Disney Ran Surveillance Detection

Disney made the Orlando shooter:

New reports are emerging that Disney warned the FBI about Omar Mateen several months ago. Mateen visited the parks with his wife, who told the media that he was considering attacking Disney Springs.

Mateen also visited the Disney Springs (formerly known as “Downtown Disney”) area during Gay Days, a weeklong LGBT festival in Orlando.

With ISIS now in our borders, and this threat being ever present, there is a whole industry of spookdom cropping up behind the scenes that nobody knows about, looking to get one up on the terrorists. It wouldn’t be surprising to find out that this wasn’t a nineteen year old dressed as Mickey who made him, but a forty year old ex-NYPD counterterrorism officer watching screens for subtle body language cues.

You wonder how many people like this they have reported to the FBI. And yet, this guy did not get surveillance, when he popped up on FBI radar casing Disney, and he popped up again via a gun dealer who refused to sell him a ballistic vest and ammo?

This is really where everyone should pitch in. Look for anybody paying attention to security and weapons screening at the entrance, exits, choke points, probing for holes in security they could slip in through, and just being out-of place and acting incongruent with their surroundings. Loitering when everyone else is moving, being serious when everyone else is having fun, taking video with security in the background, probing secure areas, or ignoring the diversions and entertainment. Incongruent facial expressions, body postures, and movements, or stress at being noticed can also be indicators. Most of all, profile. Old ladies don’t do mass shootings. Look for the type, and pay attention.

If you ever see somebody suspicious, then try to grab identifying info if at all possible, while remaining completely natural looking, and uninterested in them. License plates, car descriptions, unique clothing. Even just the exact time and place you saw him, so they can scan security camera feeds later. A small piece of info, like a ballcap, in today’s surveillance society, can yield a credit card with a name and address used ten blocks over, when they follow it to that location via cameras.

What good will doing this do, though? The FBI acting on Obongo’s orders will refuse to take any action to actually stop these bastards. Maybe if Trump becomes president, this will change. For now though, I think doing this only helps protect ourselves and our friends if we warn each other and avoid the areas these muslims are casing.

Maybe we would be better off if we used social media to publicly out these fuckers as possible terrorists and encourage the public to avoid any areas these cretins are seen at. Once the corporations start losing money, I’ll bet you their pet politicians will start encouraging the FBI and others to take meaningful action.

It’s easier to watch the Interstate for unusual activity and the perimeter around gun shops that stock certain supplies, I have been reliably informed.

Daddy’s a CIA pet, so they didn’t look at sonny seriously.

The problem is that if you doubled the FBI’s manpower and resources, it would not be enough. Every lead the FBI receives has to be followed up on, and is. But let’s say you’re an agent who gets four leads a day. Not only do you have to find the time to follow up on those 4 new leads each day, but you have to correctly identify the ones that are legitimate threats and keep track of them. FBI’s work is important, but could be made manageable if we lived in a country with a strong national identity and tough immigration policies, so that dissenters and enemies can’t flood Disney world with suspicious activity, for example.
