The newest Leftist accusation:
The co-founder of the opposition research firm behind the Trump dossier testified to Congress earlier this month that he believed Russian operatives have infiltrated the National Rifle Association.
Glenn Simpson, a founding partner of Fusion GPS, casually suggested in an interview with the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence that the gun rights group had been breached, a source familiar with the matter told The Daily Caller.
Fox News first reported about Simpson’s testimony on Tuesday night.
TheDC’s source said that Simpson suggested the NRA-Russia connection in response to a line of questions from committee Democrats who asked whether any conservative groups have been infiltrated by Kremlin agents.
No evidence has been made public supporting Simpson’s allegations, and it was not clear from Simpson’s testimony what links he believes there are between the NRA and Russian agents.
Apparently Ted Nugent’s real name is actually Ted Nugentsky. Another little-known fact is that when entering Russia an NRA card is as good as a passport.
I think the left is beginning to see the K-strategists in the US, and recognize that something about them is similar to the K-strategists of Russia, and due to poor amygdala-discrimination they are mentally conflating the two. It may be a sign of mental overload on the left, as they now begin pointing at anything American and masculine and screaming about Russian interference. Their amygdalae are so overloaded they can’t tell the difference between American NRA members and Vladimir Putin.
It is probably similar to them being sure Donald Trump is literally a Nazi, thinking every cop is a racist thug looking to kill a black guy, and every gun is going to be used in crime. The irony is that as they see analogies to threats in areas where there are none, real threats are so triggering they need to be denied, lest their amygdalae go into meltdown mode.
And these people, with these kinds of defective amygdalae, are the very people who feel they should be telling the rest of us how to live.

The Left have been wracking their pea brains out for years trying to figure a way to disarm the American Public so they can have no fear in forcing their agendas down our throats.
