The image was a leaked transcript, supposedly from David Brock, IIRC, which was one of the chats Cabal member were holding in online videogame chat servers, under an assumption intel was too busy to watch what kids were saying in side chat rooms on video game servers:
So China is pushing North Korea to test out these missiles to make the world seem more disordered as the election is about to happen.
By revealing the Chinese pressure, Q may avert the North Korean tests.
Spread r/K Theory, because everything is supposed to be part of the plan.
