News Briefs – 05/04/2024

Here are some news stories that might be of interest. Most articles will be more or less summarized in the headline. You can skim the headlines and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest. Keep in mind, many of these reports are products of an unreliable news media, so although they will be what people are hearing and talking about, there is no guarantee any one of them is necessarily correct, and we have had cases of outright lies make it onto these pages.

We have an advertiser, The Daily Financial Trends – a financial news aggregator designed to deliver the data other financial sites deliver, but in a fraction of the time. Give them a click and see if you prefer getting your financial news there.

We will be moving this News Brief to the main domain in the near future, so you will find this at anonymousconservative.com, instead of anonymousconservative.com/blog I have a lot going on right now, and it will take time to make sure it goes right, so not right away. I will try to redirect people from /blog to there, but if that doesn’t work, just go to the main domain.

If I can probe the braintrust here over the continuing arms race I am in – you have a tank of water, chlorinated/fresh so mildly ionic. across the top, small waves, two to three inches apart begin moving maybe a foot per second, and 1/64th inch high or less, and very discrete lines, not gradual peaks. I cannot tell if they are coming from the side or arising spontaneously, but they go from one side to the other, and there is a tingling on the skin in the water. I do not think it is compression/sound creating them, because within the tank, after they have warmed things up, decently forceful water currents seem able to be generated, both highly focused point movements and broader, maybe an area a foot by a foot and a half which swells maybe 15-20 gallons a foot in distance (you can picture the wave-like quality of that by imagining) doing it yourself with your hand) – maybe four to six inches under the surface and at least a foot from any side, so whatever is doing it penetrates the water, or arises out of the ether within it. Tank is on the floor in a basement recessed about five feet below ground – no line of sight to the neighbors. Large movements have been side to side, smaller focused particle like movements seem to be vertical in force vector, but maybe any one can do anything.

Is that an electric field in the water? I’m wondering if they have some sort of way to overlap electric fields, to create a node-effect inside the water, generating a constructively interfering node within a small area, down to maybe a 32nd of an inch by a 32nd of an inch, which pumps water by moving the ions in it. The smaller instances, heard from underwater, sound like an air Tsszzzzzt, make no noise above the water, have a particle-like quality, and can hit kind of like a BB. Any particles generating that would have to go through a house structure, so I don’t think it a particle. Water disruption like air bubbles seemed to shut it down, but it is possible something was hitting me and I just didn’t feel it with the tumult of the water and air.

If was electric field-based, is there a way to ground the water itself, to eliminate a small focused node of field’s ability to move ions/water in it? I see a lot of stuff on youtube about how to move water with an electric field, but not a lot on how to stymie it. And I thought about salting the water, but I suspect that would only make it worse. Would it? Or would reverse osmosis-ing it eliminate the issue?

Along those lines, has anybody ever heard of smallish, 1/4 or 1/8th inch, probably hollow, stainless steel balls with a specific gravity at or just slightly above 1? Application might be for something like a fluidized bed in a biofilter chamber, or maybe something like a sandblaster in water, that you drop something in and over a few hours, it kind of bead-blasts it in the water. I need it to be metallic and not prone to erode in chlorine. Would have to be pretty affordable in bulk, I might need like 100 gallons worth to be useful. I see a lot of the bigger hollow stainless spheres for art-stuff, but they are too big and seem expensive and either they are advertised as floating, or they cost $2 each. I need them small with very narrowly spec-ed specific gravity for the purpose of fluidizing in freshwater. Probably nobody ever heard of that, but no harm in asking.

Reading that before posting, it probably sounds nuts, but you have to understand, it is just nuts. Every day, I wake up to some combination of the Twilight Zone, the Exorcist, some sci-fi horror flick, and Enemy of the State. This next-gen tech is amazing. And once you see that is the reality of this world, you kind of just have to do whatever you have to do. If you don’t, you will end up dead or destroyed. On the bright side, I have been pushed through so many layers of the veil, because we hold the promise of being effective here, unlike everywhere else. I have told you, exposing surveillance is the only way. It is the Achilles heel, and the first necessary step.

If you want to help, drive traffic here. Tell people about this place. get eyeballs on this, if only by telling people how crazy it is. Fame and notoriety would be the best armor.

