What Fell Out Of Hillary’s Pant Leg When She Had An Episode?

As Hillary buckled, there was a small whitish item which popped out of her pants, and fell on the ground. Here are the stills, frame by frame:

As the item was on the ground, this guy stepped on it and pushed it off the curb:

Watch the video, and you will see how his foot slows as it lands on the item, and then picks up speed again as he kicks it off the curb, and awkwardly steps forward to try and look natural.
