If I were the God Emperor, and I had placed ultra-elite surveillance on all Cabal command and control, and then baited them into giving the order to gas innocent women and children gratuitously so American Troops could be killed in a wrongly conjured war with Russia and Vladimir Putin, I would not want to release the intelligence myself for obvious reasons.
As the God Emperor, while always right, a consummate winner, and all around American Chad, many lemmings will have been poisoned against me by scrawny pimple-faced Fake News Purveyors because of my awesomeness, and that might poison those lemmings against the truth if I present it.
So if I had that intelligence, it would be quite fortuitous were Wikileaks to offer a reward for some anonymous hacker to bestow upon them the evidence of who was behind it, because when Wikileaks releases what they have received from “some anonymous hacker” (who just happens to work for me), and the release of that information ostensibly has nothing to do with me or my administration, even the Lemmings will recoil in shock and call for the destruction of my enemies, at my hand.
And of course I, shocked and horrified at how I was almost tricked into committing American forces into war, will be seen by the public as a tool of their will, with almost no agency of my own – merely a loyal and steadfast public servant serving the will of the people – as I render my enemies, flay their corpses, and then polish their skulls. And Russia and Vladimir Putin will be seen more sympathetically as well, given how we almost attacked them under entirely false pretenses because of the bad actors within the Cabal.
It would work so good, that if the idea did not dawn on Wikileaks to make such an offer, I might just ask Assange to do so myself.
This could be a God-tier, God Emperor classic for the ages.