From the comments, seen on Twitter“so my place in dresden is at the end of a tram line, and most of the time when i disembark there’s still a few people who stay on and ride the tram back in the other direction. “

They do that on the highways, too. If you are about to hit an interstate, there will be a dedicated phase covering the section where your entrance is which just drives back and fort there, and they will cover you for that phase, before handing you off to the phase which covers the next segment of interstate coverage. When you get off, they hand you to the team which covers the locality where the exit drops you. They have a lot of people out there whose sole purpose is surveillance.

The easiest way to ground water should be to stick conductive metal in it and run a wire over to a ground prong in an outlet.
Maybe put the grounded metal in the water at multiple points.

If you aren’t using a wet suit you might want to.

I’m sure you saw the pdf file Tex Arcane linked to, the Cia manual of trickery and deception. I haven’t got through it all yet but it’s a lot of countersurveillance techniques, one of which was how they would drive around east Berlin during the cold War, turn a corner and a guy would dive out of the passenger seat and the driver would open a suitcase that popped up a passenger silhouette, effectively shaking their tail so one man could get free to operate. I bet they also would have one guy drive off at night with a passenger silhouette and when he turned the corner he would take it down making them think someone dove out.

I’m also sure you have tons of countersurveillance measures of your own and I know you’re doing everything you can think of. If these guys aren’t gonna let you sleep then put them to work. Instead of going to bed, get in your car, drive to the airport, see if you can sleep there. If they hit you at the airport you know it’s time to build a countersurveillance team (which is probably impossible, you get immediately infiltrated and the next thing you know the fbi set you up in a plot to “kidnap the governor”).

My concern is that they’re sending you down dead end paths. The stuff you’re doing with the rf analyzers is fascinating and way over my head but I’m worried it’s a dead end. If they’re using super advanced technology that appears to us as magic it will be difficult to detect.

After I mentioned sonoluminescense yesterday I thought about it some more. What if the Beam is sound waves, not radio waves? Why do we all sometimes get that weird buzzing tone/vibration in our ears? Why do they test your hearing in the GATE program as a child? If I remember right they kept playing tones until you “couldn’t ” hear it anymore but maybe they’re just dialing in the frequency to right below your conscious hearing threshold to determine and record your operational frequency. Sound waves, like electricity, produce vibrations and frequencies, I think there’s something here. How do animals all know to run away before an earthquake strikes or a volcano erupts?

If they can play tones just under the threshold of conscious hearing I wonder if there’s a microphone that can detect it. Which brings us right back to another of a 100 different roads that could be a dead end. It’s so fucking frustrating, that’s why I have to think it’s a technology so advanced it’s almost impossible for us to detect but at the same time it’s very simple, a technology thats been actively supressed for thousands of years. A vibration at an “imperceptible” frequency, a sound wave.

The simplest explanation for all this isn’t aliens from far away, they just know how to simulate things that trigger primal fear. An advanced civilization headed up by the devil at the Tree Of Knowledge right here on our planet playing us all like chess pieces, making us see things that aren’t there and do things we don’t want to do. A civilization that has no qualms about hitting the reset button any time they want to trigger a Dark Age.

I’m having my Walenski moment from Dark City, lol. Not criticizing your efforts AT ALL, just frustrated and pissed that these fuckers have put the boot to you and won’t let a good man get some God damn sleep.

Good! My comment turned into a rant and the last thing I want to do here is be a black piller. If I were surveillance I would get pissed off if my targets did anything unusual or out of routine and when you get emotional you can be manipulated into making mistakes. I wonder if they get in trouble if they lose a subject or panic and call in an emergency thinking a TI finally snapped and is about to go postal when in fact the TI has just faked them out. Imagine if every TI picked the same day to do a 180 on their routine. Our routines work in their favor. Change that up. Make them stay up all night trying to figure out what’s going on.

It probably gives the game away but maybe American Stasi could sponsor a National Bug Out Day. Our TI’s could get up at 3 am, start ranting and raving, load up a duffel bag with guns, “bombs”, and tools, head out to their car with a matching ringer duffel bag full of garbage and head to the nearest airport, city hall, or fbi office. Would be interesting to see what happens because they would have to react.

