For those I was discussing the thermal video of the sky with, this is video of the Fluorescent wisps at the edge of clouds which occasionally appear. Sometimes a whole edge of the cloud will light up, and pulsate like that, with no wisp extending out from it. They begin to show up well at about 1:40-2:00 minutes into the video, in the holes, which are supposed to be cooler areas of less thermal emission, with the light areas presumably hot. They will seem to form in one area of the sky, and not in others, though I have no idea if that is a visibility thing, with them more visible somewhere and not elsewhere. It is best viewed at full screen to see it, and it is more vivid in the live shots on a large 4K TV:
It looks like of like an ionization phenomenon, maybe like lightening that shorts itself out before forming a bolt, and just emits as heat, or maybe molecular friction due to wind, but I have no idea. It is not common. I’d say I see it one out of ten times I see the “clouds,” and the rest of the time the clouds move without the lighting and pulsating, like puffs of plain cotton.
Here is one which starts at about 10:oo positionally on the screen (non-existent at that point because they did not form there, but focus on the hole) and it drifts down and to the right, into the area where they form, exiting about the middle of the bottom of the screen, at which point it has formed and solidified, into an oval. In the live feed it was much more pulsating and like a flame. If you can watch these full screen or blow them up, it is best:
That one was a lot more pulsating when I saw it on the screen, you are losing a little of the clarity to the recording. Though the camera does a lot of image processing too, which complicates knowing if what you are seeing is actually representative of realty, or just a processing artifact. It looks quite intense on the screen as you watch it, like flames. But it captured how you do not see the wisps fluoresce in some parts of the sky, but as the cloud moves to a certain spot, the fluorescence begins, almost like static electricity building up.
I part of me wonders if “the hum” so many complain about, and which cannot be tracked to a source on earth, is really a terrestrial thing, or if it might be being shone down from above, maybe part of some surveillance technology which lets them better monitor places for something, maybe even from sensors on other satellites.
Surveillance has basically spent the last seventy or eighty years, in the shadows, with no oversight, recruiting maybe ten, or even fifteen percent of the population into its informant network, just like the Stasi. And all that time, it has been using a limitless research budget for developing tech to do everything from see into houses from planes flying above, and cars driving by, to listening in cars at hundreds of yards away, to turning the audio in every room of every house in a neighborhood, into, in essence, a radio station, for the listening posts they embed in every neighborhood to monitor everyone and keep their files current.
It would not surprise me if it deployed satellites beaming some carrier wave down on vast regions which reverberates everything, to conduct some kind of broad monitoring of a region for something of interest that way. Or maybe it just degrades everyone, and they focus it on the areas where the plebes live, to make sure they never have the energy to rise up and start their own technology companies, or do anything which might affect the hold on power of the elites. They really are just total psychos, with absolutely no concept of boundaries, or doing anything but whatever will give them the most intrusion possible into everyone’s lives. And they have this limitless budget which means there is no way for any normal person to predict what they are up to.
Decades before Snowden, this American patriot waged war against illegal surveillance in the US. Army Captain who revealed the Cabal had tapped the Army to run illegal political surveillance in the US in the 60’s when he blew the whistle in the 70’s. FBI head of the LA Field Office Ted Gundersen, who saw the gangstalking decades before everyone else, said he felt it had to be the military behind it.

