For those that didn’t catch it in this post, the general legal consensus following the ruling that post discusses is that if you use Twitter to interact, and maybe even follow a political figure like President Trump, any infringement of your ability to follow that political figure is a First Amendment violation. Because of that ruling, Trump can’t block someone from following him, which means Twitter can’t stop someone from following him either, nor can Twitter stop you from tweeting to him.
Twitter is now a public forum which you have a First Amendment right to use, if you are following His Almighty Highness, The Holy God Emperor and President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump. You now cannot legally be banned, without it being a First Amendment violation that is far greater in severity than merely not baking a cake for a Gay wedding.
If Twitter does ban you, you can sue, and there will be precedent supporting your case – but only if you are following The President. We need to get those lawsuits cooking, so we need people following the President who get banned.

It probably doesn’t matter now that Trump has a wrecking ball that will be swinging relentlessly and beautifully for another half dozen years plus, but people will go “hot” if Trump doesn’t get his chance to see this through.