Now imagine if National Bug Out Day comes once a month, then once a week, or three days in a row. Let’s have some fun and play some games, stir up some shit and gather some intelligence.

AC, it looks like this company may either have or would be able to produce something along the lines of what you describe, though it may be cost prohibitive for a large volume:
Coated non-metallic:
https://www.cospheric.com/coatings_microspheres_beads_powders.htm
Metallic:
https://www.cospheric.com/metal_microspheres.htm

Some of the coated products they offer look like that have some interesting properties.
You may want to look into syntactic foams and see if they could provide an alternate form of shielding. While I used to work with it I admit upfront that I don’t understand all the applications for it, I just remember that there were some EMI and radar qualities that made it desirable for specific applications. If it does meet your needs perhaps a Quonset hut shaped enclosure, double layered, with the air space in between filled with syntactic foam would be if some benefit? An aside if you do experiment with microspheres; I can confirm that in bulk they behave like water but I wouldn’t want to submerge my body in them. They’re like the devil’s version of stripper glitter.

You could probably home-brew some neutrally bouyant interference using a combination of spray adhesive and powdered steel on the inside of something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Patty-Both-30mm-Fillable-Ornament/dp/B017QMDBM8
Use a combination of BBs or steel shot and some filler material to achieve neautral buoyancy and they should drift in any currents generated by your tank aerators.

In terms of grounding your water tank, it’s feasible I would suggest grounding the tank independently of your home electrical panel. If your water table isn’t high and your basement has a concrete floor you drill through and install an independent ground rod to bond the tank to; alternately, if you have a daylight basement and your security posture allows, you could install the independent ground below a basement window and run a temporary line out to the ground rod. The further away you can get your secondary ground point from the existing ground rod or rods the better. When you have an independent ground established take both A/C and D/C voltage measurements back to your panel ground to check for circulating currents, otherwise the independent grounds is just that and never gets connected in any way to your utility service.

A long time ago I read about sonoluminescense where sound waves in water create tiny bubbles of light which have a temperature in excess of 10,000 degrees, which is hotter than the surface of the sun. I don’t know if this is relevant for you, but I wonder if you add argon to the water if that would create sonoluminescense in your tank when the Beam hits it.

Like I said, I don’t know if this is relevant but I thought of it when reading and figured I should throw it out there. I always thought it was interesting if a technology were developed to harness that heat it would provide more power than anyone knows what to do with it. And with my AC hat on I think hmmm, that technology would be hundreds or thousands of years ahead of us, maybe somebody already has it. It could power ufo’s etcetera.

I know I’m an old man, because my first thought was “these fucking kids.”
People don’t deal with paper evidence anymore, so they have forgotten how to deal with it.
I don’t know who did the scanning, but the scanning should have happened first, and it should have been done in the order of the documents. That’s how we did it back in the olden times of the Nineteen Hundred and Nineties. There would be slipsheets for everything with it document relationship coded, and everything would have a sequential number within the box.
And frankly, after that, no one goes dicking around in the boxes without a good reason. The boxes shouldn’t even be where they CAN be dicked in, they should be in a locked evidence control room with audited entry.

misdemeanor of a high and aggravated natureGeorgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) signed the Georgia Criminal Alien Track and Report Act, which requires police and sheriff’s departments to identify illegal aliens who commit crimes and detain them for deportation by federal immigration authorities.

This one has teeth. There’s not much new here — most of it was already on GA’s books. What they did was take all the places that said “shall be authorized to” and changed them to “shall.” That’s YUGE.
Before, they could decide to check their immigration status, and then could turn them over to the feds if they are illegal. Now it is that if they arrest someone, they MUST figure out if they are illegal, and if they are, they MUST turn them over to ICE.
Two big changes are, first, that instead of saying illegal immigrants “under federal law”, it specifically cites the Immigration and Nationality Act. That prevents Dem administrations from playing games with EOs and rules and such.
Second, it puts actual enforcement teeth in place. Any agency that doesn’t comply can be stripped of state funding. From my reading of it, the governor can completely zero out their state funding. That alone will get compliance from the big counties. Second part of the second change, any particular person who willfully violates this new law is subject to a misdemeanor charge, but the second conviction (and my reading of this means that two illegals not checked are two separate charges) carries a “misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature” which is up to a $5000 fine (meh) and a year in jail.

