I’m not the lawyer around here. But for what its worth, it seems to me that Trump should file suit about this directly in federal court, and not bother trying to file an appeal in New York state courts.
The federal judge will ask why Trump didn’t go through the state appeals process first, and the response will be that he can’t, because New York state won’t let him. That itself should be the subject of the first federal suit.

I had to look it up. What every sane court calls District Court (or state court) NY calls Supreme Court. Then you go to Supreme Court Appellate division, and then finally to the Appeals Court, which is what every other sane state calls the state Supreme Court.

Luongo has persuaded me that the Cabal is centered in Europe, but he walks through in detail his theory that Project Ukraine is key to getting the European elites on top. Something like this is going to wind up happening. However, I disagree with the rest of the take and will lay it out.
To get this out of the way, I have a pet peeve about American centric takes on things and this is one instance of this. AC at least avoided filtering this through race relations. To get started, here is the Wikipedia article on what we call public schools:

Governments run schools for children, and sometimes higher education, in every country in the world. They are only called “public schools” by Americans. The correct term is “state school”. But its pretty much the standard way of education for children, everywhere.
Unfortunately, the article doesn’t cover the history. My impression was that in Christian countries, education used to be provided almost exclusively by church schools. I don’t know what the situation was in non-Christian countries. England set up state schools after the break with Rome in the 16th century, and Shakespear attended one of the state schools. But they became the standard means of education in the 19th century, everywhere, after the industrial revolution. Possible explanations for this would be secularization, the population explosion that would have produced more children than the church schools could handle, and training children to be a regimented workforce for the factories.
So instead of the Cabal setting up state schools, all around the world, in the early nineteenth century, maybe they were set up for various reasons having to do with the industrial revolutions and secularization. Then the Cabal would take them over later and destroy them. As with everything else. No state schools and they just attack the church schools instead, or make sure private tutors are licensed.
Its the Sorathic phase, and they are destroying everything, but everything includes schools, churches, hospitals, professions, culture, the rule of law, etc. Institutions dating from the industrial revolution and earlier. But none of these were set up as Cabal institutions. Nothing is evil to begin with.
A Cabal win will probably see them abolish schools, or turn them into rape centers or something. A Cabal defeat means most of these institutions get destroyed as collateral damage. It will probably be more of a pre-industrial society. This doesn’t mean a tech crash, it will be more of a lower population and destroyed organizations. So private tutoring, though I don’t think the trust will be there for families to pool resources. The ones who can afford it will hire private tutors.
If a roster of everyone in surveillance comes out, trust will rapidly establish among those not on the roster. I have, in my mind, seen a wild place all of this could go if that roster materializes, which it likely will in one of a few ways. NSA has everything, and if there is some re-establishment of real America, they will not be allowed to classify things just to cover up crimes. Given the surveillance is a criminal attempt to subvert the lawful government, I would expect NSA’s roster to go public. Then you have Trump talking about a reconciliation commission. That would require everyone admit what they did, and again, you get a roster. The roster is the key. Even if Trump promises all of them total immunity, I see a way that roster leads to them all leaving America, and there would be nothing Trump could do, if the rest of America wanted it, and was willing to wave the wand, which would require no effort or sacrifice.
All of the distrust right now is surveillance/Cabal-intel. If you purge that, I think the rest of America bonds against the common enemy, and then I could see parents in neighborhoods getting together, hiring tutors, and creating a quasi-homeschool cooperative to school up their kids. Obviously I would not expect them to invite in the kids of surveillance families. But I would not expect them in the US post-reveal anyway.
There is a good point here. People have bashed the “reconciliation commission” idea, but if it reveals some sort of roster, all it takes for a consensus to be reached that no one on that list, or their children, are to be placed in any position of power and importance. They can be given a small income and get to eat bugs and be happy.
One point about the reconciliation commission. In South Africa and Latin America, regimes (all right wing) always ended as part of a negotiated settlement. It really never got to the point of rebels storming the capitol. The reconciliation and immunity part was really one of the concessions the rebels made in the negotiations. There was an additional legal problem in that the rebels really did break laws, the French resistance in 1944 had the same issue so they went after only the most dangerous Vichy supporters. Trump and/ or his backers are still thinking in terms of a negotiated settlement.
If people want them gone enough, all it takes is electing fifty governors who were TIs, one President who was a TI, and enough representatives at the state and federal level to prevent impeachments. Then the governors and the President all say, “We hereby pledge any crime committed against any member whose on the roster will receive an immediate and full pardon at the state and federal level.” The power to pardon is absolute. They would have to live like TIs live now, with no law protecting them and people just assaulting them at will, and they could never do it. They would take off for Europe or somewhere else. And for the TI’s who were really traumatized, they would hunt them like the most dangerous game.
Trump can do what Trump wants, but he will not always be President, and when everything comes out, I think America will want everyone involved gone, just because of the threat they will pose as trained and capable intel assets who will try to reassemble everything.

The name Public School is an old Anglicism dating back hundreds of years to before there were any State Schools, and all schools were Church Schools. The new alternative at the time to Church was Public. And the name has stuck. It’s extra confusing in the UK where it amuses the elites that Public School means Private School.
Anytime you see “centralizing”, it’s them. People aren’t taught to think. Memorize propaganda and learn skills slave class, so they can harvest your labor. Public schools are their domain and always have been. The internet and private book distribution (Castalia!) have neutralized the public school. That is abundantly obvious when you read any authoritative history of the Civil War. Lincoln ignored all appeals from both sides, and did nothing whatsoever to prevent the war. I mentioned this author before, David Weber, and how he was writing a series of space opera that had some very significant real-world undertones, including a secretive cabal that is pitting two star nations that oppose them against each other in a war that kills millions. (How’s that for a summary of a book series with 34 books including spinoffs and seven short-story anthologies?) I’ve been re-reading his Honorverse stuff in chronological order (internal universe order), and I just came across a passage that absolutely chilled me when I read it. I quote it here:

It makes perfect sense if The Plan really is to let the dems crash everything to take the blame and provide Trump the multiple crises needed to provide the political fuel to ram the MAGA agenda through congress. “The people must be shown”, “have respect people are dying.”
