I had a good look at that “actual” rocket car they jumped the bridge with up close. it was parked at the hotel on a trailer. I’m about 70% through r/k theory. Forgive me if this is mentioned later, but one thing about a r bloom is you would expect many or most novel mutations to come into being in the bloom and then spread a bit, then when there is a cull, all the bad mutations get the axe while novel good mutations would be able to spread through the new small pop much more quickly. Just a thought on what utility r blooms might have.
