting his political opponents and have the “migrants” all vote for Biden and use the “migrants” as an army and let Trump win a disputed election and start an insurgency against him. Everything all at once. And that is just in the USA. Just picking one strategy and making sure its implemented well goes against the Cluster B mindset.

They may actually have the resources to do all of this too.

I think between March 2024 and March 2025 is a big danger zone for something bad kicking off, but there is no predicting the details, since there is no coherent black hat plan.

‘You can’t expect black women to be perfect and save the world’: Atlanta DA Fani Willis DEFENDS ‘having an affair with colleague as they prosecuted Trump in election interference case.’

1 Corinthians 14:34-35:

Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church.

We are best avoiding a “whataboutism” style of argument, downplay a valid statement by pointing out that there are some of the others supposed to hold and carry the ball, but dropped, so why criticize those with no ability to carry the ball (immense responsibility load) for jumping into the mix?

If girlyman fails, why bitch about girly wanting to emulate, except it goes directly against scripture so see how arguing against the WORD plays out for you.

Nobody here in this discussion (& I will charitably call it a discussion inspite of the predictable condescension in the replies) has given a moment’s thought to what God needs from us & that it may look different to what tradition prefers – & different to the needs of 1st century AD churches who needed to hear the guidelines set out in the epistles.

Should every woman with a hankering to preach/pastor do so? No! We’ve seen awful theology / heretical ideas & feel good platitudes from many. Many woeful examples abound unfortunately. But yet God has allowed women to do this & called them & equipped them. I am thinking of women missionaries. Not every missionary was married. Single women went to the mission field. Some digging into historical accounts is needed but I can guarantee these women probably preached, teached & pastored men. God will use anyone who is willing.

I suspect the problem of bad female preachers which gets so many mens’ hackles up is a problem of western society & its comfort & conveniences creating women who don’t gave the right character. The more adversarial conditions in the mission field probably culls out all but the most determined & they are refined by the experience.

2 egs I can think of. Derek Prince’s first wife Lydia went to Israel in early 20th century when it was still under British mandate & ran a small home for abandoned jewish & arab girls. During WW2 her home became a stopping place for many British soldiers looking for spiritual comfort. Thus she assumed a pastoral role to those who came & this is how she & Prince met.

Jackie Pullinger is an English missionary who went to Hong Kong in the 1960s at the age of 22. She ended up in the Kowloon Walled City which was basically run by the Triad. She didn’t marry until 1992 so that’s 30 years evangelizing & ministering to ppl. She wrote a book about her experiences called Chasing the Dragon.

Please don’t ever forget what these missionary women did/are doing whenever you offer your opinion on the role of women in the body of Christ.

Missionary women weren’t Elders or Pastors. They fulfilled their role well. But there are functions and sections of Hierarchy they don’t belong.

Should every woman with a hankering to preach/pastor do so?”

I didnt write the Bible, I only read it.

  1. Women created as helpers of men
  2. Women should not take the mantle of men

Sometimes what is God’s will is difficult for us to understand. You hear it all the time, “why does God permit child diseases?”, “why does evil exist?”

In modern paradigm, it is very hard to argue against “votes for women”, education for women, women in the military, and sometimes hard to argue against abortion.

Just because the Devil is better at arguing, doesn’t make it true, or God’s will.

However, we see the effect of women voting, women in the military, effects of abortion, educated female fertility rates.

From Jim’s Blog:

https://blog.reaction.la/war/the-end-of-empire/

“All countries lie about GDP and CPI, though some lie a lot more extravagantly than others.”
……
“The best indicator of real GDP per capita is energy usage per capita, because everything about a comfortable modern lifestyle takes a lot of energy, energy comes into everything people do and consume. This was rising exponentially to 1972, when the rise suddenly halted. It then started fall, slowly. And suddenly it has now started to fall rather more quickly and dramatically. It looks like three trend regimes: Exponential growth starting in the seventeenth century, then stagnation and slow decline starting in 1972, and now it looks like the beginning of dramatic collapse, looks like the beginning of a sharp break in the trend of slow and gentle decline.”

I’ve written about this here and elsewhere before. I was born around 1972 in the USA, and throughout my life I’ve seen a consistent decline in living standards, with a lot of effort put into using mediaprop to cover that up.

disagree. I was born 15 years earlier. my childhood was a time where we – solidly low-ish middle class – we thought families that had 2 {count em} 2 cars and/or a “big” house of 1700 sq. ft. were “rich.” as were the folks who went out to eat once a week! wow! wouldn’t that be something!!

a **lot** of things have declined in the US. especially key things like ‘church attendance’ and ‘savings rate.’ but we can’t really bitch about standard of living when most ghetto rats have a 70″ TV, a $500 iphone, (access to) one or more cars, and gleefully wear $250 baskabaww shoes. oh yeah: and are 40 lbs. overweight because hunger LOL. yes, I know they’re not the ones paying for it. doesn’t matter – that’s not what standard of living is.

