On this next one, I immediately think to myself that what Barr is saying is, if Durham had FISAs on the organization which tried to undo the 2016 election as part of his investigation into that, he would likely have picked up on some thread of communication indicating the same actors were planning an ongoing criminal conspiracy preparing to defraud the 2020 election, which would explain how Durham’s mandate was expanded to 2020. Again, given this is the same organization involved in both crimes, we know Durham was investigating them over Russia, and we know they defrauded the 2020 election (and they had to plan it), it is not only a plausible scenario, it is predictable by itself as a spontaneous chain of events. And that is even if you did not understand that Trump and Q, combined with Military intel and military planning, knew this election was going to be rigged, and they would have been looking in 2016 for a way to engineer/parallel-construct all of this, even were Durham not a part of the picture:
