I always see lots of r/K related stories I think might interest the readers here, but I only have time to blog about a few, so here are some additional news stories that might be of interest. You can skim the titles and summaries, and click the links if they are of interest.

Bulger was practically a walking Cabal greatest hits album, what with him being MK-Ultra’d, in the criminal underworld, an agent for domestic intel, and with brothers in politics and the Church. No wonder they did him in. It makes me wonder if he fled to avoid jail, or because he knew he knew too much to be left alive on the inside.

There is a confidence in the power of his own intellect which lets him think for himself and simply set and pursue objectives without caring what others think. Guys like Roberts are missing something. Maybe he feels as if he is trying to punch above his intellectual weight, and is so desperate to be known as more brilliant than he can be himself, he will desperately cling to the ideas of anyone he feels can guide him. Obama’s crew did the same thing with Obamacare, writing pieces on how Roberts could cement a legacy as a true icon of the court by finding a way to keep Obamacare constitutional. Now they tell him if he is brilliant, he will slow the rightward shift of the Court to maintain its legitimacy. If he truly had a great intellect he would realize that having an effect to advance freedom and limited government would trump all, and he would blaze his own path without a care of what others thought. He is probably fully corrupted by Cabal, but this article indicates that at least Professor Epps feels he is an insecure middling intellect trying to punch above his weight, and thus prone to intellectual manipulation.
