The Alex Jones trial sounds like a shitshow about as wacky as his wildest outburst. It sounds kind of like his lawyer might be sabotaging him. Now the lawyer for the plaintiffs says Jone’s lawyer screwed up and sent him every text message Jones ever sent and all the files off his phone, as well as all their own confidential legal documents outlining the research and legal strategy for his defense, and when told about it his lawyer refused to declare any of it privileged, so the plaintiffs can now use it all. Also the texts prove Jones committed perjury, according to the lawyer. Then he played video to the jury, of Jones on his show insulting the jury, saying they don’t even know what planet they are on. Meanwhile after a day of letting the parents get on the stand and use their testimony time to just turn to Alex and berate him for being a bad person, now the judge is telling him in front of the jury, “It seems absurd to instruct you again that you must tell the truth while you testify. Yet here I am.” It sounds like if Caddyshack was rewritten in a Courtroom. And is that even normal with the texts and trial strategy documents? Don’t lawyers treat each other with courtesy, and if one totally fucks up, the other is reasonable, and purposely lets him correct the fuckup for the integrity of the process, and to look good to the judge? Aren’t they always giving the other lawyer courtesy on dates and deadlines, and strictures and rules? If you accidently email all your privileged communications to the opposing council, do they really not make any pretense to not exploit the mistake?

Louis CK tells the following on “Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast” at 1:32:04:

“There was a guy named Frank Gannon, who wrote speeches for Nixon and was a very close friend of his, and weirdly he became the guy who books comedians on Letterman, and when I moved back to New York, being on Letterman was all anybody wanted so Gannon was the most important person in comedy at the time. He was a strange guy who was very serious, and he would just come and he would watch you, and if he liked you he’d get more of you to come and maybe you’d be on the show…so he liked me, he never got me on the show but he liked me, so I went to Letterman’s office and met him, and asked him about Nixon – cause he co-wrote Nixon’s big autobiography “RN” – and he told me that when you get a few drinks in Nixon, he says ‘the same people who got the Kennedys got me’, he says it’s the same machine that took out John and Robert came after him, they just couldn’t use bullets anymore because it was getting too…they were on….he says that Watergate was something that happens all the time, and still does, it’s how things are done…so that was Nixon’s story, he didn’t say it in public, but…”

In 1982, Spielberg’s E.T. was one of Hollywood’s biggest movies. Officially it was just an imaginative kids’ movie in the science fiction genre, but what was really going on?

E.T. (the extra-terrestrial) had a long spindly finger that glowed at the tip. He was naked, wrinkled and much older than the boy who took this stranger he had just met into his home. The boy hid the stranger in his closet. The stranger then *comes out of the closet* and the boy and the stranger have so much fun (bike) riding that they achieve liftoff, flying past a very big full moon. Briefly, the boy becomes a “man in the moon” (see the Wikipedia article full of implications on that – “A longstanding European tradition holds that the man was banished to the Moon for some crime.”). The boy and the stranger also participate in Halloween, America’s version of a masked ball, where you can be whoever you want to be, and one of the most demonic days of the calendar.

In a normal society, Spielberg would have been tarred and feathered and run out of town for that. Instead he and his film got all kinds of honors, and most critics were enthusiastic.

Perhaps not coincidentally, “Spielberg resigned as a member of the national advisory board of the Boy Scouts of America in 2001 because he disagreed with the organization’s anti-homosexuality stance.”

If you were a very talented writer-director, would Hollywood let you do anything that didn’t push their agenda or even went against their social engineering projects?

Absolutely. Accident reconstructionists do it all the time. I’m certain they could even tell you from the length direction and shape of the skid marks if it was a regular flat or a blowout.

Alex Jones

WTF are they doing to him? It’s my understanding they refused him any discovery to prove Sandy Hook was fake and that in this court appearance they will not allow him to say certain things and now his own lawyers destroy him which will likely see him get jail time.

I think that he is a fake. He is not really Alex Jones but Bill Hicks but sometime during his job as a fake guy pretending to be unwrapping conspiracies but doing in such a loud, fractious manner that people all thought conspiracies were stupid he…realized that most of them were true. Realized that the people he was dealing with were totally evil and so he slowly started telling the truth. Still being bombastic but he laid off some of his wilder conspiracies and started reporting on the real ones.

