Israeli intel has a robust network throughout the various Arab groups. Was this guy a go-between for elements of Cabal in Israel and their North Korean division? Interesting also Israel chooses to take him in Malaysia, where Jong-Un’s brother was hit. Maybe Malaysia is just a weak security state with a sparse surveillance environment conducive to operations, or maybe Cabal Inc likes doing hits there because it is embedded in the gov’t and has protection.

I’ll have to cede to Heartiste here, based solely on democrat voting percentages. That is a tangible measure of support for r-values.
But it is worth noting there was a time in the early 1900s, up until the welfare state, when blacks had almost no illegitimacy, almost no criminality, and were trad families that voted Republican. The welfare state rabbitized them, and the Apocalypse may bring them back.

Even without whole-genome analysis, you can identify relatives with reasonable precision out to 2nd cousins (it gets a little dicier beyond that).
Dayum! Big data will enslave us. You don’t have to be in the database – a parent, child or cousin will do just fine.
