I got this 2 days ago and I have gotten it on occasion, say every 6 months. It’s not super prevalent but it has happened to me also. I can wait a while and and the warning goes away.
I’m not sure if it’s a attempt to redirect and their security certificate is not correct or it could just be a glitch in the security certificate website. The security certificate website could not be up or is slowed down somehow(I’m just pulling stuff out of my ass I really don’t know). I do know sometimes I just can’t get to sites, not necessarily this one. I have had sites that I couldn’t reach where I went to an open VPN and then could get to the sites. It is an intermediate problem and I haven’t a clue how it could be changed.
Next time I have this problem I will fire up TOR and see if it’s the same.
We desperately need an encrypted, distributed internet where servers can not be cut off because the the data that is on someones site is spread out all over the place just like a BitTorrent torrents files are spread all over. It’s not simple to do this but we already have I2P that has encrypted sites and also has encrypted bittorrent but the two are not put together.
You are asking about Freenet or possibly GNUnet.

I know there are many new people in town, but we just had a weird thing happen. We live near the Catholic Church near the fast food places and hotels. We are all still here, I work from home.
My 17 year old was sitting on the sofa chatting with her sister and she noticed someone in a black suv a large model not super long, and older model. She did not get the license plate number. This white guy was in a passenger seat and he was filming the front of houses. He was scruffy and wearing a hoodie. There was someone else driving but she could not see him The guy had a scruffy beard like he had not shaved in a few days, with dirty blond hair. His hair was short but not buzz cut. He was not wearing glasses or a mask.
We called the cops, but has anyone else seen anyone film houses. Were they casing places? Are they looking for places to start fires? What is up with this. So, maybe I am being paranoid, but I am putting this out there to be watchful.”
I’ve had a feeling for a while that Antifa was going to get tired of burning down cities, and instead take the excuse on election day and go to the small towns outside of the NG and OSP deployment zones in the cities. We are under 10K residents.
I’m thinking about getting plugged into Oath Keepers. There’s no way in the world they aren’t compromised by acronym agencies, but I don’t know anybody else that might have information or maybe able to help.
No telling what that was. It could be an assessment for security cameras, or an examination of houses that might be vulnerable to something, like houses with bushes hiding them from the road. Coudl have been something more than a camera too, maybe some sort of thru-wall thing looking for weapons. I tend to think not Cabal proper, or government, but rather more amateurs, maybe backed by Cabal, maybe not.
I think Cabal may roll at night with IR cameras, while running IR lights next to them, that will spark the reflector chip on cameras on the video, so they can ID where people have any private sector eyes that managed to go up without them knowing.
Part of the problem is, I get the impression Cabal is probably running a lot of novices/criminals on very long leashes for plausible deniability, but they are getting funding, and the emboldenment of thinking the dominant force has their back. These are dangerous times.