They yanked his chain HARD on Sandy Hook and reporting Michele Obama was a woman. I think what seems to be true is exactly what he said, fake shooting, and Michelle is a man. It seems to really worry them. So now they are punishing him. They are going to ruin him.

It’s shameful what’s happening in this country.

AJ is completely compromised. He admits his family has worked in military intel for generations.

He is a classic example of an Intel constructed and directed disinfo campaign.

His job is to make serious conspiracy researchers look like clowns and blowhards, which is what he is. He has succeeded.

He mixes real truth with obvious lies and disinfo and feeds it to people as a circus sideshow.

While there is no doubt that his whole court appearance has been a complete shitshow, I have no sympathy for him whatsoever.

The same forces that created him and propped him up for years are now publicly taking him down and humiliating him in order to make a point to serious people who lift up the rug to see all of the dirt our Empire of Lies has swept under there over the last century.

My current thinking, as of yesterday, is the ultimate goal is to go to a full totalitarian or satanic society. But after 2020 “they” started rolling stuff out to see to what extent it would be tolerated. The answer is pretty much everything, but they won’t just go ahead and impose full totalitarianism. The Jan 6th and Alex Jones trial stuff is to see how much people will tolerate political prisoners and show trials.

We have historical records that people will tolerate a ton of abuse, backed up by the response of ordinary people to the two last years, so I don’t get the reluctance to just lay it out in the open.

The control is extensive enough that the extent to which Jones himself is comped or faked is irrelevant. This can happen with Jones participating or being an innocent victim. You just need in this instance to be able to stage a show trial -in Texas! Likewise, I am pretty off the deep end on this stuff and rarely if ever look at Infowars. There might be some interest in that they are choosing the pursue the “school shootings actually happened” angle.

The Alex Jones trial is fake. This is just CIA theatre designed to train people not to doubt the death tolls that occur in the various scripted mass shootings and other CIA-manufactured events. Jones is in on it, playing the character of someone the government wants to take down for saying certain things. It is a blackwashing event.

In defamation cases, the right of discovery lies with the defendant. This is because, to file the case, the plaintiff has to already have the evidence that defamation occurred. Jones has a radio show, a streaming service, a website, and a podcast. All the evidence the plaintiff needed was freely available. What was discovery going to reveal that was not already there? If anything, the right of discovery becomes essential for Jones, because he needs to know what the plaintiff has on him. Jones can’t simply be prosecuted because he refused discovery because the right of discovery lies with him.

Remember, the purpose of the AJ show is to ratchet up the level of anxiety and uncertainty. While the government does care if it is fingered for wrongdoing, the government does not care if you are afraid of it. Thus, Jones will reject any aspect of the government narrative on an event, but he will never reject the death toll. His schtick is to continually burnish government credentials as an unaccountable entity murdering people for political purposes, to get you afraid of the state so that you will never challenge it. The death toll in all of these events is what matters because that is what resonates with the public. Otherwise, the events are faked.

What did it for me was Las Vegas and Uvalde. They are getting sloppier, which as the Mathis committee points out may be one reason we get so many of these shootings in the Denver area (there is an air force base next to that weird international airport, so it must be convenient). Once you see that a couple of these things are fake, even without going deep into the details, you start to assume they all are.

This trial has me scratching my head. Sandy Hoax is the easiest to disprove event, ever, I thought. Maybe Tower 7 pips it.

Truth is an affirmative defense to the claim of libel, but AJ still gets nailed for it? Has nobody seen the kids singing at the baseball game? The dad laughing? The fvcking holes being drilled in the walls, with tiny piles of dust being left on the floor, later claimed to be “bullet” holes?

Speaking of scratching, I’ve barely started.

This is an important piece of news.

Either Nancy Pelosi, or the “Nancy Pelosi” character, are obviously really out of it at this moment. If the Cabal is going for that, they already have “Biden”, who does the exact same thing. And if they wanted Harris, they could have rigged the primaries and election for her in 2020 that they did for “Biden”, probably more plausibly.

Its “Biden” all the way to the end (they might substitute doubles if Biden dies on them, but may have done so already), unless they decide to reveal the real viceroy.

