The number of active tuberculosis (TB) cases diagnosed in Minnesota increased 12 percent in 2016 to 168, up from 150 one year earlier, according to the Minnesota Department of Health’s (MDH) Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Program’s Quarterly Surveillance Report, October 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016. Ninety percent of these 168 cases (152 of 168) were foreign-born, significantly higher than the national 2016 average of 67.9 percent of active TB cases that were foreign-born.
Fourteen of these 168 cases, or 9 percent were diagnosed within the first year in the United States of the 2,635 refugees who were resettled in Minnesota in FY 2016. The majority of these refugees came from two high TB burden countries: 1,195 came from Somalia, and 653 came from Burma, according to the State Department’s interactive website.
Eleven of these 14 cases of active TB in refugees were actually diagnosed in pre-immigration exams overseas before their arrival in Minnesota – a remarkable situation that would have either violated U.S. law or required the granting of a waiver by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office within the Department of Homeland Security, since active TB is a “Class A” health risk which is prohibited entry to the U.S. without such a waiver.
The increasing disregarding of rules is a symptom of amygdala breakdown, as is the reduced disgust and diminished aversion regarding disease.
I see this everywhere now. There are no rules or laws that cannot be broken. Huma sends classified emails to Anthony Wiener’s laptop, and according to reports lied about it to FBI investigators, and there is no consequence. Hillary, The Clinton Foundation, Pizzagate, the bike-lock Antifa professor, pretty much anything to do with the Democrats – there are no more rules, except where you irritate the amygdala of a leftist, in which case they would happily order you executed if they thought they could get away with it. Fail to bake a cake for a gay couple, and you might as well kiss your life goodbye.
Until the Apocalypse rebuilds the nation’s amygdalae, we will increasingly become a banana republic, and the split in the nation between right and left will only grow.
On the bright side, when MDR TB explodes through the densely populated and sexually promiscuous cities, it will be the amygdala-addled rabbits which it takes out.

What if the “Apocalypse” never comes and we just get gradual Brazilification?
A scary thought. Yet I think the more they push off the Apocalypse, the more they prevent Brazilification, because when it hits it will be so massive and all at once. I think had Reagan not begun debt spending, Carter’s years could have become that, kind of like the Japanese stagnation, lasting for decades, with no relief in sight. But we are at a point where either you provide free resources, or the vibrants burn everything to the ground for twenty miles in each direction. I just don’t see them, accustomed as they are to ease and free resources, suddenly tolerating being cut loose and forced to survive a favela-like existence.
But this is uncharted territory.
I’ve noticed that too. I’m beginning to think almost every Judge is left-leaning and only punishes people who irritate leftist amygdalae. As for non-judicial killings- Hillary got away with it many times. If she were POTUS we’d all end up rotting in mass graves for thought crimes against diversity and transgenderism.
