I don’t think cabal has the man power to do so to everyone, and even if they take out many key elements, it’s not like the rest of the right has any choice but to keep fighting, given that the left has already made it very clear that they want us dead, our kids raped, and that they find it funny. So even if the critical individuals go out, they still have (how many would those be?) the rest of the 65 million scattered around a big rural area. Cities, well, those would be death traps for everyone, even the cabal operators.
Even the amount of tools necessary to do so, cabal would have to have A LOT of shinny toys. In the event of open hot civil war, certainly some of ours would be taken out, no doubt, but not all. Even if the cabal is 5 or 10% of the population, as soon as SHTF, cabal comms turn even harder to acomplish (cabal seems to use indirect comms even within their own network). My point is, I think that at the ground level, cabal NEEDS a certain level of stability, and not every single street level stooge will get the nice shinny toys, in fact, if SHTF, the cabal would most likely leave them to their own devices to fend for themselves and GTFO to their holes in the ground in New Zeland and/or China and Israel.
If they had all that manpower enough to take out 65 million people in the US instantly, there would be no way Q’s plan would work, and if they have, then Q would have to have the capacity to incapacitate the cabal operators before they would take out those 65 million. And not to speak off, once the cabal had proven that they could no longer reward them with said minor creature comforts (after all, plunging your low level recruit’s surrounding environment into a civil war is not the best way to signal that you have the power to make them safe and sound), how many would defect? Also, if the cabal does indeed recruit many of their low levels based on fear, how many would take the chance amidst the chaos to turn on them, in whatever way they thought would hurt them (example: if someone starts to collaborate with cabal due to fear of it hurting their children,that is bound to create massive resentment towards the origin of the threat).
Also, if cabal could simply waltz in like you assume it can, they wouldn’t bother with disarming the US population. And they do, A LOT. Think about it, it’s like when you get locked into a verbal spar match with a shill and they tell you: “Ah, it doesn’t matter, we already won, there is nothing you can do, your actions change nothing.”, and you reply “Well, if my actions mean nothing, why do your bosses spend millions per year trying to censor and contain everyone who says what I am saying?”.

For unknown reasons, I think it takes a day or so to calibrate a lot of the thru-wall stuff to focus on a new spot.
