I always see lots of r/K related stories I think might interest the readers here, but I only have time to blog about a few, so here are some additional news stories that might be of interest. You can skim the titles and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest.

Judge complains allowing hate speech has allowed the Yellow Vests to take hold. It is interesting how this tactic is so common the Founders saw it coming 200 years ago, and tried to stop it with the First Amendment.
Malaysia’s securities regulator is reviewing the work by international auditors KPMG and Deloitte to see if they were “were aiding and abetting” in the 1MDB scandal, “or merely negligent.” Would Cabal compromise auditing companies which offered access to records of just about any big company’s financials?
Articles that look different with time – 9/11 was a CIA/Mossad operation which covered up Saudi funding and involvement. Just a few years back I’d have never thought it possible.

Roger Stone goes out for Pizza on Friday nights. I have no idea what he is thinking with this. I could approach a kid at that pizza joint, and offer him $20,000 to quit tomorrow, approach the owner cold, as if by chance, looking for work, and start the same day. And then I have access to Stone’s food. That is, I could do that if Cabal had not already done it, and had their man in that place. Also interesting in the article is that Stone says he believes he has been under surveillance since 2016. It undoubtedly goes back much farther, but they may be going with that to focus the attention on it being done specifically to upset the campaign. As per any Donald Trump production, there is no telling for certain if Stone is a white hat or a black hat, but he was targeted by CNN.
Stone now says he is open to cooperating for Mueller, about any wrong doings Mueller might uncover that went on in the Trump campaign. We might want to make those contributions after we see how that works out.
Was Stone briefly associated with NXIVM to embed himself in the Cabal, or to go undercover in a Deep State spiderhole? This article with more personal background would indicate Stone went in temporarily, kept his distance, and then got an auditor hired on to go through their finances, with whom he maintained regular contact. Sounds suspiciously like Stone was doing a little spying on something which someone told him to check out.

Are PTSD vets trying to put everything in a box and ignore it, and that weakens amygdala-tolerance? Trump donates third quarter salary to alcoholism research. I once incubated petri dishes inoculated from the same source side by side in the incubator. The agar of one dish had ethanol added just before the inoculation, the other did not. When they were pulled out, the alcohol vapor coming off the one dish as it was incubated had apparently created a gradient of exposure in the air all around it, and the dish next to it displayed the gradient. A very fast growing E coli, which was highly sensitive to alcohol exposure, was completely absent from the ethanol-exposed dish. The control dish next to it had the E coli on it, but it displayed the gradient of alcohol exposure, with no E coli on the very edge of the dish right next to the alcohol dish, and then a gradually increasing number of colonies as you moved away, until it was almost a lawn on the far side. Now imagine you had a bacteria in the GI tract, that sensitive to ethanol, which was producing a metabolite that made you feel poisoned, or depressed, or some other negative sensation. You drink alcohol, and suddenly that bacteria is killed and that “poison” is removed from your bloodstream, and the alcohol is almost like a medicine. You feel better. Then you stop drinking, that microbe blooms, it produces the poison, your blood takes it up, and you feel poisoned, and your brain learns to crave that ethanol to feel better. I always thought it would be interesting to see if Alcoholics were given antibiotics capable of eradicating gram-negative, or alcohol-intolerant microbes (or if they were given aggressive Chinese Laxative Teas to clear out the GI tract at all times), would they not feel as strong an urge to drink, because they would not feel as poisoned without the alcohol. I also wondered if non-alcoholics had some sort of fermenter in their guts which might produce a very low amount of ethanol at all times – not enough to get drunk, but just enough to keep some ethanol intolerant microbe at bay. It could even be genetic, relating to an immune trait that controlled what grew in the gut. Probably not the entire cause of alcoholism, but something I would want to look at if I were examining that, particularly since I would assume alcoholics have a much different GI microbiome running down there.

Perhaps due to greater amygdala stimulation in the past coupled with shorter battles that reduced stress duration PTSD was much less prevalent prior to modernity and gunpowder.
I think the fact that death in war was less random and more the result of skill in history ensured its much less of a problem until recently.

I’ve also thought the reduction in hate may do it too. W sent people off to fight Muslims, while warning them that they cant hate Muslims. Hollywood, and all propaganda is about how the enemy is always just a good person who is even more likable than the American. That alone can bring a sense of purposelessness to the fight, which is going to shift focus to the amygdala-stimulating triggers.
To some degree I think you have to hate before killing to keep your sanity. It balances out all the computer programs in the brain, and focuses the amygdala on relief. If those guys in the Pacific in WWII were too busy enjoying each Jap they killed, and wanting to kill the next to really focus on the horrors around them, I imagine their amygdalae would come out of the shocks of battle, associating them with relief of killing japs more than with fears about personal safety and discomfort.
