News Briefs – 04/03/2024

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have an advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

If you have clicked on the page for this News Brief, this is a link that will take you directly to the comments section.

AC, I’d like to get your thoughts on this one. A little after 8 minutes into this video with George Christie and Michael Franzese, they suggest the surveillance happens in bursts. Covering every little move at some times, but then move the all seeing eye elsewhere at others.
To me, that’s pretty plausible. What say you?

I can believe that AC is being hit especially hard.

Think about the CT world, and you want a combination of the allegations being both plausible and pertinent.

AC basically says there is a secret government that has put together large secret police force, and provides evidence. You can’t get much more plausible or pertinent than that. And his writings are hard to put into the usual anti-semitic, anti-black, chemtrails, ufos, chrystals, commie box they like to put this stuff into. So I see how he can be a big problem for this.

Weeelllll, THAT is NOT the case in Michigan; I just watched my morning news on Channel 3 out of Kalamazoo and it had Biden over Trump! Soooo, …..It’s all propaganda. Everything is a Lie. It’s total propaganda here in the state of Michocaun 24/7. It is run by demonrats. Good luck trying to get a word in edge-wise!

That was the whole point. The banksteins play the long game. They have hollowed out the West over the last few decades. Whoever they want to lose a war gets sub par equipment etc.

China and Russia are heavily patriotic, what the fuck do we in the West have to be patriotic about? This is all by design. The West has already lost WW3.

People like Dawkins don’t think that far ahead. The notion of cause and effect seems to escape them during their late night lounge bull sessions.
Worse when some of them manage to get elected, and persuade or blackmail enough others to push through some nihilistic policy. They are not the ones who bear the brunt of the stupidity, as they are too good for that in their own twisted minds.

Gen Z grew up watching social media videos made by happy blue collar professionals, from dental techs to farriers to pressure washers to TV mounters to earwax specialists, recording their trade. They know they have options. Main issue I’ve seen are the parents that push them toward college anyway.

Very old news, but a good reminder how even certain Hollywood people you think are at least kind of okay are not okay:

https://www.imdb.com/list/ls090808434/
Hollywood Celebrities who signed the Polanski Petition – IMDb

(This is only an incomplete list.)

Eccentric auteurs that you might have thought immune to such group think:

Wes Anderson, David Lynch, Darren Aronofsky, Terry Gilliam, Wim Wenders; also Martin Scorsese

Too feminist / pro-woman or post-boomerish to be on this list:

Monica Bellucci
Adrien Brody
Penelope Cruz
Natalie Portman
Tilda Swinton
Kristin Scott Thomas

Others:

Jeremy Irons (like WTF, I thought he was too smart / classy for that)

Harrison Ford (just a hero in Star Wars, not in real life)

Buck Henry (writer of Dustin Hoffman’s first big movie, The Graduate – “His father was an Air Force general (Paul Steinberg Zuckerman)” – very ‘Laurel Canyon’ by Dave McGowan)

Paul Auster (NJ/NY ‘intellectual author’ suffering from TDS – so much for the West’s intelligentsia)

The Graduate was based on the novel of the same name. Buck Henry just coasted on the novel that was more timely then good. Hey, remember that time he appeared on SNL as a pedo babysitter to Laraine and Gilda? His name on the petition makes sense,

question for the peanut gallery – anyone else having issues with Brave browser beginning like 4 days ago? been using Brave for years now, no ads, all hail Brave, etc etc. then 4 days ago, Brave started {instantly} kicking itself off of certain websites. No warning, no indications of trouble, no ‘Goodbye!’, just BANG and the browser shut off. but only on 1 or 2 sites, not all of em. all others worked just fine. this has now spread to certain other websites.

here’s the thing: the commonality for these sites is they’re political: largely right-wing/non-commie content. and now Brave won’t let me see {certain}{anti-china} youtube vids. I can see anything else on YT…. just not that. Anon smells a muhhfuhhn WEF/Google RAT, boys.

or is it just me?

It’s VERY easy to back up bookmarks in Brave. I think both to the filetype that I can’t remember right now and html.

And it’s just as easy to put the bookmarks folder back into a fresh installation.

I don’t know what else you might want to back up. Tabs? Plugins? Etc.

I primarily use Brave for YouTube, and it’s been fine. I tend to use Safari for most browsing so I can sync tabs across devices, but Brave reliably blocks the stupid ads so I won’t use anything else for YT.

I saw on another forum that if you are using Brave on Win7, the built-in ad blocker is causing problems. Disable it in the settings and see if that fixes it. If it does, then install ublock as an ad-blocker to take the place of the disabled one.

Mine started crashing and within 5 minutes of restarting the browser, crash again, even with a comp. restart (I usually am wont to do if not really needed) it did over and over, went back to older browsers I liked less, deleted brave to load a new copy (old win7 machine can’t get newest versions or updates) but the help page came up as some “too many requests” and had a heckava time getting another copy downloaded, then it wouldn’t load, saying no update available. I guess they want me to get a newer machine since the new download can’t get past the “on your marks” screen without saying “no updates”, so there it is, for me.

Fun Fact about that ultra-rare Red Cross Maserati: here in (((America))), blood donors don’t get paid for whole blood donations. They can’t: it’s against the law. The blood bank agency CAN sell it, to hospitals and all that, usually for big big $$$… but we CAN’T. Got it?

Now. I despise china and the chinese people; they’re among the sorriest people on earth; and every single country unlucky enough to share proximity to china absolutely hates em. There’s a reason for that: china has shit all over their neighbors, many times, over the last 5000 years. So I’m not ever gonna listen to Good Guy China/Wise Noble Emperor Xi horseshit, no matter the source. They’re all scumbag commies whose highest pursuit in life is “to fuck over a stranger for vast profit!” But. Having said that, it must now be admitted that there are never any blood shortages in china. Ever. Know why? Because blood donors in china get PAID for those donations, and – for china – they get paid damn good money. MIng Na the tiny little gal can get $80; Wing Fu the big bulky guy can get $110. That’s a lot of money for that part of the world – hell, for poor folks here, that’s pretty good $. If that’s what whole blood is worth in fuckin CHINA, what ya spoze it goes for over here?

And now you know why the Red Cross exec manages to swing a very rare Maserati to drive around in. Fuck em all. Burn it all down.

In case you didn’t hear the VERY STRANGE news last night/yesterday…

THE SOLAR ECLIPSE PATH HAS CHANGED !

NOT JOKING.

“Several locations along the path of totality likely will be narrower than previously thought — by about 2,000 feet — which means some people who were previously expecting a quick look at the total eclipse will now miss totality altogether.

Though the shift is small in the grand scheme of things — barely visible on U.S. maps of the path — residents in a handful of Oklahoma cities may need to change their plans to see the full effect of the eclipse.”

We are in bizarro world.

See all the media reports on it here: https://www.bing.com/news/search?q=Eclipse+Path+Change&eventans=1&eventland=1&eventrel=1&qpvt=eclipse+path+change&FORM=EWRE

idk what to tell you guys, things are very odd…
