No this is evil vs evil. Drug dealer vs cops wanting to get a little drug cash booty so they kick in doors of people, not drug dealers, who might, just might have a suspect in the house. If they knew he was in the house couldn’t they…uh…wait??? Surely he has to come out some time. How does he deal drugs if he never goes out and is it worth shooting up a house full of people to get him??? What about the people in the house or next door or behind that house that they may shoot???
No they just want cash for their department so they risk shooting up the neighborhood for that cash.
