Democratic councilwoman says the safety measure relied on in low-income neighborhoods hurts shoppers’ feelings.
Philadelphia is one step closer to getting rid of bulletproof glass in many of its small businesses as part of a larger effort to crack down on loitering, public urination and potential drug sales — but the potential ban has triggered a backlash from shopkeepers.
The city’s Public Health and Human Services Committee passed a bill Monday enabling Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses and Inspections to regulate the bullet-resistant barricades that stand between customers and cash registers in many neighborhood corner stores, according to FOX29.
“No establishment required to obtain a Large Establishment license … shall erect or maintain a physical barrier that requires the persons serving the food either to open a window or other aperture or to pass the food through a window or other aperture, in order to hand the food to a customer inside the establishment,” the bill states. It also calls for larger establishments to have bathrooms for customers.
Several of the hundreds of deli owners told FOX29 they feel as though they are being singled out, and numerous shopkeepers are among those protesting the bill.
“If the glass comes down, the crime rate will rise and there will be lots of dead bodies,” Rich Kim, the owner of Broad Deli, which sells soda, meals and beer by the can, said. “The most important thing is safety and the public’s safety.”
Kim said the glass went up after a shooting and he said it saved his mother-in-law from a knife attack.

They import terrorists, free criminals, try to have large apex predators released and protected in populated areas, create divisions in their populations along racial lines, religious lines, and economic lines that produce mortality, and just generally try to inflict disadvantages on everyone else.
Here, they are literally telling shop keepers that they cannot take measures to prevent criminals from shooting them.
It sounds crazy, but picture a rabbit population without predators. It would eventually become a wolf-like species, as the rabbits ate up all the food and the competitive fighters began to be selected for. If that happened, the only way the r-strategists could persist would be to reintroduce the hawks and the foxes, and get that unselective mortality going.
Here in humans that is exactly what the r-strategists seek to do. It is not a coincidence.

In Philly there is a very large and militant black muslim population, in addition to the generally rabbity blacks that are already there. They have have been targeting Asian (Oriental, not muslim) shops for years, and before that deliberately targeted Italian neighborhoods. This is why the Italian mafia and black “mafia” had so many “encounters” there over the years, although it has reduced somewhat since the 1990’s
Make no mistake- this is not “Fresh Prince of Belaire” type stuff. When the economy evaporates there will be a large degree of violence in Philly- initiated almost exclusively by blacks. Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Italians, and others will retaliate, possibly in unison. It won’t be pretty.

What this negroid councilwoman does is simply subversion. They bitch to the whites about hurt feelings so that whites will make rules that take protection away from the yellow people that still do business in these ghettos like some postapocalyptic wasteland merchant selling you scrap metal and canned food with a sawed off shotgun in the other hand. But i don’t the idea is bad, since it forces yellowman out of his defensive situation to eigther show initiative, which is very unlikely, or leave. And wouldn’t it be better these ghetto rats have less access to foodstuffs.
We all know what will happen if they pass this. Stores will be abandoned. There will be nothing.
