Of particular note is that the actual documents dispute is civil, but Smith has tried to roll that into criminal obstruction of justice. Even shows like Jeopardy are fake, just actors wearing earpieces, getting fed the answers and then being selected with an activated wand by the studio. Notice how these total randos never stutter, swear, panic, blankout for half a dozen questions, or do anything that would lead normal people to fear a public speaking role, let alone memorizing hundreds of questions and answering them in front of millions of people. Even a producer wouldn’t risk his show on such randos.

He goes over how to detect microwave weapons. @21:34 is a good place to start. The videos before are good and the earlier part of this video is also good, but I’m concentrating on where he shows how to detect the beams. One way he uses neon indicator lights to show microwave weapons and noted this is a good reference to “document” the beams. He then covers more expensive meters but the part that excited me is right after. He shows that a regular infrared temperature monitor, like the kind you aim at cars or for cooking or whatever to remotely get a temperature reading “also” is a great indicator for energy weapons. He says they cost $20, $30. I don’t see this at a chain auto parts store but did see one for under $40. I did see them at chain stores for under $30. I expect you would want to not order by mail. I think you find one local for under $40.
This IR thermometer can be used for, I think, it appears to me from his test in the video, “directional” detection of energy weapons. Meaning you could “detect”exactly which house is beaming you. The horn looking thing he is pointing at is a homemade microwave weapon he made. Interesting that he has several videos on making acoustic and electromagnetic weapons and how to defend against them. As a guess, I think the IR temp. reader is using a black body to adsorb almost any kind of radiation. So it would be effective with most any sort of radiation, and since it is directional it could be used to make and document a legal case against people aiming anything of high energy at you.

