New FDA guidance aims to drastically cut salt in food supply. There was just a fascinating study which concluded higher sodium intake was likely causing reduced cancer. It turns out the high sodium diet altered the GI flora, causing the proliferation of salt-tolerant microbes which it appeared could survive in the human body, and travel in the blood. The bacteria favored by the high salt diet were breaking out of the GI tract into the blood, and although in ultra-high quantities they caused inflammatory issues like heart disease and cardiovascular issues, in moderate amounts, the bacteria would travel through the blood and when they landed in a cancerous tumor, the immune suppression of the tumor (which it used to evade the immune system), protected the bacteria which would grow inside the tumor, until it was such a foreign stimulus it brought in the immune system by force, and would apparently immunize the individual against the cancer, which the immune system would then begin attacking. The bacteria, traveling through the blood, almost had the feel of a symbiote that killed cancer for the host. Too high a sodium diet was bad due to excess inflammation, but in moderation, the study indicated it probably had beneficial effects.

COVID reports. A friend of mine died on September 20th. He was in his 70’s, but in good health. A gentle, tongues talking Christian patriarch and grandfather. He gave me work when I was at my lowest point, and checked in on me from time to time. He got fully vaxed. He said if it was his time to go, that was in the Lord’s hands. He developed cancer at some point. The cancer didn’t kill him. He suddenly developed heart problems, and died from that. The vaccine kills.

The news says it was because he refused the vaccine, and got what was coming to him. No word if he tried Ivermectin. I had a lingering cough, and 5 days of ivermectin cleared it up. For Rob Skiba to hit the news like this, it may well be a fake. Looking at his history, Rob Skiba had all the ear-marks of a psy-op disinformation agent. Just watch his debate with Sungenis. When it came to flat earth, Rob Skiba was not a logical or reasonable man, and he mocked and heckled good people in his role as an internet preacher. He preached a lot of truth, but he mixed disinfo in. The flat earth crowd is mostly anti-vax, so for one of their leading lights to “die of COVID” is too good to be true for the mainstream narrative.

I’ve always wondered if the normalizing of degeneracy by law is an attempt by compromised government officials to get out from under blackmail. It used to be that simply having an affair or an out-of-wedlock birth was a career killer. Closeted homosexuality was the same.

I just assume from the story being Minneapolis. I’ve been tracking something like this. An anon on 4chan posted about salt and suggested a book. I bought it, but haven’t gotten around to reading it yet.
It triggered a thought though: they lied to us about eggs, fat, cholesterol, butter, etc., so is it a stretch to assume they’ve lied to us about salt? I’ll get to the book eventually, but I’ve started adding as much salt as I want to my food, and it sure tastes better and I’ve noticed a few positive changes in my health. (I’ve made a few other changes so I can’t claim it’s the salt, but it’s not detracting from the changes).

I seriously wonder if tobacco is something else they have lied to us about. Nicotine is a wonder drug, and is one of the few nootropics that actually work. Tobacco is regarded as medicine by many Native American groups. One of the great early statisticians, Ronald Fisher, didn’t believe that the evidence showed that smoking caused cancer.
It makes me wonder if the tobacco cancer connection is another case of them gaslighting us.
I’ve considered that too. I used to work with a guy who had some genetic condition that affected his digestion. He could only eat fish and rice. He commented once “I look at a steak and I see only pain.” Then he got a suggestion to start smoking. Suddenly, it eased his digestive pain and he could eat a wider variety of food.
Nicotine aids digestion and thinking. And considering how some people have lived past 100 smoking a cigar every day, there have to be other factors. And most of the anti-smoking propaganda is the same SJW tactics used in other areas like “climate”. They’re definitely lying.
I’ve wondered sometimes, why nicotine isn’t used like caffeine. Between cigarettes and snuff, it obviously is effective. I have noticed a significant decline in manners among the vaxxed. They make unnecessary loud noises, interrupt others mid-sentence, shamelessly belch and fart publicly, etc. It’s bizarre. Never in my life have I observed so many living creatures constantly passing gas outside of a farm environment. The vaxxed often look startled too, as if they had no idea it was coming, like control of their bodily functions has detached from their conscious mind. (Perhaps this explains the loss of taste and smell? The senses still function but the signals aren’t getting through?) Call it a soul or a divine spark… whatever it is that separates humans from the animal kingdom is visibly being eroded. It’s probably a combination of factors, with the vaxx playing a role, but I suspect we’ll soon hear reports of adults soiling their underwear like infants. Watch for it. It will start with people in your presence getting a panicked look on their face and then immediately rushing off to the nearest bathroom. It will get worse from there.

About salt: I’m not surprised at the info shared on here today. A few years ago when I started keto I found myself craving more salt…and that giving in to the craving made me feel better; using more salt got rid of the “keto flu”. It hit me then that since they’d lied about everything else the idea of restricting salt was probably based on a lie too. Now I use as much as I want with no guilt and no apparent problems from it.
Salt. I don’t know if this is true but it’s interesting. could see how the bittens from seawater could be good for you I think they have a lot of magnesium. I once tried to increase my salt intake and I don’t think it worked for me but it may be because I didn’t have the bittens portion.

If true, it explains why partly magnesium chloride supplements(perhaps topical/applied to skin) are so good, if chloride deficiency is common. Obviously magnesium is more important but still.
