An Assembly subcommittee has voted to ask Gov. Jerry Brown for $1 billion from the state’s budget surplus to help make health care more affordable for low-income Californians.
The plan lines up with a package of bills announced by Assembly members this year. They want to expand Medi-Cal to undocumented young adults, as well as to low-income women and children. They also hope to launch an insurance payment database, increase the number of doctors in rural areas and provide more financial assistance to Covered California customers.
All of that artificially increases demand for the services, using artificial influxes of funds, which are driven into the system using the artificial force of the state’s legislative powers, which in turn drives up prices, which in turn would drive up Cabal profits through both increased sales and increased prices, if the Cabal is invested in Health Care providers and Pharma, as Q alleges.
And as the states are doing that, the insurance companies are increasing their own gross revenues:
Maryland’s Obamacare insurers are asking for a 30 percent average rate increase for 2019, with some plans seeking hikes as high as 91 percent.
The proposals Monday come a few days after Virginia insurers also called for double-digit rate increases. Democrats have pounced on the rate hikes to say they are examples of how President Trump’s health policies are leading to high premiums.
Maryland Obamacare insurers CareFirst, BlueCross, and BlueShield plan to raise rates for an HMO plan on the law’s exchanges by 18 percent, and 91 percent for an extended network, or PPO, plan.
Kaiser Permanente, the state’s other Obamacare insurer, asked for a rate increase of 37 percent, according to a state filing.
These price hikes happen every year now, and they do the same thing as the proposed California program – they force money into the system. Maybe I am dating myself, but there was a time when the best plan available, that covered everything for a family, was a couple of hundred dollars per month, and good plans could be had for far less than that. Now there are individual plans which have healthy individuals paying $1200/ month, even though they use no services. And Obama mandated that everyone had to get insurance, meaning those exorbitant rates were being paid into a system which had a much more highly disproportionate percentage of healthy people who used no services.
So perhaps the medical fraud division of Cabal is milking the government and the people by using the Health Care issue to divert government and private funds to purchase ever more products and services from Cabal-associated entities which have had their prices artificially inflated with artificial demand generated using taxpayer dollars.
If so, those pharmaceutical companies would probably have some intelligence on Cabal operations. Which might explain this, if Q is right, and Mueller is working for Trump:
Pharmaceutical giant Novartis said it has been questioned by special counsel Robert Mueller after revealing it paid President Trump’s personal lawyer $1.2 million for healthcare consulting.
“Novartis cooperated fully with the Special Counsel’s office and provided all the information requested,” Novartis spokeswoman Sofina Mirza-Reid said in a statement early Wednesday. “Novartis considers this matter closed as to itself and is not aware of any outstanding questions regarding the agreement.”
The acknowledgment comes after Novartis was named in a document Tuesday night made public by Michael Avenatti, the lawyer representing porn star Stormy Daniels…
According to Avenatti, Cohen paid Daniels through Essential Consultants, a firm that was hired by Novartis, and other companies including AT&T and Columbus Nova.
So Cohen ran his Stormy payment through the same company he was taking in his big Pharma consulting fees from, and all of that is in the hands of the FBI.
Also don’t forget that Cohen has journeyed through the belly of the beast, maybe even at Trump’s behest, in the process of preparing a plan that was decades in the making:
More and more, I see an unusually high number of seemingly highly important scandals, takedowns, investigations, and resignations, which all seem to be coincidentally hitting at the same time, and which share common threads which could link them.

We know a lower bound for the Cabal’s cash flow: the sum total of all state, local, and Federal taxes and duties.
Sure, they skim billions of dollars off the top from tax “revenues,” but the real benefit for the Cabal is creating a system that bribes a critical mass of people to perpetuate the system and keep quiet for fear of losing their job or getting whacked. A corrupt system with millions of people “getting a taste” is the prerequisite for the dirtier and evil stuff like human trafficking, black market arms deals, etc. My hunch is the money made by the aforementioned nasty Cabal stuff isn’t as much as we think, but *it’s divided among a much smaller group of people who also have the means of hiding and using it in plain site*. So in that sense, it’s an extremely high-quality cash flow, because none of it has to be diverted to semi-honest work, like delivering mail or paving roads, and can be used without the IRS nailing you.
This analysis actually sounds somewhat Marxist, but the evil is the democratic r-state and how it funds itself by stealing from productive K’s.
