Translation: they don’t have enough evidence to make a credible case, but they’re keeping the charges on file until they can either manufacture some evidence, or find a judge willing to rule without any.
This comment is likely a bad take. Instead it looks like the judge is pissed off about the prosecutor charging Trump with mishandling classified documents getting caught mishandling classified documents, and is preparing to throw out the case.

Just remember both of those parties have no actual standing in the Federal government, either by the Constitution or by law. They’re a private, “Non-Governmental Organization” (really, it’s just the Uniparty) that has managed to sieze political power.

Whatever he’s doing, his primary goal doesn’t seem to be “conquer Ukraine.”

Russia has already defeated Ukes and Europe. They respect China but know China is either transitioning to a relatively trustworthy partner or they still have “The Mandate of Heaven” delusions. Britain and France are pimples on the Ass of Russia and only serve to demonstrate The USA’s willingness to discard allies. Germany is probably gone for good except for those Real Germans who escape to live on and congregate with like kind. Geographical Politics is important but only in so far as it points to places our kind can come together and possibly thrive.
Russia will seek an accommodation with Germany so it knows it’s back is secure as once the threat from the West is neutralised, Russia is worried about China making historic claims on part of Manchuria, and also possibly moving further into Siberia.
Look for a Russia/India strategic partnership at some point in the next 10 years or so. Both of them fear China.

I work for two disabled ladies. One of them is on SSI and she gets $900 in Social Security Disability. Her rent is $750. The other lady who I work for covers for her toiletries, cable and tobacco. We support her. For four years now, the SSI lady is trying to get on Section 8. She is a perfect candidate for that.