Legally, if you document somebody is beaming you with something which could cause cancer, it isn’t a firearm, but potentially just as deadly. What would the rules on the use of deadly physical force be, assuming you video’d the detection and documented it?
Threat of death must be “imminent” to justify lethal force.
How is someone blasting an directed energy weapon at you not “imminent?”
Obviously cabal will right the trials to cover the entire thing up so there’s not a mention of the energy weapon at all, so the shooting will just look like another person snapping and shooting their neighbors for no reason, so the entire thing is a moot point. But God sees all that exists, and imminent harm and risk of death exists whether cabal acknowledges it in the public eye or not.
It would be an arguable legal point, but you would have to livestream it online, and show the technology, to make as much of a mess as possible, because if the evidence was not out from the start, they would clearly cover it up.
And to some degree, it is like I say, It is a marshmallow test. Anybody can ice the neighbors tomorrow. But if you wait, I think we could guide it into a civil war, overt or otherwise, where, the entire operation would be pitted against the whole country, and everyone in it would be clearly shown to be an enemy of the nation.
And once that happens, all sorts of other options open up, if you can get to the point the whole nation is electing its leaders. Practically, what would be done in the lawless environment of civil war, could happen under wholly lawful conditions of lawful government, because if you have 80% of the population willing to do a civil war to be rid of this thing, you have 80% of the nation willing to elect leaders who will just bend rules and adapt government to achieve those ends under the guise of government function.
If even 51% would be willing to get elbow deep and covered in blood in real life, but they can just elect leaders, and fill government with likeminded souls instead who will do it with government, anything is possible. As Cabal has shown, the Constitution is not really a limit, and there are no real laws, beyond what the people in office declare they will do. They appointed their leaders, and there were no rules. It could be no different if we are electing leaders. If those were our people instead of their’s there are no limits to what could happen, since we have already seen there are no laws or rules which limit things once your people are in power.
You have 10% of the population, at the upper limit, and maybe much less, which has launched an overt war against the 90%, complete with thru-wall weapons, and in the case of guys like Hastings, or JFK, or RFK, or MLK, outright murders. If you get that in the open and can get honest elections, there is no limit to how completely you would eradicate the 10%, using the government.
Actually, not always. Arson is not imminent, and it is a clear Deadly Force situation. Likewise kidnapping is not imminent. Use of a microwave weapon, which could be shown to cause cancer would certainly be more imminent than kidnapping, which might just be to take you to the bank to empty your account. I think you could make a case it would be akin to someone trying to forcibly inject you with a carcinogen. I am not sure any prosecutor would say, “Well maybe that carcinogen would not have given you terminal cancer.” If they are in the house and pointing it at you and shooting, and you can clearly detect it and record the detection in logs, I think it would probably be legal to spray the house down to make it stop, and then make entry to secure the technology and make sure it does not continue to spray cancer-causing beams around the neighborhood and at other houses or the street. And if you were engaged while going in, clearly if they were running a cancer beam, and you detected it, and were being hit, no prosecutor is going to charge you, just off the public opinion. The public doesn’t want people running cancer beams from in houses protected.
It is an area of law which I think just has not come up, but when it does, I would think it would favor the victim. But you would have to then make entry and document the tech online in real time, archived with friends, because if you did not, they would disappear the tech and claim you just went bonkers.
I would bet this very case comes up at some point in the next twenty years. Had Myron Mays, or Aaron Alexis been smart, and actually uncovered the beam and publicized it online, so 4Chan was endlessly running the Webm, they would be getting hailed as heroes today, and in the history books.
And you would have to be 100% sure they weren’t spoofing you to hit the wrong house.
We know so little about the tech that we can’t be sure what it can do to disguise the correct source.
True, although presently there are only two houses, and both are surveillance. Plus in the video of the thermal, you can see which house the beam came in from. The bottom line is, we need experiments to develop replicatable proof of where it is coming from.
But I am pretty sure, even in places with a duty to retreat, if you retreat into your bedroom and are still attacked, such as by somebody in the front yard firing AK rounds though the walls into the room, you get to go to the front yard and deal with it. While it has never been tested legally, if the AK rounds are carcinogenic beams, and the source is the neighbor’s house, do you get to go and deal with it there? I don’t see the difference, but it would need to be documented assiduously to get the self defense argument.
If we develop that for the targeted, it would be pretty cool. When you are getting hit, there is little limit to how badly you want to see the neighbor’s face at the moment of justice.
See, lighting up that fluorescent tube, that is exactly what I have seen. I would walk into the kitchen in another house, and the fluorescent bulb in the under-counter light, with the switch off and no power to it would flash, and quite brightly.
And yet, I do not think his shielding methods would work, because I think the Beam is something different. His microwave emitter would not blow holes through aluminum foil, nor would it cause the impact sensations. I was certain for a while we were looking at a satellite or drone, because there was no doubt, I had that lead blanket on me, and there were impacts on the top most curve, and as the spatters of particles were somehow changed by them into larger, more focused hits, which became taps, and eventually even a smushing force, it was downward. Bill Binney, too, was certain he was dealing with a drone, because it seemed the holes in his steel shielding were downward kinetic impacts, from above, even though there was no hole in his roof. I actually blew a fuck ton on a high quality thermal scope, with the idea in mind I might be able to down some sort of next gen invisible drone with this weapon aboard it.
What changed my mind was the thermal video of the particles hitting me. That did not look like a circular beam coming from above. It looked like a laser/maser/focused beam, coming from the side, where there was a house behind me, and skimming over the surface of the lead apron. Combined with the fact that before these things start, there is a charging of the atmosphere, and the polyethylene of the apron will get so charged I can hear it arcing with little zaps, and the fact charges move transverse to a moving electric field, I don’t think it is a microwave warming things, but rather some kind of charging of atoms, and them application of a pulsed electric field, through some kind of beam, to them.
So for those reading, do not get psyched about his shielding yet, as I do nto think his weapon will create the little holes you see everyone talk about in the aluminum foil.
But that temperature sensor may be gold. I will definitely be trying that. And if you can show in real time somebody is actively giving off a beam, it may open the door legally to create a real public mess for them, by engaging in self defense in a way, which publicized in real time online, would go viral and add publicity to everything we are doing here, which soon will be considerable, as it exposes the directed energy tech they are using on everyone.
SO far, God has really dropped everything I need in my lap here, this kind of feels like that – some plan all coming together.

Fascinating. Did he catch the one guy who would talk openly, or was that guy given those lines to spew as disinformation? It is always possible, as that might get everyone looking to pour over the rolls of GS-12 salaries, to see if they could find something, and it is possible that is all bunk and they are being paid with gift cards or something. We can file it away, and see if anything bears on it in the future.

“GS 12” is a federal employee grade that is one level below the executive level, so its the highest pay grade someone can be fired by the federal government and be just a worker bee, under the radar. So if someone says “GS 12” that sounds kind of official and there is no real way to check.
I think that is a BS thing made up on the spot and they wouldn’t use something as potentially trackable as an office of people drawing federal paychecks. There would be people infiltrated into government agencies, but their main source of income would be elsewhere.