DOJ warns Iowa that it would be sued if it enforces new immigration law.

Yeah, there’s no way Iowa wins this one. 8 USC 1229a:

(1) In general

An immigration judge shall conduct proceedings for deciding the inadmissibility or deportability of an alien.

I didn’t cut that short. That’s how clear it is. And if that wasn’t clear enough, same section:

(3) Exclusive procedures

Unless otherwise specified in this chapter, a proceeding under this section shall be the sole and exclusive procedure for determining whether an alien may be admitted to the United States or, if the alien has been so admitted, removed from the United States. Nothing in this section shall affect proceedings conducted pursuant to section 1228 of this title.

That’s been a thing for decades, with plain old software. Some courts would recognize “experts” who did writing (not penmanship) analysis before that.

Well, they can’t link it to a brain scan, but they can make an ‘expert witness’ link between some random internet post and something they can prove you wrote.

I’m not surprised. “Modern Monetary Theory” doesn’t actually make any sense to start with. It’s just more socialist claptrap masquerading as economics. Which itself is a questionable field.

You remember AOC’s famous “it’s only money, you just print it” comment? She probably learned that in college. (which we probably paid some percentage of) MMT goes through ridiculous contortions to deny any connection between “money” and “value.”

You know the part in Hot Tub Time Machine when the antagonist Blaine is steered into serving a heroic purpose after Crispin Glover gets his arm cut off? That’s how I’d like to see most of the protests. Full of naive non-Cabal useful idiot leftoids who are actually for once sniffing out a real injustice and a real villain to bitch about. It’s like the far right Klanoids and Nazoids who finally have something legit to be right about, too. Militant Muslims, too. The serendipitous (or, carefully orchestrated) convergence of crowds leaving several disparate broken clock conventions at the same time that Cabal’s chosen people (and/or, chosen scapegoats) are throwing a genocide parade.

> Biden to Award Medal of Freedom to Kerry, Gore, and others.

It used to mean something, once. Like the Nobel did.

I’m reminded of how Goebbels used to come up with new awards for the higher-ranking Nazis, and pass them out at elaborate ceremonies. Well, at least the Nazi honors tended to be hefty chunks of platinum or gold liberally set with diamonds and rubies, so they had some actual physical value.

Columbia Law Review student editors plead for law school administrators to “cancel exams and give passing grades for their work throughout the semester,” because, “The violence we witnessed last night has irrevocably shaken many of us… we also know this to be the same for a majority of our classmates.”

Note to law firms: rescind all offers to Columbia 2024 grads.

Ted “the red” Cruz:
“And there is zero chance a more conservative speaker will result, so I think what she’s doing is really unhelpful to the country.”
In the words of Diamond Dave X22:
This tells you everything you need to know.
Seriously folks…if there is no better speaker, then we are truly effed.
But we were anyway…

Biden to Award Medal of Freedom to Kerry, Gore, and others. Advice to horse face Kerry (apologies to horses every where), make sure to use someone else’s medal to throw over the fence at the White House. BTW, still waiting on those “war injury” photos that you promised would be shown. Prove your “heroic” wounds, you filthy POS.

Jeffrey Epstein and New Atheism | Shadow To Light – WordPress.com

In 2002, sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein flew Richard Dawkins out to California to give a talk entitled, “Militant atheism,” something TED now describes as a seminal moment for the New Atheism. In essence, it was the spark that started the New Atheist movement.

AC, I post this story because it could very likely overlap with the surveillance, in this case would cross international borders
In summary, 2 Australians & 1 American go missing in Baja, Mexico during a surfari, would not be suprised if they had been tracked the moment they stepped foot into MX

Well, if I am guessing what you are looking for correctly, I think the cheapest way would be to get bb gun ammunition or sling shot pellets, then do some math and surround them with a layer of foam or latex or something such that the overall density is about 1. Then stick an aerator(s) in the tank to create enough movement to keep the balls milling about. You don’t need to achieve perfect buoyancy for that, just close enough that a little water movement will keep them going. the foam should help protect from rusting too.

