There is a very real possibility that we are going to find that there was some sort of order that went out at the federal level. They could have enacted 24/7 mobile surveillance of gangs composed of illegals. Once surveillance picks up, it exercises jurisdiction at the local level and forces local uniform patrol out of its patrol sectors in areas it is operating in, leaving the gang territories effectively unpatrolled. They may have given gang members informant status, seized jurisdiction of investigations using federal task forces, ordered ICE to stand down on immigration enforcement, or even taken other measures to raise the gangs above the reach of local law enforcement, as they barred federal involvement.
Why this would happen is unknown at this point. Maybe there was some sort of agreement between the upper levels of the Deep State and the gangs, with the street-level gang members compartmentalized from the leadership levels where the agreements were reached, turning the street-level gangs into sheep-dipped muscle for the Deep State in the US. Maybe the leftists merely think any illegal is a democrat vote, and they didn’t want any deported. I have no idea where this leads, if anywhere. But it would explain Obama’s rush to import Mara Salvatrucha under the rubric of unaccompanied minors, and his refusal to simply deport them as the bodies began to pile up.
If Q is real deal, this could be a breaking point for the relations between the American minority communities and the Democrat party which did this. Because in each of those communities where local PD was forced out, there will be innocent minorities who were killed by these gangs as they ran rampant, because of this craven power play.
And before it is done, I would not be surprised to see a list of dead uniformed patrol officers and plainclothes gang cops who left for their shift to serve their communities and died, because some leftist pogue behind a desk in DC wanted to abolish our system of government, and consolidate the power to do whatever they wanted, absent anybody’s ability to resist.

If those people valued members of their community, they would have split with the Democrats a long time ago. I know I don’t have to remind you what r selection means for in-group loyalty and concern for others.