As for the story about USCP hiring their own prosecutors, you have to remember Congress and its ancillary offices–like USCP–are organized under Art. I. The DOJ US Attorneys are under Art. II executive branch powers, and the existing federal courts through Art. III. They are all separate entities.

Remember, Congress can also organize its own paramilitary forces as well, under the many Militia clauses found in Art. I. The Dems can do what they want for the next four months–and so can the Republicans when they take control of Congress.

Organize these paramilitary forces under joint State-Congressional control, as they were intended by the Founders, you’d have a meaningful countermeasure to the Deep State and USG. Arm them with DOD surplus vehicles and equipment, and the teeth become apparent. Personnel would have to be drawn from ordinary Americans, of course, given the organizing Militia clauses in the Constitution.

Give these forces real investigatory powers, too (such as through prosecutors, hint, hint), and you can uncover a lot of hidden actions by nefarious players.

And if Congress creates new “special courts,” as it can under Art. I, than you can bypass the current corruption in Art. III judicial proceedings. Link the new “special court” rules to a UCMJ-like requirement for the new Militia forces, and you can really clean up this nation quite quickly.

All legal, and Constitutional, too, I might add.

This is all pretty much correct.

The branches are not really “co-equal” as has been taught. Standard teaching about politics minimizes the role of Congress. Congress with a 2/3 majority in both houses can do anything it wants as regards to the federal government, though there is some restriction as to the states and individual people.

Congress via the taxing and appropriations power can force the executive branch to go along, but the few times its tried to do this the deep state has rallied to stop it.

Yes and I might add, as I always do, they could make Senates in the States being elected by regional basis instead of by population, stopping the process of giving too much power to the cities.

They could also demand a voting system that guarantees honest, open and verified voting, OR, the people who refuse can just have no Representatives at all. This has happened in 1974 the Democrats refused to seat a very closely elected Republican Senator and the seat was vacant for over 7 months. Not only the above but since it doesn’t require the President at all then he can not block it without blatantly trying to overthrow the Constitution in a most public way.

Once again.“…Article I, Section 5, which provides “Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members …”

They could demand honest votes in the last elections for Congress and throw out anyone who didn’t have a clear honest election and tell the States to do it over again. This would crush the Democrats and the RINOS. (Of course the RINOS would stop it but…it could be done).
We could say anyone who immigrated after 1964 could not vote. Totally legal. Once you deprive the left of voters, then the politicians will tailor their message and votes towards those that can vote. Heritage America.

We could take over this whole country, run it as we damn well please in a few months. All it would take would be a majority. It could be done. Not saying it would be easy to get people in to do this but it is likely far easier to do this than fight an all out civil war with the deep State.
I cover these issues in absurd, exhausting detail in these comments. In these, it shows exactly how to take the whole country back in a short amount of time.

I didn’t think about adding a Militia force and a new court not tainted by the corruption. Could come in very handy.

Although it is not really relevant to us, they were laughing at this article on 4Chan, and it is kind of funny. Woman in Harlem, New York City, goes to McDonalds, gets cold fries, complains, they give her more cold fries, she calls her son the pitbull to come straighten it out, he comes down, and much mirth and joyousness ensues.

This part, from the article:

The boy where they cook the food at was like, ‘You got all this food in your teeth,’ ” Fulmore recalled — referring to the worker who was later shot.

For people who don’t speak noo yahkar, he was saying that she’s going away, eating half the fries, then complaining that they are cold so that she can get a new, full order of fries, and now she’s coming back for round three.
That’s why the top of the second bag was hot, and the bottom was cold. They knew her game, and were just refilling it rather than giving her new fries.

This has to be some sort of symbolism, but what would being given his own picture mean?

Perhaps the point is that he is just an image that they crafted, and they can craft a new one whenever they like.

This could be a death threat in combination with the number 17. Think of it as a shortened 187.

In Italy, the number 17 is considered unhappy. After converting Roman numerals XVII in such a way as to create the word “VIXI”. In Latin, the word means “my life is over.”

Spread r/K Theory, because everything is a show

After sitting on my bookshelf for probably ten years, I finally started reading Augustine’s “Confessions”. At the time of its writing (397 AD), circumstances had forced him out of the contemplative life to accept the position of Bishop for his North African province, thrusting him into the political world as a point man to the then crumbling Roman Empire.

