As a scientific fact, the black race doesn’t exist. Neither does the white or Asian. There is no race gene.
In the year 2000, when the scientists at the National Institutes of Health announced that they had put together a draft of the entire sequence of the human genome, the researchers unanimously declared that there is only one race — the human race.
You wonder if this could be used in a lawsuit, to eliminate all racial preferences, and oppositions to racial rhetoric. If a tech company tries to deplatform you based on a racial issue, or calls you a racist, and you can show race does not exist scientifically, what are the legal implications of that? If a government contract is written to give preference to minority-owned businesses, does the fact that minorities do not exist affect the law? If we ban migration from Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, can it be challenged legally if race does not exist?
As a matter of fact, how can Donald Trump be racist, if there are no races to differentiate between?
This “Scientific fact” has to have some legal implication somewhere.

Concur. The leftists are full of contradictions, their archives are a weakness that will be exploited LOL by any real opposition to them.
Lack of such contradictions means coherence, and by the lack of which is easily inferable their true intentions, and psiquism.
Yet sadly they are not the only ones who have been quite incoherent; with such trait been key to prolonged successes in convincing, and deterring, notable amounts of people.
This “science” doesn’t reach the legal standard of Daubert, the US case law definition of science. The elements are:

Since these goons published in 2000, it’s become very clear that race is easily identified by DNA. The police do it all the time in investigations, in fact. We not only now know that race is genetically real and easily identified in DNA, but that the Out of Africa scenario is patently impossible, and that Neanderthal and Denisovan (which we didn’t even know existed until after DNA sequencing) are material parts of some people’s DNA.
In short, that article is as laughably out of date as a geocentric paper in 1560.

Interesting- a meritocracy based solely off of IQ and long-time preference/impulse control. No affirmative action or preferential hiring. If anyone notices too many- or too few of certain types of individuals its just not an issue. After all- only a racist would notice such things. I can almost smell the leftist amygdalas burning.

Leftists like to say “race is just a social construct”, so their position is that race is something that people see, because they are racist, but it doesn’t really exist, so the government needs to control everyone to enforce an equal outcome.
The data on IQ and race are very clear. Civil rights law in the US has become an extortion racket. Law is unrelated to science, logic, or justice. We have “Wise Latina” supreme court justices now.