Mom gets a manipedi and a massage every week, and she drops $250 at the salon every 3 weeks. Dad drives an $80,000 pickup, and drops $1K/month at the local casino and/or SportsBetz.com. OF COURSE they have a cleaning lady, what are they, poor?? The family eats out 3-4 times a week, and naturally they take long yearly vacayz. (“We’re goin’ ta Yerp!”)

Hey guys, Lowell here. Big ice storm in my area of Oregon. Currently on day three of grid electricity down. Have generator keeping the coolers/freezer running and charging devices, using river water to flush toilets, and am typing this on my potato laptop using my brothers phone as a wifi hotspot since my cell provider is down.

Lessons learned:

1)Spend the money. We could easily be running the house(everything on 110v anyway) with the generator we have, but there isn’t a hook up to the main electrical. Instead we have a heavy extension cord plumbed through an air vent line into the house. The well has no manual feature, but the generator would run it.

2) Have said it before and will say it over and over, having a conventional wood stove or fireplace is amazing. We simply haven’t been cold even though it hasn’t gotten above freezing in a week. In fact we heat the house this way normally, so there really has been no change here.

3)Toyota 4WDR is amazing, especially paired with Michellin all weather tires. We have a late model Toyota pickup and we haven’t even thought about chains. The roads are just ice, and no problems.

4) My computing strategy is exactly correct – buy an uber powerful desktop, but buy a CHEAP potato laptop for travel and emergencies. This is an HP refurb AMD/AMD Ryzen 5. I have old games on here, full internet browsing, even video editing via my normal editing program Olive, with six hours of battery life while actually using it. The generator gets shut off for a few hours and I’m easily making it in between charging windows. If I had purchased a powerful gaming laptop the battery life would be crap.

Will have some footage uploaded soon of the roads, unfortunately I missed filming a crash right in front of us on the interstate. Everybody was fine, but the pickup front end was totaled after the guy lost it and spun into the left lane ditch into a fence.

That’s how we do it. We’re at the end of a very long power line (N. Maine). We keep about 300 gals in various tanks. Installed a propane conversion kit on my generator called motor snorkel. Works well once you figure how to adjust the flow to the temperature. Very simple.

Other {sincere} quick Q: has anyone out there figured out a workable real-life answer to The Big-Ass Problem with generators, wood stoves, jampacked larders & Barter Silver collections, etc., when the shit **really** HTF and the power goes off and stays off? That being ‘your neighbors are going to see your house all lit up and warm, and after about 2 days of watching that while they sit freezing in the dark, those same warm friendly neighbors are gonna pay you a most unpleasant visit?’ Resulting in either a) your generator walks out the door with them b) your generator is destroyed where is sits or c) if you’re one of those stonecold hardcore Macho Men who think you can hold off 40 or 50 pissed off neighbors with showers of grapeshot or 7.62X39…. they’ll just burn down your house with you and your precious generator, etc. in it.

THAT Big-Ass Problem: Human Nature.

Here’s how I look at it
when we have these inconvenient but survivable blips (power outages, supply chain problems, etc), maybe people look around them and say, hey Joe’s family had a generator or heat source or whatever and it wasn’t so bad for them, maybe I will figure out how to do that for us
the needle moves a little toward less dependence for more people
less dependence on utilities, supply chain, whatever means incrementally reducing risk social credit scores (or whatever) take hold and screw everyone over
when the population is more independent, it’s a good thing
and like compound interest, it can build faster than you’d expect

The area of Oregon I live in has a massive thievery problem. A business right around the corner from me was hit by metal thieves multiple times. We’ve had bottles of recycling go missing out of the yard because it can be turned around for quick cash at Walmart. HOWEVER, when the thermometer is reading 24F during the day and all the visible pavement is basically black ice, thievery just isn’t a big problem. Everyone is too busy huddled up in blankets to go scouting.

Now we are going to build the generator a lockable enclosure to park it in where we only need to stretch a cord to the mains in situations like this which will free up some space in the current storage shed we have it in. If we had done that the last two Summers like I wanted to do we’d have running water right now. Honestly we’re not really taxing the generator at all. Running propane, and we’re probably going on a field trip to a neighboring town to buy more tomorrow. We’re about half way through our supply, but no sense cutting it close.