You are always going to look for the answer which explains things in light of your reality bias, even as you notice odd coincidences. I had no idea if Anglin was a regular dude with some beliefs who set up a site or if he was a pied piper, raised in and working for Cabal to lure everyone astray. He has certainly been successful in amassing an audience, which is always suspicious. But they have sought to deplatform him aggressively, and here he does seem to be relating that his food or drink in his house was contaminated with a mix of acid and maybe Datura extract added to produce the nightmare aspect of the trip (or maybe try and kill him, and they missed the dose). He doesn’t seem to know. I do not know how he would get that big and not see that he is a central node of a massive intelligence/surveillance operation targeting him, which comes and goes from his house freely while he is gone, and can spike his food at will, but if he hasn’t seen that, then yeah, they will have fun with him. Also might be a sign, they are moving more aggressively to try and contain uncontrolled outlets in the runup to 2024.
You can see how any talk of resistance or revolution will be totally meaningless, if everyone remains as blind to what surrounds them as that.
A retired merchant marine suspected of using his small plane to stalk a woman for more than four years in Upstate New York denied knowing the victim Tuesday as he was arrested for the third time in a single week for allegedly tormenting her. If he was domestic intelligence and this was gangstalking, he would be under full protection, and she would be fucked. Nobody would touch it. My guess is they are dealing with him harshly because they do not want this being done widely and people thinking it is a thing, so that they can do it in the shadows, and deny it is even possible.

Have to disagree with you on this one for technical reasons far beyond suitability for an email discussion. Not to suggest there aren’t other methods to accomplish a similar goal.
I am not saying they are broadcasting over radio waves. Just that each room gets a channel, which esssentially makes them like their own little radio station on the dial to listen to and flip through.
Rather there is a way to harvest waveforms from various positions and media, and use triangulation of waveforms based on arrival times, combined with computer analysis/filtering/modification, to accomplish the task of creating a programmable “channel,” where you press a button on a computer, and it brings up specific sound from a specific location. Like shot spotter, but maybe twenty generations advanced, and not just using air.
And that was before AI, which very well may be refining the process to make it even more precise. I do not know if they are trying to record it all in the suburban areas it is deployed, but I am certain the local monitors spend evenings flipping through channels, just listening to what is going on, and some people get the full 24/7 monitor.
I think those shot spotters are installed in all major metro areas and that’s why (as you said) nobody fires a weapon anywhere that it can’t be pinpointed in a minute with triangulation. Whenever I see a random shooter who gets away, I don’t believe it. If he wasn’t protected he’d be caught and arrested.

If you go underground and use optical fibre to all sensors aboveground you will not lose your security cameras even after an EMP natural or deliberate.
If you go underground and nobody is even certain where you are in there, you basically cease to exist but it doesn’t stop you from going for supplies or the park or even out to a restaurant.
I don’t think this tech can penetrate solid concrete and steel mesh underground yet.
Underground will require some sort of sound protection/countermeasures. Surveillance, I think, has become some kind of master at using constructive/destructive interference to concentrate compression waves, after learning to use it to eavesdrop.
Anywhere down there, you pop something, those waves travel outward, hit surfaces, and begin moving. If they have geophones in the ground, in different spots, those waves all spread out to them, hitting them at precise moments based on exactly where the pop happened. The danger is, if they introduce pops at those microphones at just the right times, the waves can travel back the way they came, and all converge on the spot which popped in the first place, creating a pop there, from outside. And I suspect done repeatedly, and timed right, they can set up a little resonance bubble, where that spot gets compressed in by waves coming from all sides, compresses, the pressure pushes it out and it decompresses right after, becomes decompressed, and just as it is about to rubberband back in, a new external wave joins the rebound in and now it compresses a little harder than the first time, decompresses with a little more energy, starts to rubber band back in with a little more energy, just as another external compression wave comes in, it all compresses a little more, and you see how the pop in that spot can build up. And it will do it through a Faraday cage.
You would need sound insulation between you and them, as well as some kind of white noise machine rigged to a structural speaker/vibrator, beating the white noise into the structure at multiple places between you and their geophones, and outside your sound insulation.

The following video is an hour long, but I’m recommending it as a must-see for the readers of this site. It’s an explanation of 5th Generational Warfare, by man well studied in military affairs, but tackling the topic from a civilian perspective.

