I saw a video of the motorcycle gang leader shooting. Couldn’t see much, just the shooters exiting the car. But my first impression is that they were clearly professionals and have been reasonably well trained. You could get that kind of training in the private sector, but I’d guess that they were former mil or at the very least some high speed law enforcement unit. It’s not that I’m seeing anything super advanced, it’s just that they move right and they have good weapons handling discipline. Certainly better than most cops. Perhaps former special ops guys from a central American country, although I can’t tell their ethnicity from the video.