This only happens around here every five years or so, so next time we expect to be in really good shape as opposed to merely comfortable. Haven’t missed a meal cooking on portable induction burners while running the coffee pot and charging all the portable devices.

I am dependent on my brother coming over so that I can use his phone as a wifi hitspot(my plan/phone doesn’t allow this). Maybe we can get an off gird internet connection like Starlink. Just something else that BOOTSTRAPPY will have to do well in order to fund starting this year.

In my experience, I would buy one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C619YRRM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
.
Then, check the load that the device uses when starting up. Things like Fridges and Freezes have start-up and steady state needs. You might need double the size of generator.

Honda has there 2200 model (and I think a larger one) that allows two generators to be put together (with a special cable) and drive a single 30amp 120v outlet. I did this, because the 2200 is a hell of a lot lighter than the larger house units regardless if they are on wheels. I can grab this and throw it in my pickup truck in a minutes notice. Getting something larger in the pickup bed would require more time or equipment (ramps), if I needed to go mobile.

Yes! Wood stoves are amazing! We just had a 3 day power outage ourselves, but have 2 efficient wood burners, an insert for a fireplace and a wood stove (no catalytic converter because I worried about being able to replace those). They produce an amazing amount of heat, even in high wind when a traditional fireplace can’t be used.
my favorite is the wood stove, I just love it. We can load it north south and that lets us pack the firebox pretty full since nothing can roll into the glass.
if anyone is thinking about getting an efficient wood burner, we found the hearth dot com forums to have many knowledgeable regular people with great info about chimney design, stoves, and wood.

A deep cycle marine battery kept on a charger is a nice prep. It will run a string of led lights and keep phones and tablets running for days. A vehicle is a great generator if you attach an inverter and run an extension cord. Top off your battery and run high watt devices during the day.

We had a wood burning furnace in my parent’s house, since the mid-80s. My dad would buy 1-2 cord of wood for like $50 and we could heat the whole house through all of winter for that.
When I say furnace….it wasn’t a stove or a fireplace. It was tied right into the HVAC system. We built a small chute on the side of the house and could keep a small portion of wood dry inside and the rest was stacked up outside in along the fence.
It worked.

> Germany unsure where its Ukraine weapons ended up — Der Spiegel.

The Ukes sold as many as they could to terrorist groups for cash, and the rest were destroyed or captured by the Russians. Probably.

My Dad was an electrician in the USAF, and somehow got slotted over into “Job Control” during the latter part of his career. That was basically supervising aircraft maintenance and making sure enough planes were operational to support forthcoming missions. Job Control ran 24/7, with (this was the 1970s) giant clear plexiglas panels they annotated with grease pencils to keep track of things. No computers.

Even at the height of the Cold War with tons of money available, maintenance was a headache. Almost always, the problem was parts. Every version of every plane was different, and the original DoD contracts often didn’t include spares, so they would cannibalize some planes to keep others flying, waiting for appropriations to issue contracts to manufacture the parts they needed.

Imagine Ukraine, with weapons systems from a dozen nations, disconnected from their support intrastructures, with all their training and maintenance information in foreign languages. And while most NATO guns use one of three or four common cartridges, you can’t swap missiles or bombs between different planes so easily.

Just as an example, the F-16 is considered a “low-maintenance” fighter. It only takes seventeen hours of trained maintenance, with all tools and supplies available, for every flight hour. And maintenance isn’t optional on modern, complex weapons systems, not like putting off changing the oil in your car.

How much of the stuff they’ve been given, loaned, leased, or purchased is still operational?

A group of just over a dozen House Republicans helped bring the chamber to a screeching halt on Wednesday in yet another stand against leadership

I want to note that I have been saying over and over that if we could get enough die hard people in office, they could turn the country around fast. We simply refuse to allow the mob to vote or remain in power. We use the opposite of “earmarks”, we “un-earmark” individuals and groups who are causing all the grief. We target them personally and specifically so they or any organization they are a part of get ZERO cash from the US government. I think you would be surprised how fast we could turn things around. When FBI officials stall Congress, un-earmark their asses and throw them out. Pay them ZERO. And do this over and over and over until someone is left that will be responsive to the legislature. Make them itemize what they spend money on. Their trick is to tell you that if you cut funding all these bad things will happen to the good programs they run, but you don’t have to end the programs, just un-earmark the corrupt people running them and throw their asses out on the streets. I suspect you would get their attention VERY fast.

I’m willing to bet, a lot, that huge, massive amounts of the pozz could NOT exist were they not fed government funds. Who the hell wants to pay for all this wretched bullshit? No one. You couldn’t gather the cash from “interested parties” to do all they are doing.