He wrote in a poetic Latin, so translations vary. But he described the times with the term “ventosa tempora”, meaning “wind filled times” or “puffed up existence”

The more things change….

Trump should have reformed the Culper Ring as a group of assassins experienced in making kills look like accidents, and just unleashed them on the Soros/Gates/Etc types in the world. It’s the only way I see us winning now- a quiet war of attrition until the authoritarian forces are led by fourth rate incompetents and they fall apart.

Straight up warfare seems to be a losing play at this point. I do NOT put it past them to use a nuke on our own territory.

It is rather fascinating that the public face of Cabal, like Soros and Gates, never get touched.

These guys just float through life, including multiple, regular public appearances, and no one ever even tries to take a shot at them.

Interesting stories about Amber Heard’s Epsteinizing:
Depp Vs. Heard / Pt. 3 – House Inhabit (substack.com)

Wow. Amber Heard is amazing. Most degenerate women age up in 18 months to two years. This is saying she held it together for 15 years and counting? Color me impressed.

I’m not being snarky. She was the lead person on that circus and then she married a world-wide star? So his fortune that had benefited his family- his partner and his children- is now being taken away by whom, exactly?

I have such questions. The ‘art piece.’ That means there is an artist, and a gallery, most likely. That means there are invitations- who writes those emails? Harnesses for grown women to hang in trees. That is specialty equipment. Who made it? Who sold it? Who cleaned it all up?

Who planned these events. Not just the dream architect. Who called the caterers? What did the caterers see? The alcohol merchants? How did these people know their drugs were clean?

Who manages Amber Heard? She comes up with super-theatrical stage sets and persuades young lesbians to act out for pay? That is hard to do. Then they agree to have sex with men? That’s not impossible. It’s just kind of a special kind of procurer. How do they pay? Venmo? Paypal? Cash? Do the girls develop stalkers from the guys who rent them?

Were all the girls super-white girls? Were the programmer guys also just white guys? Seems like a demographic impossibility with the pajeets coming on H1-b, and then climbing up. Or is this some specialized art function? Black girls? Asian girls? Hispanic girls? What kind of men show up?

What can I say? I’m impressed. She made a grubby little blackmail operation fantastically theatrical. Or her handlers- who are they?- did. What were the stage sets like? Grubby, dirty, clean, shiny, often re-used? I have such questions.

Why the emphasis on Satanism?

Not so specialty. I’m guessing bone standard safety harnesses. I borrowed one from a glazer kin to “hang” myself one Halloween to scare kids into thinking I was a dummy.

I’m not shitting on your overall theme. I just want you to remember that there are often clever ways to play their games cheap, and they favor clever people. (I wonder how often I was approached and never knew it. I can think of at least three conversations, but it was never couched as a job, so I dismissed it at the time.)

Thank you for the reply. I was in a city that had specialty leather shops, and rather lurid sexual escapades.

Honestly, she’s amazing. Was she taking the drugs or just handing them out? I mean, if she’s taking that, and she stays fabulous looking through her thirties? I mean, just, wow.

I wonder who figured out leveling up the parties? That’s a pretty amazing party planner. I mean, was it a circuit, where everyone kind of leaned on their personal assistants, or was it a single person with the greatest Rolodex ever?

Was it just young boho actresses, or did porn performers bleed into this? Are there strippers like Courtney Love? Were there other successful actresses? Is this how Cara DelaVigne is so feted? Did older actresses launch, too? Specific neighborhoods? Is this commercializing the scene that introduced Clint Eastwood to his redheaded long-time girlfriend?

And, why the emphasis on satanism? I mean, these aren’t the most Christian group of men, so how is that a resonant drama for them? More video-game-ish? More LOTR? Or is this just calling black leather Satanic? Where’s the inverted crosses? Or are the demons from the performance art? SCA barbarians seems more like the right ambience. Pentagrams? Goats? Is it more like the Beyonce/ Madonna at the Superbowl sort of thing?

For that matter, do none of these girls hook up with pharmacists? Pharmacy students? Chem guys? I mean “pills.” What pills? What shape, what color, what coating?

You’d think at least one of these girls would have a clue about what she was taking.