Its a rather excellent idea for introducing a lot of randomness into the scattering of their targeting. Dynamic pellets instead of static ones like in the blankets. Fishing weights might be better than steal though now that I think about it. I am fairly certain lead blocks the beam better in my experience. Its not so difficult to get a home setup for melting and shaping lead either.

Might be able to coat lead with something waterproof to keep it from dissolving.

Lead birdshot with liquid latex in a case tumbler may coat each shot sufficiently to float and seal them as to not rust in the water.

What about stainless steel shot? Non-toxic, relatively inexpensive, readily available – https://www.ballisticproducts.com/Steel-Shot-BB-bag_10/productinfo/SH2B/

McMaster-Carr has small hollow aluminum balls but in 1/4” they are sold by the 10 pack. It would cost a fortune for a single gallon’s worth. This seems like a product that should be readily available and reasonably priced…but it is not.

Not sure if my original message months ago got though, but what about pulverizing some neodymium magnets? If you can produce enough “moving charges” or moving magnets which induce charges, and have them be randomized in terms of field strength, that might help.

I wish to refrain from commenting but a had an idea that follows along with this steel balls you want. Specifically, does it have to be balls? All these balls are too expensive. So think linear. Imagine those foam pipe noodles. Straight foam pieces anchored to the bottom of the tank. If you can visualize that, then the offshoots are numerous. Here’s one. Plastic sheet, like food savers that can be melted to seal. So you get poly sheet. Take a couple of boards to make a line(long tube), cut, then use a torch to seal, blow up with air or whatever. Now you have a hollow plastic tube. Next, section the tube into individual pockets with a food saver sealer. This has numerous offshoots once you start thinking linear, instead of separated balls. You could layer different densities of material inside the pockets of plastic by gluing “whatever” to the sheet before you seal it and blow it up with air. . These could be filled with different pressures of air The options are endless and, to me, appears to be making a similar structure to the empty steel balls but in a way that can be mass produced. Anchor to the bottom of the water pool and they all self assemble floating up.

Other options with higher cost but lower effort. PVC or tubing sealed at the ends. PVC that you inject instant foam in to and cap. Wood dowels, slats, etc. coated with varnish. Wood could be cut into pieces and then stringed together with string glued to the wood. Now you have a floating segmented structure that is spaced however you want.

The basic idea is to have whatever structures you want, make them positively buoyant. Join with glued on string to get spacing then weigh the base. The rest will self assemble in the water tank.

Melted milk jugs (HDPE) into slats, dowels or round balls separated with strings to make a rope with balls. Think linear.

Water that is distilled has VERY HIGH resistance (really high) and does not conduct electricity very well at all. I do not know if reverse osmosis is the same It is mostly the same, but I read that some particles do go through and are not separated. Sulfides I think. I don’t know what the resistivity of these are. If you have a reverse osmosis supply already, it wouldn’t hurt to buy a gallon of distilled water, measure with an ohm meter, then measure the reverse osmosis water and see what you come up with. Off had I would say the reverse osmosis would be good enough but…who knows?

Now some of you may be worried about this usage of plastic and how the build up of plastic is harmful to the environment. Yes it bad but there is a much bigger problem we face. It’s everywhere and a menace to all.

ROCKS!

These damn things are everywhere. People get hit with them, they stub their toes on them, people stumble over them, they fall off of hillsides and hit people, I’ve even seen them crush cars and kill people. They take millions and millions of years to degrade. Billions of dollars are spent every year to move these ubiquitous hazards to build roads, buildings and houses. The true menace we face is not plastics but ROCKS!

I don’t have the backtracks and references, but I’m trying to find sound and healing stuff for you. The thing I’m finding, in every one, though, is that maternal voice to infant soothing. It’s the voice they heard before birth, it’s their steadiness after birth. There seems to be effects of sticking babies in daycare for hours where they are hearing women, but not their own mother.

And I thought about salting the water, but I suspect that would only make it worse. Would it?”

I was thinking just the opposite – use deionized (DI) water. Although I don’t have a clue how much it costs. What’s the volume of your tank? Might be more cost-effective to get your own deionizer, depending on how much experimenting you intend. I always just went over to the Chemistry department and help myself to theirs. 🙂

“Or would reverse osmosis-ing it eliminate the issue?”

As usual, I recommend experimenting until you find what works