So what is 5th Generational warfare? Well – it’s sort of like the metaphorical strategies underlying warfare – that Je ne sais quois described by Sun Tze and Clausewitz – becoming increasingly manifest, and the physical events becoming increasingly less important. The previous generations are:
1st: Classical warfare
2nd: Mechanized/Trench Warfare
3rd: Lightning Warfare
4th: Insurgent Warfare
With the 5th, we hit the inflection point where the militaries and states engaged in warfare start to play second fiddle to transnational forces which underly the conflict. It’s when war becomes a battle for the mind, but that doesn’t begin to do it justice. Amorphous networks are where it resides. It is something very novel, which exists because of our instantaneous communication technology.
For example, look at the Mexican American War to see a precursor to this. The Mexican government of the day had territorial claim to much of what is now the southern United States, but nobody to work the soil and pay taxes, so they welcomed the English speaking settlers from the fledgling nation to the north. Eventually their numbers grew to the point where they developed a cultural/national identity, and they decided to rebel against Mexico and join the US. This blindsided the oldschool strategists of the day, who looked at the world as a Westphalian Risk map. In Risk, all that matters is a territory’s production; not the culture or language of the people who inhabit it, but all of a sudden people’s opinion on Christ’s mother became an important battlefield consideration.
The current unrestrained Mexican immigration through the southern border is similar, it rhymes, but it’s also far different. For one thing there’s more of a diaspora – 18 hours after setting foot on American soldier, an illegal can wind up in any city on the continent; it’s more than simply an invasion or a settlement. Then there’s the matter of Mexican nationals sending money back home to their family – unlike the Texas farmers, they maintain direct ties with their relatives back home, ties that are likely stronger than their ties to their local Mexican community. And finally there’s no particular need for them to overthrow the Yoke of Washington and bring Aztland back into the Mexican fold. Maybe the Mexican government would like to reclaim its lost territory, but the Mexicans in California, Nevada, and Texas – not to mention the Mexicans in New York, Washington, and Alaska – might happily continue living under the American legal regime, while maintaining loyalty to the amorphous idea of Mexico. Loyal to “Mexico”, not to the Mexican government.
We see something similar when we contemplate Cabal.

They’ll say they’re doing it for economic equality, or racial equity, or something of that nature – they fly the flag of Star Trek’s Galactic Federation as the ideal that they’re fighting for, but that is not what they’re actually doing. Similarly, the illegal Mexican immigrant might dream of the Aztland flag flying over Houston and Los Angeles, but that is not what is actually being accomplished by their ethno-economic diaspora. To understand what is occurring, we must look to the praxis; the actions in themselves. CRT calls anything it doesn’t control racist until it controls it. It spreads like a metastasizing cancer, internally it lacks any explicit rules of hierarchy. If the story ended there you might have point. However, Jesus went willingly to the cross, because he was only one who could pay the price and bridge the gap between sinful man and a Holy God.
The following Sunday morning Jesus was resurrected from death. He was seen by many and is now enthroned in glory. And he is coming back soon. The debt for our sin was paid in full. We only need to believe God and accept the gift.

God gave us a brain to do more with than plead with him to save us with prayer. Isn’t it self-centered to constantly tell everyone to pray for this and pray for that, like God is some sort of clerk who is supposed to fill up our cart with our prayer wishes? We need this, pray to Jesus, we need that, pray to Jesus, ooohhhh save us Jesus. I find this incredibly offensive. I pray to God but mostly to thank him for what I have, not ask for what I don’t. (Though I do slip at times and ask for stuff, mostly out of reflex.)
I would implore you to ask more often. First, because it’s a realization I had. It’s rude to not ask. God gives you everything you need, but the Lord’s Prayer (Jesus’ model for how we should pray) tells us to ask for our daily bread. Why? Because it is the difference between asking for a glass of water and receiving it, or expecting your servant to just know that you want water. It’s simply civil politeness.
Second, the apostles tell us to. They tell us to ask and receive and give praise.
We don’t pray to change God’s will, we pray to change ourselves. When you ask God for the things you want and need, you are forced to ask yourself if it is something you want or if you need it, and you have to ask yourself why. Articulate those things to clarify your own life.
